LOTR Imagine: How they pamper you & how they want to be pampered
Aragorn:
How they pamper you: Protecting you. Telling you stories and singing to you when you’re upset. Laughing even at your stupidest jokes (you’re the only one who can make him laugh like that). Buying you small things from towns and markets he’s visited. Composing songs about your wonderfulness and singing them on hikes.
How you pamper them: Show him your favorite places!! You can also wash his hair and help him bathe when he's too tired to (or else he might forget to bathe all together). Share stories with him about your life, world and mythology. Aragorn's love language is Acts of Service so even just cooking for him or washing his clothes makes him weak for you.
Boromir:
How they pamper you: Buying you things - if you point it out in a shop window, it’s yours. Purposefully flustering you with compliments and simple gestures. Also more grand gestures like big displays of affection, like picking you up and twirling you around when he’s happy. Having his brother teach him how to write poetry for you. Protecting you. Dancing with you in the kitchen.
How you pamper them: Let him lay his head on your chest and pet his hair after a long day. Run into his arms when he returns home and press kisses all over his face. Make him things and, no matter how small, they will be cherished.
Faramir:
How they pamper you: Writing poetry about you. Always encouraging you no matter what. More subtle displays of affection like writing you love letters and giving you hugs throughout the day. Long strolls throughout Gondor and the surrounding woodlands.
How you pamper them: Please let this man be the little spoon, he just needs to be held after everything. Play with his hair. Leave kind notes for him all around his bedroom and study for him to find. His love language is Words of Affirmation so repeat that you love him no matter how many times he needs to hear it and he’ll be yours forever.
Legolas:
How they pamper you: Taking you on hikes. Singing you lullabies and songs when you can’t sleep. Dancing with you. Carrying you whenever he can because he loves how you feel in his arms. Braiding your hair. Teaching you all he knows about archery and elvish culture. Surprisingly, a lot of physical touch. Protecting you and always checking that you’re okay.
How you pamper them: Let him listen to your heartbeat with his excellent Elven hearing to remind him that you’re here with him. Play with and braid his hair. Give him physical affection because he craves it more than he’ll ever admit. Kiss his temples and help him with his duties and chores.
Frodo:
How they pamper you: Always asks how you’re doing today. Writing fondly about you in his journal and (later) book. Always forgiving you no matter what. Infodumping to you. Kissing you wherever he can reach (your forehead or hand depending on your own height).
How you pamper them: Help him with his chores. Carrying him around. Brush his hair. Help him through his pain. Bring him little gifts you find throughout the day. Compliment him whenever you can, especially after the ring is destroyed. Cuddle with him while facing each other. Hold his face with both hands and kiss his forehead.
Sam:
How they pamper you: Cooking for you. Constantly asks how you’re doing. Never giving up on you no matter what. Taking you on garden strolls and pointing out plants to you. Complimenting you despite his shyness. Always going with you to collect firewood or something of the sort because he doesn't want anything happening to you. Protecting you.
How you pamper them: Tenderly kiss his forehead. Infodump to him. Help him take a bath and wash off all the dirt and grime from him after he’s been gardening all day. Let him be the big spoon. Cook with him, especially baking him things.
Merry:
How they pamper you: Taking baths with you. Cheesy pick-up lines. Being 100% honest with you no matter what. Buying you fancy things, especially clothes since he loves seeing you try them on. Paying for your meals. Sneakily showing his love with surprise kisses and affectionate teasing. Always knowing how to make you smile.
How you pamper them: Button up his waistcoat for him in the morning and kiss his cheek before you start the day. Help him out with his schemes. Tackle hugs and relieved kisses when he’s come home or you find out he’s safe. Cooking with him.
Pippin:
How they pamper you: Always complimenting you whenever he can. Making up sweet nicknames like pumpkin and honey buns to see if he can fluster you. Taking you on adventures and showing you his favorite places. Bringing you little surprises gifts like cook rocks and items he’s found throughout the day.
How you pamper them: He’s insecure so make sure you tell him how pretty and good he is, no matter how many times he needs to hear it. Stand up for him against Gandalf. Treat him to a snack when you can. Kiss his cheeks one at a time. Hold him and let him rest his head against your chest. Give him surprise hugs throughout the day.
