Consider being that thing that you wish you had. Misunderstood? Make the effort to understand or show curiosity to someone. Lonely? Be someone's company. You just never know what's on the other side.

According to Google, it takes more muscles to frown than to smile. About 47 of them to frown and 13 or so for smiling. It made me wonder about the other things associated with smiling, like happiness, kindness, and compassion versus anger, hate, and hurt associated with frowning...and what about sadness? Depression? The toll it must take that we have become accustomed to. No wonder they say laughter is the best medicine.
Be kind. Help someone to smile today, if you can.
