DeviantArt used to be the place I put new poses up three times a week. It was the best place to get consistent updates of new poses from me.

BUT NOW! I have a self-hosted gallery on AdorkaStock.com 🥰 It's a WIP (and there's a lot of work to do) but I like having my poses on my own site. 😌

You can sign up for my newsletter and get an email digest of new poses each week or once a month so you don't have to always remember to go check for what's new. My long term goal is to have this gallery completely replace my DA archive. So this is kind of / sort of gift art for @londonlock who has just had a birthday pass, so… yessssss it was intentional? :P

I like lipsticklock and I think Sherlock would totally wear cute sunhats in the summer.

Essentially, this spawned from my desire to wear cute summer outfits during our month and a half of RAIN NON-STOOOOOOPPP. Guh. So Sherlock’s got a fun summer look going on, complete with cute scarf and fun purple plaid <3 AND it’s all done with my traditional media… it’s been a long while since I have done traditional art, and it was so much fun. I miss doing ridiculous amounts of details with a pencil and pens.

LOKI – :Winter Lokius: Procreate on iPad Pro

BWAH okay so initially this was supposed to be, like, one of a set of images I planned to do at Christmas for Holiday Husbands and I just got REALLY lazy ugh. ANYWAY, I got REALLY into the Loki series when it aired season 2, mainly because it was SO much better than the first and my fave ship on the show got primary focus, so, like... YES.

Anyway, I wanted to draw Loki and Mobius in winter stuff, and yeah, here we are. I love them, your honour. Best and healthiest MCU ship, honestly. I just REALLY wish they followed through with it. It WAS canonized, but SOS subtly that the mainstream audience didn't catch it. I just hope the MCU doesn't do something stupid and make Mobius some all-powerful thing and just ruin what was best about the ship dynamic... that this all-powerful chaotic GOD fell head-over-heels for just some little guy who tamed him and made him a better person JUST for believing in him. BAH.

MCU is gonna MCU, I'm afraid. They're gonna ruin it somehow. I just REALLY hope they make it more obvious that Lokius is canon. I dunno.

I love these two so much, might have to draw them more often.

Hey. Artist that only has a phone or a simple computer. Did you know you can still Glaze your art??

While Glaze was initially computer-only, the team learned that many artists either have a computer not powerful enough to run glaze or don't have a computer at all. SO they've made WebGlaze!! (Read about it and get it here.) Basically you send over your art and they Glaze it over on their servers that are strong enough to do it for you. And yes, it's still free.

If you have a computer that runs the original Glaze program, it is highly recommended by the Glaze team that you continue to use it and not the website.

While the servers are very secure, it is still ideal to keep the unglazed art on your end only, and it will likely be faster on your own computer anyway since there's only your art being Glazed, unlike the servers which are glazing several people's at once. Currently I believe there is no web version of Nightshade, but they are working on adding it to WebGlaze last I heard. Check the Nightshade FAQ here for updates on that :)

Please feel free to reblog, I know there's a lot of artists out there without access to powerful CPUs and GPUs that would like to protect their art as well :)

This is just a silly doodle I did based on a drawn reference that I thought would be a cute Marc/Layla pic, done during my Moon Knight fanart phase. I thought it cute, so I finished it up and left it ready-to-post for awhile, heh.

FTH 2024 Creator Signups are OPEN!

The moment you've been waiting for has arrived! But before you rush straight to the signup form, note that a few things are different from last year:

You will not be able to edit your signup immediately, but you will be able to edit it. We're changing some things on the back end so that we can get posts up faster, but that means that when you get your email confirming your signup it won't have an edit link. Once we've processed your signup (which may take several days), we will send you a link to make edits. Please do NOT fill the signup form out again in order to edit a previous entry! Wait to hear from us.

Typesetting is now an option under Fan Labor. Remember that we only allow digital goods in the main auction - we'll be opening signups soon for the Craft Bazaar if you want to offer bookbinding or other physical crafts.

All Marvel-related fandoms are now under the Marvel top-level fandom (instead of MCU) and all DC-related are under DC. This includes comics. This allows us to stop worrying about, for example, whether Deadpool or Venom is MCU or what "DC Extended Universe" does and doesn't include.

Six of Crows and Shadow and Bone are both covered by the new Grishaverse fandom tag, House of the Dragon is part of ASOIAF/GOT, and 9-1-1 Lone Star is grouped with 9-1-1.

You can view this year's full list of fandoms here - remember that if the fandom you want isn't listed, there is a write-in option. However, check all possible names for your fandom before resorting to write-in! If your fandom is a spinoff, choose the fandom it's related to and specify in your auction notes which parts of canon/the universe you're willing to create for. Every fandom with subfandoms also has an "Any" option if you're willing to create for anything within the top-level fandom and an "Other" option to write in subfandoms.

Even if you've signed up before, please re-read the FAQ to re-familiarize yourself with our policies. If you're new to FTH, check out these tips for first-time creators (and also read the FAQ). It might also help to peruse last year's listings to get an idea for what kind of information people include and how we use the information you give us to form our tagging system.

Remember that you can offer up to three auctions, but you will need to fill out a separate signup for each of those. Each auction can only be for one type of fanwork, but can be offered in up to 3 fandoms (and unlimited subfandoms if you choose a fandom with subfandoms) or "Any fandom." Your bidder will get to choose from any of the fandoms in the listing, so please don't offer something you don't want to create just to get more eyes on your auction.

AHHHHH Sooooooooo I don't have anything ready for my annual Johnlock Anniversary pic I do every year for January 29, BUT I found this one sitting on my iPad that I never saved out for some reason (it was finished 2 years ago!!!) and thought this was a great time to post it!

John and Sherlock side-by-side on a bed, together. It was supposed to be more colourful if I recall correctly, but my stuff always looks overdone. I dunno. Not my best work, BUT it's Johnlock and I have something for Johnlockiversary!! <3

SH – :More Every Minute: (FTH #3 for @totallysilvergirl) Procreate on iPad Pro

 [...] In Ch. 4 [of my fic Both Sides Now], John unexpectedly announces that after the night they’ve spent TOGETHER together, he has to break up with Mary. Sherlock didn’t see that coming, didn’t dare to hope for it, and flings himself to his knees and embraces John around the waist (John’s sitting in a hotel armchair). They’ve both still got their dyed hair etc. and are wearing white hotel bathrobes.

FINALLY, at zero hour with 2 days to spare, here's pic three of three for my @fandomtrumpshate pieces for 2023! The AMAZING @totallysilvergirl gave me a selection of scenes I could try to draw from their BEAUTIFUL fanfic, Both Sides Now, Of course I chose the HARDEST one to draw because I SUCK at background elements, but I was determined to give them something that would do their story some justice, because it is VERY sweet (the other options probably would have been easier to draw, but this scene specifically made me melt) and I love it!

So yes, this is John and Sherlock, after spending a night together... they're undercover hence why their hairs are different colours, and in the story John has brown contacts as well, but I really wanted to MAKE this John, so decided he took them out LOL (I genuinely don't remember if Silver wrote that he took them out, but they didn't mind I made this creative choice).

As I mentioned, I have a hard time with scenery and such, so I lately try to do things a bit more complex for other people so I can get comfy with doing it. Silver seemed to really like the piece though, despite my reservations about it, so I'm happy that they're happy.

AND I am shocked I got this done on time... I was SO nitpicky with the colours on this one, so I am glad I got it done within deadline of December 31, LOL.

I would love something domestic and Johnlock-y, though I don't have anything very specific in mind. Maybe Sherlock and John on the sofa in 221B watching a movie? Or looking after a dog or cat? Or cleaning up after one of Sherlock's messy experiments? Just something where the boys are enjoying each other's company together where they belong. I'm not overly picky, I just want to see them happy. :)

Here's pic two of three for my @fandomtrumpshate pieces for 2023, this one for the WONDERFUL @discordantwords, who gave me pretty much free reign on what I wanted to do, as long as it was Domestic Johnlock!

I absolutely wanted to do a piece with a puppy after I saw that suggested, here's our favourite (married!) duo with a new Redbeard puppy!

They're supposed to be lying down on one of those L-shaped couches but it looks weird to me, I dunno. DiscordantWords seemed really happy with this one, so I'm gonna just ignore all the things I think are wrong with it, LOL

One nitpick I will make is I think I should have made the couch a different colour because Redbeard is hard to see, LOL. Ah well. Hope y'all like it, anyway.

I would really appreciate it if you were able to produce an illustration for [@simplyclockwork's fic for me “Changing Tides”, which I absolutely love]... focussed on the end of the piece when John has come to Sherlock and is supporting him ... there is a lovely bit where John helps Sherlock to sip a drink of water)

I'm FINALLY done two of my three @fandomtrumpshate pieces for 2023, and this one was my first bidder!!

So, the request for this one was for a scene from a BEAUTIFUL fic by @simplyclockwork that they wrote for Lady last year, and I just couldn't get this idea out of my head. One of the most challenging ones I've ever done, since I don't usually do backgrounds and scenes and stuff, but I just REALLY wanted to do something that would challenge me a bit! Lady offered me to try my hand at a different scene, but I decided to try this one instead, since they seemed to have their heart set on it!

Happily, they seemed to really like the final piece, so I am glad that it paid off in the end. Just feel bad because I spent SO long getting it done.

Hope y'all like it! I'm happy that my colouring is getting better, but need to figure out how to make it not so dark, LOL. And thank you again, Lady, for bidding on me this year, and it was SUCH a pleasure to do this for you!! <3
