‎بند ہو جائیں گی کچھ دیر میں آنکھیں میری 💔

‎Martyrdom of Sayeda Ruqiyyaس

One night when Sayeda Sakina / Ruqiyyaس was asleep she woke up crying and started to look for her father everywhere. All the Holy ladies tried to console her so she would stop crying but she didn’t get any peace and continued :”O my dear aunt , Where is my father? , a few minutes ago I was with my father, he kissed me and said that “my dear Sakina / Ruqiyya س you will soon be with me.” But where is my father now?”

When Sakina / Ruqiyya س told her dream all the Holy ladies started to cry and now this noise of crying was heard by Yazid at his court.Yazid sent the severed head of Imam Hussainع to the prison and when Bibi Sakinaس received the head of her father she started to cry even more and hold it very tight and asked her father :”Who cut off my father’s head , who martyred my father, why are we held as captives?” With these words of sorrow suddenly Sakina / Ruqiyya س was quiet. Everyone thought that Sayeda Sakinaس had finally gone to sleep again but this was not a temporary sleep, Sakina / Ruqiyyaس had now gone into a permanent sleep and joined her Holy Father in Heaven.

*یکم صفر المظفر* 💔

*"داخلہ اہلِ حرم دربار یزید* "

واقعۂ کربلا کے بعد یزید نے ابن زیاد کو اسرائے اہل بیت کو شہیدوں کے سروں کے ہمراہ شام بھیجنے کا حکم دیا۔ چنانچہ اہل بیت اطہارؑ کا یہ کاروان شام روانہ ہوا۔

اسرائے اہل بیتؑ کے شام میں داخل ہوتے وقت یزید کی حکومت کی جڑیں مضبوط تھیں؛ شام کا دارلخلافہ دمشق جہاں لوگ علیؑ اور خاندان علی کا بغض اپنے سینوں میں بسائے ہوئے تھے؛ چنانچہ یہ کوئی حیرت کی بات نہ تھی کہ لوگوں نے اہل بیت رسولؐ کی آمد کے وقت نئے کپڑے پہنے شہر کی تزئین باجے بجاتے ہوئے لوگوں پر خوشی اور شادمانی کی کیفیت طاری تھی گویا پورے شام میں عید کا سماں تھا۔

لیکن اسیروں کے اس قافلے نے مختصر سے عرصے میں اس شہر کی کایہ ہی پلٹ کر رکھ دی۔ امام سجّادؑ اور حضرت زینبؑ نے خطبوں کے ذریعے صراحت و وضاحت کے ساتھ بنی امیہ کے جرائم کو بے نقاب کیا جس کے نتیجے میں ایک طرف سے شامیوں کی اہل بیت دشمنی، محبت میں بدل گئی اور دوسری طرف سے یزید کو عوامی غیظ و غضب کا سامنا کرنا پڑا تب یزید کو معلوم ہوا کہ امام حسینؑ کی شہادت سے نہ صرف اس کی حکومت کی بنیادیں مضبوط نہیں ہوئی بلکہ اس کی بنیادیں کھوکھلی ہونے شروع ہو گئی تھی۔

دربار یزید

یزید نے ایک با شکوہ مجلس ترتیب دیا جس میں اشراف اور سیاسی و عسکری حکام شریک تھے۔ اس مجلس میں یزید نے اسیروں کی موجودگی میں [وحی، قرآن، رسالت و نبوت کے انکار پر مبنی] کفریہ اشعار کہے اور اپنی فتح کے گن گائے اور قرآنی آیات کی اپنے حق میں تاویل کی۔
