supercorp fans wildin out seems like a new normal these days. 2 sad women who eventually kiss seem like the entire canon plot of supergirl, isn't it? i think the face we make trying to figure out the characters positions in whatever they're doing is WORST. no worries and no rush, i've just been jumping from one sc fic to another (somehow it makes me feel dirty & no human should consume this much fics but oh well) and ive recently discovered the joy of agent reign. oh, do you have any other ships on supergirl besides sc?

with the amount of sc fics ive read i feel like this year alone has been the most ive spent time reading so many words. and man, not for nothing, that line was so beautifully and painfully written like wow and evergreen. how can i forget the last line of evergreen that it shook me to the very core??! it even took me awhile to like get it but when i did, i feel like a plane just crashed in front of me and like loud explosions (but in a good way...i think)

and honestly keep reading! that's what so many of the authors want and appreciate. read old stuff too. like just go ham! i've been steadily reading through supercorp fics since march of 2022 and i still ahve only scratched the surface of the fics that have been posted, let alone the ones that are still being made and written. smaller fandoms dream of even a fraction of engagement that sc gets, so by all means, go forth and just take advantage of it.

well idk if it's worth the price of admission to see me making faces while i write but i will say that if i know someone who is beside me while i am writing fic (dude i know i am literally just wildin' out amirite), i normally pause and either give commentary or ask for help/confirmation on things so that might be more interesting for someone to get the ~inside scoop~ of the fic i'm writing which most typically amount to "2 sad women who eventually kiss (maybe)"

also lol thanks for your patience it will be a while yet i have now gained some good pace with my may-hem (as i should it's due soon but don't worry about that)

oh pfffft idek dude i've banked like 100k words for supercorp this past year so im not sure i remember best/hardest lines (also this is me flexing on that word count bc i am very proud LMAO)

now when you say hardest like the line goes hard or it was difficult to write? no matter im just gonna pick lol

here are a couple that i remember more easily as just really liking/feeling extra proud for writing. i'll keep it to supercorp bc we'd otherwise never get through this if i look at my ao3 in totality

i remember it well enough in 54k so that must mean something!!

the fact that not only do you obviously love writing but how much you love the fics you’ve written and how passionate you are about them is so endearing you modeling the facial expressions of every character you wrote must be quiet a sight. (fun fact: you’ve got mail was the first of your fics i’ve read for obvs reason too haha)

lol thank you very much for saying that! i do really enjoy writing, it does indeed spark joy and is like the hobby i focus most of my time on these days.

lmaoo i've been making faces while i write for ages now and have accepted that it happens regardless so i don't mind writing in cafes or the library (basically in public). i live in a highly populous city so nobody is paying attention. and if they are, well, they're welcome for the free entertainment.

i will say, for the record, that you've got mail was very much written in the comfort of my own home LMAO (im so glad you enjoyed that fic also, that one was a very fun one to write and to read and i am hoping to clear up some time in the next little while so i can write the sequel)
