Moon and Sun
You didn’t know why you and Tommy Lee were still together.
You met him in an unusual way, something you will remember forever. It happened after a concert of the Shout at the devil’s era. He wanted to fuck a virgin, you wanted to get rid of your virginity cause you were tired of listen to other people brag about how amazing was their first time.
So he fucked you and you were no more a virgin, the deal was over, you thought.
But you two fucked another time, after another concert, for many concerts. Therefore, you ended being his girlfriend.
You were happy about it, no misunderstandings, but you still did not know how could this happened, it was such a mystery for you.
You were nowhere near to the girls the band usually hanged out with. You were a short and chubby girl with long dark brown hair inherited by generations of Italians woman of your family, blue-green eyes usually covered by glasses.
You were shy and quiet as much he was loud and hyperactive.
You could sleep for days, while he was a restless person.
You loved dark shit and he was not in them at all.
Still you were his girlfriend and he was your boyfriend.
Unbelievable.
That’s what you were thinking while you were finishing a drawing and Tommy was drumming in his house.
Yes, you ended up living together too.
You loved listen to him drumming because, if you were lucky, you could catch up some sneak peck of new Crüe songs and because it helped you concentrate on your own work.
You also got to meet the band.
Nikki was kinda amused by you and your relationship with Tommy. Vince was a bit scared by your presence, and you still didn’t know why. The only one who accepted you without questions was Mick, you two clicked together like old friends.
You felt proud of yourself when the guitarist looked at the drummer with a sharp look and said: “If you hurt this girl I’m gonna terminate you, kid. Gotcha?”
The drawing was over and with that the series that your agent asked you to do for a little exhibition, you were trying to get recognition as an artist. The truth was that you don’t really care about success and stuff, you drew just because it was the thing you like most in your life except for Tommy.
You stretched your arms, the poor man who were trying to help you in selling your stuff wouldn’t show up till tomorrow morning, so you have a free afternoon.
You considered watching a film, but then you remember that someone told you about an old cemetery outside Los Angeles, which was really interesting. Since you like also photography, you instantly decided to go there and take some good shots.
“All right, Y/N. Let’s go!” You showered and change your clothes in something appropriate and then headed downstairs, Tommy was still drumming, but when he saw you he stopped.
“Hey, Y/N! Where are you going, babe?” “Cemetery, to take some shots.” “I’ll come with you.” You didn’t say nothing, pretty sure that Tommy didn’t really listened to your answer.
About a minute after his face became puzzled and then he watched you.
“What?” “I’ll go in a cemetery just outside LA to take some pics. Wanna come?
You said you would.” There were amusement in your voice because, even though you knew Tommy was not paying attention to you, he hated to go back on his words.
“Uhm, ok. It will be… uhm… interesting?
Let me take a shower.” “Sup.” You sat on the cough and checked your camera while you were waiting for him.
This is where the fun begins, you said to yourself.
Tommy was beyond awkward when you two entered in the cemetery.
It was an old place, full of ruins of almost shattered graves, the grass was everywhere and there were no people around.
You gave him a reassuring squeeze to his hand and started to take pictures, happy like a child on Christmas’ morning. You cleared also the tombs in the worst state and tried to read the inscriptions, curious about the lives of people long dead more than people you know ones.
It was a good afternoon for you.
Suddenly an old woman entered in the cemetery and went toward a grave you already took pics of.
“What are you gonna do, Y/N?
Don’t tell me you wanna talk with that old woman.” “I’m sorry, Tommy.” “Why?” “Because that’s exactly the thing I’m gonna do.” He groaned loudly.
“Shut up, you are in a cemetery.
Show some respect for the people here.” You told him jokingly, but he didn’t understand it.
“Y/N, they are fucking dead, they didn’t even know we are here.”
“Yea.” You walked to the tomb with the lady.
She gave you a suspicious look to you, your camera, your black clothes and the cat tattoo on your right arm.
“Do I know you, young lady?”
“Oh, no. We don’t know each other.” “So why are you here? I’m the last of this family.” She was even more suspicious now that you made clear there were no connections between you two.
“Oh, I just wanna told you that this grave is awesome.
I bet your family was proud of it.” You said with a smile, the poor lady was shocked.
Her mouth was open, her eyes about to fall out from the sockets and she was about to choke.
And there was when Tommy came to save you, half amused, half embarrassed.
“I’m really sorry, we went to a family lunch and she drank a lot so she says a lot of nonsense.
Goodbye.” He dragged you away from the lady who was now shocked by both of you and even a little scared considering how strong she was holding her bag.
“Tommy, why the hell did you say I was drunk?”
“Y/N, usually people don’t compliment other people for their gravestones.”
“But it’s cute. You will be remembered even after you are dead!” “Y/N, your head is not really wired on this world, right?” You thought about it for a while.
“Yea, my head is not really here.
I’m a fucking alien.” Tommy laughed, one of the sounds you like most in this world.
“Get in the spaceship, we are going home.” You nodded and after a while you were again in Tommy’s dining room, he seemed tired, holding his head with his hands.
“Tired?” “You bet it. It’s never easy with you…”
“Uhm, well… Sorry and thank you for putting up with all my madness.
I’m gonna order a pizza to cheer you up.” You were thankful to him and you know that a pizza was a good way to repay him for the wasted afternoon.
You were about to call the pizza place when your world turned upside down: Tommy carried you on his shoulder like you were a sack of potatoes.
“Tommy?” “I wanna my dessert first.”
You chuckled.
“Do cemeteries make you horny, baby?” “Shut up, weirdo.” You laughed while he was carrying to the bedroom.
This was the reason you and Tommy were still together after all: he was a boy able to make you laugh and for a dark soul like you it was worth it.
You were his moon and he was your sun.
