Neneh Cherry photographed in May of 1996 with women from Alhaurín el Grande (Málaga, Spain), where she lived from 1993 to 1999. She met them by chance when she and her crew were going to shoot the album cover for “Man”, and the bunch of women with their flamenco dresses surrounded her in the chosen shot. Recently, a local television channel reunited them (minus Cherry, sadly) to tell about that day.
