Injuries // Yandere Reaction.

Mori is a protective yandere. He believes that it is his duty to protect the ones he loves and he loves you more then anyone else.

From the moment he realized that he was in love you, the strong, silent host made himself two promises: One was to love you always. The other was to protect you. He believed that it was his duty to protect you from this cruel, heartless world and the cold people in it. Mori wants to be the best boyfriend he can be and, to him, that means being your loving protector.

Whenever you argued with him about this, calling Mori too overprotective or said that he was being too much of a worrier, he always said the very same thing.

“I love you, Y/N. I need to protect you.”

So imagine how he would feel when he heard you broke your arm.

Not even from you, but from a couple of girl’s in the hallway. He hadn’t been paying any attention to him until he heard one of them say your name. Mori glanced at the two girls from the corner of his eye, now paying rapt attention to them.

“Her mother cleans for us and she asked my father for her paycheck early. Apparently Y/N was pushed down the subway stairs and broke her arm so she needed to go to the hospital!”

“Isn’t she that scholarship student?”

“I think so.”

Mori felt a million emotions bubbling up in his chest. You were hurt and…and he hadn’t been there to protect you. He had failed you, the one he loves more then anyone. He felt like his heart was going to break apart from the feelings it was holding, concern and anger and worry. Not even caring about the rest of the school day, Mori ran out of school and all the way to your little yellow house.

“Y/N! Y/N!”

He could see you in the window, looking down at him through the glass. In only a moment, the front door was open, revealing you and your pretty arm in a cast. Mori swallowed hard, glaring down at the offending cast. Just the sight of it made him feel sick.

“Don’t freak out. I was going to come see you after school. I would have called you last night but the pain meds totally knocked me out.” You said, placing your uninjured hand on his chest.

Mori looked up at you and said in a firm voice,

“No more trains. From now on, Honey and I will give you a ride to and from school.”

“Mori…”

“No arguing.”

Taking your hand in his, Mori leads you into your tiny kitchen and makes you a cup of tea. It’s the very least he could do in this moment.

Should you ever get hurt, the stoic man is going to feel so upset. He’ll completely blame himself and decide to use this as a learning moment. In between mentally beating himself up over his perceived failure, Mori will be making a hundred new rules for your protection. He’ll become even more yandere in this moment, promising both himself and you that he will do better in the future.

He’ll never let you get hurt again.

Okay so this man,, as much as might not seem like it,, is an absolute sucker for nicknames

he loves some of the more proper sounding nicknames,, such as "dear" "darling" "my love" things like that !!

id like to think he isnt actually much into nicknames,, just your name seems a lot more intimate than any nickname could ever be

though he will slip in the occasional "angel" every once in a while

the origin for the nickname is quite simple,, he just finds you so,, angelic,, youre too good for this world and youre so pure,, no matter what you say !!

While Hisoka does have his bad days, he also has his good ones, and on his good ones he can be extremely loving and affectionate.

You're the reason he doesn't disappear for months at a time like he used to, and even when he does for something work related, Hisoka will call you as often as he can.

"Can we go home now?" Hisoka asked, tired of walking through the grocery store. 

It wasn't something most people would notice or care about, but the fact that Hisoka considered your shared house to be more than just, "the building," (which is what he used to call it) made you smile.

"You can always go home without me. I still have a few things to pick up," you replied, looking down at the list in your hand.

"Ugh," Hisola started, "I guess I'll stay so you don't get lonely."

Him saying that made you roll your eyes. He didn't want to leave you because he knew he would get bored at home without you, Hisoka just didn't want to admit it.

"Sure."

Cooking dinner together is a common occurrence. You'll work on the main dish and Hisoka will work on the side ones. 

Though you did have to ban him from using cards in the kitchen. Hisoka thought it would be a good idea to use them to cut onions.

Spoiler: It was a terrible idea that ended with a disappointed Hisoka holding his cards that reeked of onion, and the onion in 3 pieces. 2 pieces on the floor and 1 being held to the ceiling by a card.

"Well, that wasn't too bad," Hisoka said, staring at the onion pieces.

"There's a fucking onion stuck to our ceiling, Hisoka."

It's okay though. Hisoka made up for it with cuddles and a movie later that night
