ive tried to explain this to every mental health professional i've ever seen bc it feels like I never feel present or real and everything around me is just one big blur that i just can't get past and every single time they've brushed over it and said its just anxiety and i feel so stuck
really need to stop being so disconnected from reality all the time and actually try to interact with other humans and the world around me but i just don't know how
