everyone in s5 talks to jon like he personally intended to end the world when he was just like eating dinner and accidentally set off the nuclear bomb detonator that someone hid under the mashed potatoes. he didnt even know you could do that. Like i know things are tough but give the man a break

Was thinking about your future Martin--- Martin probably used to smell like cinnamon or something, warm and sweet, but since he turned to the Lonely, he smells much more like the sea. Martin's sad about this, along his many other changes, but Jon grew up in a coastal town. To Jon, Martin literally smells like home :)

I like to headcanon that Martin is really self-conscious about smelling nice so he's been so ashamed of his weird seawater odor post-Lonely

Future!Martin's arrival part 1

I like the idea that the Lonely molds itself into the Eyepocalypse to target Future!Jon in particular because it's a painful reminder of his own timeline, his regrets, and all the people he has lost leading up to the end of the world
