Inspired by 1970s American architecture with its huge mansard rooves, I decided to build a skate rink for my custom world. It features a bar, karaoke, arcade machines, and I used the Seasons food stall to make a concessions stand.

Twinsimming's Dirty Laundry Mod & Kap's Children Can: Do Laundry

Twinsimming's laundry mod adds a bit more incentive for your sims to actually do laundry! If a load hasn't been done in a while, they begin to complain about stale clothes & start getting smelly - Kap's children can series is great overall - But they specifically have a module just for laundry which means your kids can help out around the house a bit more

SimmerZoZo's No autonomous reaction to simbots

Sims dropping everything they're doing to react to a simbot (even when they've met the simbot before) is incredibly annoying when there's a simbot in the household - this mod fixes that annoyance!

Fewer Thank-You Calls for Firefighters

There are several flavours to choose from with this mod, you can disable thank-you calls altogether or choose a lower percentage chance that they will happen, either way, it makes them less annoying!

No Ghost Ambience & Scarier Ghosts

These are two mods which improve the ghost-hunting profession! The 'No Ghost Ambience' is just a small fix which makes ghosts a bit less noisy, but the 'Scarier Ghosts Mod' can cause hauntings to be deadly for your sims if they're not careful!

Ghost Catching Skill Mod

This adds a skill journal for ghost catching to the game, along with some skill challenges for your sims to complete! This feels like it should have been a feature which came with the expansion and fits in very well with vanilla-ish gameplay :)

XCAS Expanded Tattoo Locations OR Nraas Expanded Tattoo Locations

These mods both do exactly the same thing, which is allow for tattoos to be placed in more locations on your sims - which variation you go for depends on whether you have Nraas MasterController or not, I personally use the Nraas MC version but if you don't have that mod then I'd recommend the other one instead

Gileumjin Burger

Calsimfornian-styled burgers, now in Boroughsburg (and with a Korean twist)! With S-Pop playing obnoxiously loud in the background, burgers so greasy they can give you a heart attack and an industrial modern interior that already tells you each item on the menu costs at least 50 simoleons each, this new spot in the boro is, by the owner’s words, “more than a diner, it’s an experience”!

So yea I wanted to build a restaurant using @potato-ballad-sims’ Fast Casual Restaurant Set, but instead it’s a modern, “gourmet” burger parlor. This lot is supposed to be placed on 3-69 Badford Avenue in Boroughsburg and works as a Cafeteria (the ITF one).

Requires all expansion packs but Supernatural and Seasons, Boroughsburg’s CC and the Fast Casual Restaurant Set. No SPs or Store.

Teen CC is really scarce. I never thought about making CC for teens before because kids are even cuter.

But I've changed my mind recently!! (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)♪ Since the conversion process isn't too complicated, if the style of clothing is suitable, I'll convert it for teens as well, not just for adults. Clothes make the man, so let's dress up those cute teens!!

1k gift part three!!! i had been looking for these bandanas that had been converted from sims 2 to sims 3 but the page had been hacked or something and i could not find them for the life of me but they were sooo cute :( so me, being the extra chick i am, went ahead and learned how to convert just to get these. they’re pretty iffy being my first every 2t3 conversion but i think they’re fairly nice!! recoloring is a bit whack but nothing terrible. i only tested these for a short time so let me know if there’s any issues!! comes w a bandana version too but that one just annoys me. UR GONNA NEED HAT SLIDERS TO GET THESE TO SIT RIGHT!!!!!!! milkshape is terrible to me and i can’t see where i’m placing things very well so it’s clipping with the head, just use the sliders and it’ll be all good. obv it’s an accessory and it should be under like glasses or something unless i royally h*cked it up (wouldn’t be surprised if i did tbh). enjoy!!
