Happy weekend of running! Yesterday was three years of life on my diagnosis day. Happy where I’m at three years later!

My husband got me a peloton treadmill for Christmas. I have taken over 450 digital classes on the app. Lane break is different than programmed instructor led classes. Really enjoying these type of add on runs.

Fun weekend of workouts. 90 minute orange theory class yesterday and a 7 mile run this morning.

The neighbors were doing something last night in their backyard (nothing loud but they were out there) well one of the dogs was bothered by that and got up at like 1 and then proceeded to refuse to come inside. So tired today because I was up for like 30 minutes and I struggle with going back to sleep. I love her but wow.

It was cold but I’m getting back to it. Building some base. Really took the down time after MCM. I’m running the Chicago marathon this year, which I’m looking forward to. Love Chicago and that race.

I’ve made it another year as a “survivor”. Attempting to change that language to something more positive because I don’t want to just survive. I want to thrive! I hope everyone has a wonderful and prosperous 2024!
