Just something I gotta get off...
There's this person important to me who honestly... makes me worried about our future, it's just...like I feel like we're on two different ends of the road
We've talked about things; how they are taking time to realign themselves spiritually and how it's going to be hard making time for each other (work and personal things) and thats no issue at all
We haven't made US a thing but there's talk of a future and we're pretty much on the same page about that, even though I know in my heart I'm about 2 steps ahead, I have patience but there's this chill...every since the walk to the park
It seemed like the bridge i was building for us started cracking, then the failed plans and disconnect followed and...I'm not really sure what to do about it... since then everything just feels isolated
It's triggering me bad so I've been kinda distancing myself..I just don't want to make a mess of things before they have a chance to bloom
Ive never had someone like this...so I'm trying to speak to them but I don't know... its just disheartening
Torn between breaking things now and coming back around next yr or pushing through and hope we make it through

“As I see it, you are living with something that you keep hidden deep inside. Something heavy. I felt it from the first time I met you. You have a strong gaze, as if you have made up your mind about something. To tell you the truth, I myself carry such things around inside. Heavy things. That is how I can see it in you.”
— Haruki Murakami, 1Q84

“And if there’s something that I’ve learned this year, it’s this: When you truly love something, you choose it over anything else. No matter what the world will say to make you look the other way you choose it and you choose it ferociously. And then you see where life will take you from there.”

Could you maybe reblog this post if you think respecting trans peoples' names and identities is a basic right and not a political opinion?
No pressure. Just seeking some validation of my sentiment. Due to some. people

A friend of mine posted this and tagged my old instagram account, asking me to share it. I figured sharing it here where I actually have a following, would be far better.
Please remember that just because the government is giving into pressure and greed, that doesn’t mean that any of this is getting any better, in a lot of ways it’s getting worse. And even if you yourself aren’t being as heavily affected anymore, there are people and communities that are.
Stay safe Darling ones, and help others remain safe too.

When people don't express themselves, they die one piece at a time. You'd be shocked at how many adults are really dead inside — walking through their days with no idea who they are.
