Wooo!!! Yay! I really love this. It was a fun challenge. I’m tempted to keep this lil thing goin. Tho, I’m not sure of like what. Ya know? Like do y’all wanna see more of my own little story. Like romance, friendship, healing and all that good stuff. I definitely have some ideas I’m absolutely gonna be doodling up, so expect that in the near future. brugmansia [angel’s trumpet]

#i cant say i hate the entire genus of solanaceae genus since i couldn’t give a damn about whatever tomatoes got goin on #but i can say FUCK datura and FUCK brugmansia. they’re both virtually the same but brugmansia has these stupid ass center petals #that datura doesn’t and i was This close to settling for datura if it wasn’t for brugmansia’s nickname ‘angels trumpet’ being cuter compare #to datura’s ‘devils trumpet’. anyways where was i- oh right the actual design #yeah his flower is brugmansia if that wasn’t obvious enough. as for his bird i chose white wedding doves #the outfit isn’t inspired by any one thing i just searched up ‘angelcore outfits’ chose a cute dress and went from there #if it were my choice i actually *wouldnt* have given him clothes since he was originally inspired by cupid hence the heart arrow bow #but! alas. i felt that would be weird to literally anyone else so i didn’t do that #definitely would’ve given him a gun if given the choice. we’ll see #digital art #artists on tumblr #illustration #mcyt #hermitcraft #grian #[.art]

I have the Lord of the Rings extended edition and I’m going to walk on the treadmill for 2.5 hours straight while watching it today to see if I have enough endurance now to do 20,000 steps a day

#we’ll find out #I can’t wait to try #I’ve got soda bread in the oven and crepes in the fridge and I have groceries again and I walked 17 #*17600 steps yesterday and am almost completely settled back in after last week’s stuff #and I cleaned a little bit and will clean a little bit more #and then do my strength training for pt and then do my walking and then take a bath and then read LOTR fanfiction and go to bed #this work week is going to beeping bc of how much happened last week while I was out and the technical difficulties that went down #but it’s going to be okay if I go into it fed well-rested and already put out to pasture for some exercise #personal #something painful and weird did just happen with my thumb but it’s fine again now so I’m going to choose to believe things are fine #and they probably are and will be!#and I’m doing all this in vibram toe shoes and some shortfalls #*shortalls #which is coincidental but soooooo in line with hobbit vibes it just enhances the experience I bet #I’ll report back!

i know it shouldn’t bother me when people say that dad!gale enjoyers are ignoring gale’s characterization but i can’t help it. it’s not hating gale as a dad that gets me, it’s the idea that “one side” is right and the “other” is wrong. like did the idea that the lines where gale says he’s not father material were written specifically to go both ways simply not occur to some of you? that seems to be the logical conclusion and yet i keep seeing people (mind you, only anti-dad!gale people—not once have i seen a dad!gale enjoyer shame someone for not liking the idea) claim that there’s a correct interpretation! like what happened to live and let live? 😭

#personally i think it has less to do with him thinking he’d be a bad dad #and more that he literally has never thought about having kids bc he’d never found someone to settle down with #and then i also have him and my tav taking yenna back to waterdeep with them #bc gale does camp cooking and yenna says she’ll cook so i like to think they bonded over cooking dinners #and then in the fic gale’s fam runs a restaurant and yenna will go into that #and it’s simply the fact that it seems like a really good environment for yenna so gale’s like well.#we’re taking the kid with us and we’ll figure out the rest later! spontaneity can be good sometimes!#tbh if there’s a character i think would absolutely not want kids it would be astarion i think he’d have his fun babysitting and coming over #but i think he’d be better off—and happier—without them. free to explore himself unburdened.#rambling

vet appointment has been achieved for tomorrow. I am a bit worried that she’ll treat me like an irresponsible child and that our previous vet won’t send me whatever extent of “files” they have on her in time but other than that
