hey snooze sorry to be this guy but since its been kinda quiet around here i was wondering if you will continue burn away ? really excited for ur briar centric comic but itd be sad to see this one unfinished cus i love it (u dont have to answer if u dont want to)✌️

i have no plans to cancel Burn Away, and in fact i've been doing a little bit of work on the next page here and there! I love the characters and story a lot and still get fired up about making it. :} this year has just been progressively more difficult wrt life things & my mental health so I can say that page progress will be slow for the time being - but yes, atm i'm going to continue!!

Burn Away is an incredible comic!!! Every once in a while I come back to reread it, and it always makes me happy when there is a new page!! Page 49 is my favorite!

hii im sorry for the ask in case this is an uncomfortable topic for you, you can totally ignore this if you want! i just wanted to ask what happened to your nuzlocke forum post for your comic? i was looking for it to promo in the upcoming ganza, but i couldn't find it. i totally understand if you just deleted because thats what you wanted to do, but i ask in case there was somehow a mistake?

If DeviantArt is really going down the drain, do you have any plans to mirror Burn Away on to another site, like Tapas? I know you have the Comicfury, but for people who that might not work for is there a plan for other options?

unfortunately, at this point, comicfury is the only other site i've been able to successfully mirror the comic on, period. u___u the nature of my page format makes more traditional/popular hosting platforms nigh unusable.

i may give tapas another try, but when i last attempted it, i had issues making the pages flow seamlessly (i have to cut them up into multiple pieces for upload).

in any case, i'm not rushing to delete anything off dA for the time being, so right now there is no need to worry about losing that platform. i'll also definitely continue to look for places to upload and will make an announcement here if i should find anything else that works! o7

I just binge-read Burn Away and let me tell you, Ulrich? Ulrich???? I forgot it was a nuzlocke. I was sobbing, full-on ugly crying. I couldn't continue reading for like 20 minutes. I told myself I'd be ready the next time. I WAS NOT READY THE NEXT TIME. Anyway love the comic, glad to be here, and the way you draw such diverse body types makes me feel amazing about my own shape.
