i will forever be haunted by the scene where rin and nezha and kitay and venka are all drunk at the end of the dragon republic and rin is all soft at the sight of silly drunk nezha, and she opens her arms and says "come here" and he leans into her hug without hesitation and she thinks to herself that she will miss him so much.
