Hello, thank you so much!! For the program, I use Clip Studio Paint EX! As for the brush, my go-to (for both lines and coloring) is the Amiette Flat Paint brush (it does cost 10 clippy, but it's worth it imo) by Amiette with the following settings:
Usually I'll duplicate the lineart layer and set the copy to a lower opacity, as well as correcting the lineart color after I've finished with painting. I hope this answered your question!
