Something like this would be so colossally helpful. I'm sick and tired of trying to research specific clothing from any given culture and being met with either racist stereotypical costumes worn by yt people or ai generated garbage nonsense, and trying to be hyper specific with searches yields fuck all. Like I generally just cannot trust the legitimacy of most search results at this point. It's extremely frustrating. If there are good resources for this then they're buried deep under all the other bullshit, and idk where to start looking.

Headcanon alert! Headcanon alert! I think after Daiya’s death Mondo also lost a place to live, he’s still a young teenager so he definitely doesn’t have money saved up to pay for things so for a good chunk of his life he was just couch hopping, he’d stay at one gang members place for a week or two than later need to move someplace else.

Also Mondo needing to leave A LOT of his belongings behind, he can’t lug around all this random stuff so in the process he probably tries to give a lot of Daiya’s old stuff away, like a spur of the moment thing and he heavily regrets it in the future, it gives him a reason to not look at his stuff and stop himself from grieving, also doesn’t help cuz I think Mondo is a very sentimental guy.

And I say all this because Mondo mentioning that he’d build Kiyotaka a house gives some more weight to it LOL
