hey, this is 100% for me, but if you're a fate/fgo fan, if you have like 3-4 minutes i'd love to see your thoughts on the fandom and characters.

It’s practically 2014 and you guys still don’t know how to google if an article is real or not before giving it 100,000 notes

Far worse, in my opinion, than the famous “he wouldn’t fucking say that” is “he WOULD fucking say that, as part of his facade, but you seem to think he would mean it genuinely”

➡️ Content warnings on fiction are a courtesy.
➡️ Not every medium of fiction and storytelling has or is expected to have content warnings or extensive tagging.
➡️ Print novels do not traditionally warn for content in any way.
➡️ Until AO3 came along, fanfiction did not traditionally warn for content in any significant way.
➡️ An author is only obligated to warn for content to the degree mandated by the format they publish their fiction on.
➡️ Content warnings beyond the minimum are a courtesy, not an obligation.
➡️ 'Creator chose not to warn' is a valid tag that authors are allowed to use on AO3. It means there could be anything in there and you have accepted the risk. 'May contain peanuts!'
➡️ Writers are allowed to use 'Creator chose not to warn' for any reason, including to maintain surprise and avoid spoilers.
➡️ 'Creator chose not to warn' is not the same thing as 'no archive warnings apply'.
➡️ It is your responsibility to protect yourself and close a book, or hit the back button if you find something in fiction that you're reading that upsets you.
➡️ You are responsible for protecting yourself from fiction that causes you discomfort.

I absolutely hate the concept of "sex positivity has gone too far and now people are expecting sex from each other and getting angry when someone doesn't want to have sex" idk how to tell you this but that's not sex positivity. Sex positivity is about allowing everyone to recognize their own sexuality, decide how much sex they want, when, how, etc without judgement. People who are genuinely sex positive, who understand that everyone has a different relationship with sex and want to have a conversation about it, are actually more comfortable to be around than the average person when you're someone who doesn't want to have sex. They don't pry, they don't encourage or discourage you having a sex life, they're mostly just like "ok cool" when you tell them, if they even ask about your sex life at all. Sex positivity is expressly about not making a big deal out of sex in either direction, and judging by people's reactions to both people who have a lot of sex and people who have no sex at all, it's nowhere near prevalent in our society.

DeviantArt used to be the place I put new poses up three times a week. It was the best place to get consistent updates of new poses from me.
BUT NOW! I have a self-hosted gallery on AdorkaStock.com 🥰 It's a WIP (and there's a lot of work to do) but I like having my poses on my own site. 😌
Tumblr media
You can sign up for my newsletter and get an email digest of new poses each week or once a month so you don't have to always remember to go check for what's new. My long term goal is to have this gallery completely replace my DA archive. Reasons for this move include: - DA's enthusiastic support for AI - DA removing categories making it nearly impossible to search for CC licensed images - not being beholden to DA's future random TOS and API changes
Your support helps with this goal. ♥ Ways to support: - Share my work with other artists! - Support me on Patreon for just $1/mo - Shop my Kofi store for pose ref packs and merch Get all my links at my Link Hub. 🥰 Thanks so much for your support and happy drawing!

the "came back wrong" trope except like... they didnt. like this mad scientists wife died, and so he studied necromancy, brought her back, and she came back and it all worked. like she came back exactly the same as she was before with literally no difference. but the scientist guy is like "oh no... what have i done.... shes Different now!!!! she came back Wrong!!!!" and shes just like. chilling. reading a book. cooking dinner. shes just so so normal but in the guys mind hes like "oh shes soooo weird" but shes just normal
