Photos like these make me want an overly minimalistic room with just my bed and jewelery box and bookshelf. Hmm what to do

Say a girl can’t exit the story to return to a prodigal man. I will voice that the girl was never a body to begin with, she was a shadow. Say you didn’t raise an alarmist in your household, yet here I am anyway, oak branches and twine, readied for the strike of your match.
Some time ago a friend hugged me close and called me sunflower-golden. As I walked on the sidewalk connecting my house to the street I wept, you don’t know how I take amiability and tuck it into my sleeve so I can be reminded daily that not everyone is cruel. You will never know how much I blaze when everyone remembers who I am.
You did not name me. I wrested that angel myself, spit out blood, came back storm drenched, came back streaked with clay and stardust, came back singing. I walked from revelation to revelation, through green flame, shattered mountains, every aching famine, and here I am anyway. Stronger than all of it.
Harvest moon that is my blood; endlessness of the light that is within me

In the natural course of life, as you grow older, you’re going to realize that you’re not always right. You’re going to realize that there are many things you could have handled better, so many situations where you could have been kinder, so many ideas that you should’ve brought to life. All you can really do is forgive yourself and allow your mistakes to better you as a person, because all in all, no one is perfect here.
