i went on a mini hiatus from wannabe challenge to focus on work but i’ve started back playing a few weeks ago and this game feels really...dead now? i read somewhere that the devs might be abandoning this game for a new one and i truly hope not it’s too unique and beautiful for them to just drop it :(((

This is an announcement for Wannabe Challenge's 12/21 (Tue) update.

Please check the details below for the maintenance schedule and new changes in the game.

■Maintenance Period

- 12/21 (Tue) 5:30 p.m. ~ 11:00 p.m. (GMT-8)

If the maintenance finishes earlier than the expected time, we'll notify you promptly.

* Please log out from the game safely before the maintenance starts.

* You cannot log in during the maintenance hours, and please be understanding that the maintenance time is subjected to be extended based on the update status.

* The maintenance finish time may vary, depending on the distribution of the new iOS version.

< AppStore Update Info >

* If you see the 'Update' button for our app in Apple AppStore after the updates, you can start downloading the updated version of our game.

* If you proceed with the update before the maintenance, the game will not be available, so please refrain from manually updating to the new version.

(The auto-download of the update can be toggled in the settings. Settings > iTunes/AppStore> Automatic Download > OFF)

- 'Christmas Fairy Tale' Miracle Summoning Event is here!

: Seasonal event made for a special day! 'Christmas Fairy Tale' Miracle Evermore Summoning Event is added.

: Miracle Evermores can be obtained from [Evermore Summon] > [Christmas Fairy Tale] menu.

: 'Gems' or 'Christmas Storybook' is used to summon Miracle evermore.

: Once you complete the Miracle Mission, you can earn rewards, and depending on the number of missions you clear, you can earn Christmas Storybook and R Evermore.

: Miracle Evermore offers free summoning chance after every set hours, and time reduction benefits are applied according to VIP levels.

* Please read the additional notice for more details.

- Expansion of the pet's max. Affinity level.

: Pet's Max. Affinity level is increased from level 10 to level 15!

: The maximum stat increase according to the level has been expanded!

- Addition of 3 pre-existing outfits

: The 3 outfits that were originally obtainable from check-in event are now available in Shop.

(* Added outfits : Fake Fur Earmuffs, Gray Scarf, Snow Long Earrings)

- 2 R Evermores from monthly check-in reward are added.

: Taehee's R 'Long Scarf' and Biho's R 'Season to Keep Warm', which were available as monthly check-in rewards are now available for purchase in Fame PVP Trader.

- Additional improvement for accessibility.

: When doing a photoshoot stage, the recommended stat will be changed so that only the top two are displayed.

: The 'chapter entry level limit' will be removed from the entire chapters to prevent the flow from being cut off during the stage.

: Additional membership and packages can be purchased now, even with the remaining period.

> You can purchase the membership package once more in advance when the remaining period is less than 30 days.

: UI visibility within the game is improved.

> The blue shading effect at the bottom will be removed from the 'outfit share' screen, so it doesn't cover MC and the housemate's feet.

> The effect is added so that the screen transition from the 'outfit share' screen to the background decorating screen (brush-shaped icon) can be changed more naturally.

> An effect between the icons is added to make it easier to identify the progress on the Evermore enhancement screen.

> The left buttons of the main page are improved to appear more noticeable.

> [Fame PVP] and [His Story] icons on the right side of the main page will display their progress.

> [Title] in the profile setting will now display their achievement progress.

: 'Center Idol Ⅱ SET' outfits will go on 30% sale in the shop. (~1/24 23:59)

(* Outfits on sale : Crop Sweatshirt, Leather Stud SK, Outer Space Hair, Pink Gem Earrings, Laced Stiletto)

: The set effect will be added to the 'Center Idol Ⅱ SET' outfits.

(* The set effect can be checked by tapping on the magnifying glass on the outfit.)

: 2 purchasable backgrounds will be added to the 'Outfit Share' page.

: The title screen that appears when loading after running the game will be changed to the illustrations from [Christmas Fairy Tale].

> One of the four title screens will randomly appear.

> At the end of the event period, the existing title screen will be exposed again.

- Bug Fix

: The issue of the cost to purchase the [Special Shop] sale items in the [Fitting Room] showing as the pre-sale price on the pop-up window.

: The issue of the game crashing when writing an emoji on the [Greetings] in profile.

> Emoji character is not available for the [Greetings], and the notification message will be modified to show if disabled characters are used.

: The issue of the title and the date overlapping when you have a long nickname in a Wannabe post.

: The issue of the home button overlapping with the profile area.

: The issue of the [The Keeper of the Night] showing as in discount.

: (iOS) The issue of the Chapter 4 'voice download' not being available.

: The issue of all the opponents' title showing as 'Billionaire' when checking the defense record of Fame PVP.

: The issue where the MC's lines appear as Yooha's lines in Yooha's Text: 'Yooha's Tarot Spread'.

: (KO) Typo amended in Chapter 4 of Taehee's Date, 'A Night With the Boss'.

: (KO) The issue where the voice doesn't come out in Chapter 2 of Taehee's Date, 'A Night With the Boss'.

: (KO) Typo amended within the choices of Wannabe post 'Greenhouse Tour'.

: (KO) The issue of lines from Hansol's Call, 'Messy Kitchen', not matching the voice.

Thank you for being with us for the 2nd anniversary.

Hello, this is the Wannabe Challenge Team.

It feels just like yesterday when Wannabe Challenge began this journey along with its beloved Wannabistas, but it's already been two years.

We believe Wannabe Challenge was able to celebrate its 2nd anniversary, solely thanks to the love and interest from our users.

So, we would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to all Wannabistas who are with us for the 2nd anniversary of Wannabe Challenge.

We ask for your continued interest and blessings, and we sincerely wish for your happiness.

Hoping that everyone would enjoy Wannabe Challenge's 2nd anniversary party, we prepared these gifts from the bottom of our hearts.

1) Special W-Live for the 2nd anniversary!

Remember the previous 'You can ask him anything!' event we held on our official community page?

The housemates will pick some of the questions you've sent us and personally answer them on W-Live!

If you're curious to know which questions were asked, don't miss out on our special 2nd anniversary W-Live!

※ The special 2nd anniversary W-Live will start when you log in for the first time after 11/27(Sat).

※ The special 2nd anniversary W-Live will open in sequence for each housemate, and you'll be able to watch the next W-Live on next day (00:00) after watching the first Live.

※ The opened W-Live can be watched again through Fantasy Archive in Diary. (Obtainable until Jan. 24. 2022)

2) Special new outfits for the 2nd anniversary!

We've prepared 3 specially-made outfits and various rewards to help you enjoy the 2nd anniversary party in style.

We will be posting more details on this through an additional notice, but for now, here are some of the images for the outfits!

※ 3 types of 2nd year anniversary outfits (Hairband, necklace, balloon). The other outfits are shown to aid with the style.

3) Share My Housemate!

To celebrate the 2nd anniversary, we've added a function that lets you place a housemate next to you through [Share] -> [Closet].

You can style up your character, take pictures with your favorite housemate, and share!

※ This is a test image, so the actual image may differ when you upgrade the game.

4) Diary Paper

As the year is coming to an end, we assume that some of the Wannabistas may have started preparing their diaries in advance while making plans for next year.

With the hope that you would use them for a variety of purposes, such as digital diaries and decorations, or even as letters, we have prepared these images for you to download ;)

In addition to the design shown below, there are various images of the housemates, so please enjoy!

Lastly, in commemoration of this 2nd anniversary, the new if+ Evermore consists of 4 chapters of Date stories, instead of the existing format of 'Fantasy Archive', in order to let you experience the different charms of the male characters.
