Every time I try to loose weight, I do this thing where for a while I do well, loose 4-5kg and then inevitably either have a binge day or a plateau. And then my mind goes into catastrophe and I just tell myself « it’s useless trying I’ll be fat forever I’ll never loose the weight » and that has been my biggest issue up till now. The truth is: a binge day or two is alright, I can always get back on track keep loosing the weight. Like two days ago when I binged, I almost gave up again but then I calmed myself and here I am today back on track at 104kg. Even if that means a slower weight loss, as long as I’m loosing the weight that’s what’s the most important. And that the thing I’ll focus on in 2024. No matter what, keep going.

These past few days I’ve been back on eating little!! I’m so happy I went from 110-107kg (I don’t remember exactly how much I was) to 103kg!!!! I currently am in my family home so somehow it’s easier to not eat. If I continue like this and if all go as well, I might weight around 90kg by the time I leave!! (At the end of January) and then I plan to really loose the weight this time in 2024. I mean if I just simply stopped eating, I could only loose weight, it’s a matter of sticking to it. And hopefully by August I will be 65-60kg. Finally skinny. And after that, all I have to do is to keep not eating until it because a habit and until just the thought of eating makes me sick.

I stumbled upon pictures of me from high school, where i thought I looked like a whale (I mean I was still overweight but that was a time where I had lost a little weight) but still. Compared to now, I was skinny. I let my self go so much… and seing those pictures made me realize just how much. I really need to do something about it.

I missed out on going to the gym today because I was waiting for my brother and he ended up falling asleep instead, kind of annoying :/
Tomorrow I’ll go no matter if he comes or not
My sole consolation is that I didn’t over eat so I’m the clear, i think I’m at like 1600cal roughly so it’s ok
I also went to the doctor today and I told her about my inability to loose weight. She gave me some blood work to do for thyroid, we’ll see

I ended up going to the gym today!! For the first time I like 4 years I think!!! I’m proud of myself!!! I did like 25 min of walking at a small inclinaison and then I did a bunch of workouts targeting my back/arms, core, and legs/ass!!
I’m happy about it!!! I’m also seing the doctor tomorrow so I’ll tell her about the fact that I just can’t loose weight no matter how little I eat. But hopefully with the gym now it’ll work out.

I haven’t weighted myself in a while because Im pretty sure that despite not eating a lot I’m not loosing weight.
I think it’s because I don’t move.
Despite the fact I eat 1200-1700kcal a day, I spend most days in my bed doing nothing but! I recently got a gym membership and I’m planning on using it! Tomorrow I’m gonna go for the first time!! Kind of nervous because I’ve never use a mixed gym before (only a women’s gym before briefly in the past) so wish me luck!
