Hii, everything alright?

Hello there hun! I've been doing alright for the most part, thank you for asking!

I'm so sorry there's been so little turnout from this blog for the past few months, school really has kept me from writing not just for stardew but honestly all fandoms in general.

Luckily, my break is coming up soon, and I do believe I'll get back to playing then. Hopefully I'll be able to prep a few posts for the new year then!

Update

Hi everyone! My apologies for not having posted in so long, I’ve been really unmotivated to write as of recent, and it’s stemmed from a problem I’ve had with my blog recently.

Since the end of June, my activity feed has become a lot quieter when it comes to my posts. I went from having at least 1-5 interactions on a post each day to the same amount every three days. Here’s a screenshot showing this (blocking out users and icons for privacy).

I’m honestly not sure if it’s like shadowbanning or something along the lines? It’s never really happened to me but I fear this may be the case.

Though I’m not entirely sure of the situation, one thing I am certain of is that it is upsetting, and I want to be able to share my writing with others, but it may not be as possible thanks to this.

Because of this and the lack of motivation it brings, I’m going to be going on a break for a little bit and figure out what direction I want to take this blog in. I’ve started to consider incorporating more group headcanons into my mix, and allowing more characters in requests, but I’ll formally update everyone on this with my rules when I return.

Thank you for reading this, and I’m sorry to everyone. I will be back though, and I’ll be changing up some things with it!

- Sweet Elliott! He’s quite the poet, so expect lots of his writing to be dedicated to you in some way, shape, or form!

- Definitely loves when you come to the beach with him and stay at his cabin. It grows lonesome there on his own, so when you show up with gifts and food he’s delighted! You spend many a night with him drifting off to sleep as the waves soothe you.

- Speaking of the beach, Elliott’s favorite type of date to take you on is strolls along it! Whether it be noon or night, he’ll take you by the hand and walk with you, pointing out crustaceans and pretty shells as you go!

- Sometimes he’ll head to your farm also with gifts! On those nights he’ll usually cook you both a nice dinner, maybe bring a bottle of wine or juice to share between you two! You love when he comes over, and he’s always motivated to write in your cozy farmhouse!

- You are literally the only person who has the privilege of stroking and combing through his hair besides himself. It’s always really soft and he takes good care of it! He falls asleep with you stroking by his hair and his head in your lap a lot.

- And lastly, he’s always sending letters to you detailing publications or writers events when he goes to them. He’s incredibly grateful for your support and encouragement, and wouldn’t trade it for the world!

- Okay sooo I’m gonna hop off of her canon character and say that in the beginning she was a bit skeptical about romancing you due to your farmer profession.

- However… as the months went by she decided to start putting that to the side. She found you cute from the beginning, and the more you told her about farming the more curious she found herself!

- Would definitely take you on walks through Cindersap Forest in the spring and summer, taking Polaroids of you too to keep as precious memories for the future!

- Beach dates are also a big hit with you two! Every time she goes with you, she’s reminded of the time you saved the bracelet her great-grandmother gave to her from being washed away with the tide. She never and will never forget that time.

- Also like her canon character, she likes to make breakfast and either bring it to you if you’re still living separately, or surprise you with it in bed when you’re moved in together! But what she loves most is when you cook and/or bake together!

- Lastly, you’re the only other person she lets in her dark room! Obviously it’s hard to see in there, but you’re always amazed when seeing the Polaroids that she produces!

- That being said, the day or night you come over he’s anxiously waiting with everything alright set up lol. He’s got all his polishes and topcoat layed out with paper towels and acetone nearby if you mess up, hell, he even has a UV light if you wanna try gel!

- He will definitely get all brushy if you gently take his hand and start applying the stuff, giggling at his attempt to stay still as to not mess you up. Then he’ll get even more blush when you ask him to paint your!
