Always thought it would've made more sense and been more interesting if the Allspark zapped itself into Megatron, not Sam. Humans typically die after taking shrapnel-filled explosions to the face, but it's plausible that absorbing the source of Cybertronian life might shock Megatron's systems into apparent death and later revive him.

This is literally how negotiations are supposed to work tho. You make an absurdly high demand, the other side counters with an absurdly low offer, and if you're good at it the two eventually meet in the middle and you get what you were hoping for from the start. Megatron is flashing some diplomatic skills.

I didn’t know San Diego Comic Con was going. I’m very hrmm about that but the photos look like they did a surprisingly good job of keeping the crowds down. Maybe next year I can try out a convention:(

The movie would have been called Transformers: Operation Skyfire and the movie take place in WW2 also the concept art looks like it was based on Cybertron Jetfire (you know the Australian one) only with a tattoo on his left shoulder

The title is familiar, I do think I've seen a poster or something floating around.

It's an interesting mixture of stuff? But yeah, if I'd seen that advertised I would've been terrified. Transformers in WWII is a major Do Not Want, I just don't think it could be done tastefully.

...Skyfire is such a weird subject for Bay tho.

Do you ever think about that Bayverse Skyfire movie that got canceled

I've... actually never heard of such a thing? To be fair, I don't keep up on production announcements. Like I may not know a movie's coming out until it hits theaters so cancellations miss me. Spill the tea, anon.

The idea of a Skyfire in the movie universe intrigues me buuuut I also wouldn't trust Michael Bay's dirty mitts on that good boy. I'm very against the 'Jetfire' characterization that's becoming popular in TF, where he's just another angry, action hero type like every other character in the fandom. And I'm sure that's what would happen if Bay got ahold of him.

Oh my god, I forgot he actually has three heads. Hhhnnghh. I'd love to plot something using the knights, I love them, but boi.

It's like they purposely made Dragonstorm as confusing and nonsensical as possible. He's a combiner made up of twelve people, which is bad enough. He's got two heads, how does that work? Do half of the knights share each head somehow and just never disagree? Stormreign seems to be the leader or spokesperson, but the dragon can combine without him. To top it off, Dragonstorm can form using all or just a few of the knights but his combined form is the same size and shape no matter what. Why.

Apparently, there exists in Asia a pretty good figure of Blackout. Kind of cool, kind of annoying that other places can make stuff for a wide range of characters but the US is stuck with Optimus, Bumblebee, and Megatron.

Joining a dead fandom is like: you dug up a corpse. You got it some clothing, just to get by at first. You give it more pretty clothing as the time goes (gifs & fanfiction). You drag it around on your back and it might also be fun—up to a certain point, while you're fine with dragging it on your back only, with no help from outside. Because other people look at you and either run away or try to ignore you as hard as possible. You and your corpse don't exist. They want you to lie it down and let it rest.

You give the corpse even more fun and beautiful clothing.

I remembered some fans thought Galvatron was Motormaster coz of that scene in the trailers with him and Optimus charging each other - honestly that would've been way better. A small nod to G1 with Motormaster being kind of an Earth Cybertronian, disconnected from his heritage. An angry kid in some ways.
