not a fan of m3ansp0 for many reasons, but the #1 reason is bc it’s not an effective motivating tool. for example: if someone calls you a “fat bitch” and a “pig” for eating, that’ll manifest in your psyche and reverse the motivation to achieve your goals. it feels isolating, and plummets your self worth even more.

- low self worth + internalized community isolation + internalized weight gain manifestation = no/zero weight loss progress -

we have to be a community that is in full support of each other, no matter what. we also have to keep in mind that human beings, with life experiences beyond our conception, exist behind tumblr profiles.

so with that being said, just be nice people !!
