Some Techie Headcanons

+ In the mornings, before he's fully awake, he doesn't shake or stutter. Later when he's alert, all the trauma will rush back to him and he'll start up again 😢 + Techie loves to hold hands with the very few people he trusts because it helps ground him to his current reality instead of bad memories and he feels safer ☺ + Matt and Techie are President and Vice President, respectively, of the only Kylo Ren Fanclub on the Finalizer. Announcement!

Hi guys, Fae here!

I have some announcements to make about the stream this week (And repeated announcements from last week in case you missed it)

1. This week’s Solo Triplet Diaries stream will be held tomorrow on Thursday January 12th due to scheduling conflicts on Friday. It will still begin at 5pm PST.

2. Due to the repetitive nature of Sims 4, I will refrain from making entries for every day. I’d like to keep the content interesting and in the past few episodes, there hasn’t been anything terrible interesting. I still have three entries to finish up, but from there, until there is a considerably large character arc, I will be saving myself time and energy by just running the stream.

Thank you all for following and supporting the blog, thank you for supporting @thirst-order-confessions-renewed  and shout out to the other mods, I love you all so much!

Big news. I’m now living with @rabid-cur-hux​. I won’t be available online for most days as I’m going to be job hunting and getting Maryland legal. I’m not abandoning Ben/Kylo but I do consider this to be a hiatus. I can work offline for my replies and queue them randomly, so the schedule won’t be a thing for a while, if everyone’s comfortable with that. 

I may not even be available on discord either, at least not until I can get a phone so I can keep in touch with people. Thank you all for the fun and writing. This isn’t a final goodbye! I’m going to be coming back, but I’ll be back when I’m finally settled. <333

I hate myself

Ah yes, the First Order. A demanding and powerful entity that sweeps itself across the galaxy with one in intent; wiping out the rebel scum and bringing the galaxy a new, better ruling.

At the moment, however, the commander of said First Order, had another mission at hand. Kylo Ren unfortunately hadn’t inherited his father’s smooth, straight, easy to manage locks. Instead he was left with a mess of thick black hair that was a bitch in the morning. It was rumored that he woke an hour early every day to train; some said it was meditation, others said it was simple athletic training, perhaps a jog with a pissed off General Hux. No, the routine was something far more challenging. Every day the Sith Lord woke, sat himself in front of a mirror, and went to town.

Committing mass genocide across the universe had some perks; you could pick up a lot of neat and different hair products at different planets. Kylo had tried a variety, particularly liking one that Hux had called L’Oreal. (Whatever it was, it was way better than the greasy crap he used on his own hair). Kylo’s routine began with wetting his hair and combing through it, something that could take longer depending on his mood or the day. On some days he found himself feeling a nice rhythm as he moved his brush along, in fact, sometimes he’d really get into it. And when I say really, I mean really. Those Skywalkers are dramatic, after all.

Luckily for Rey, today happened to be one of those days.

Nether figure knew why the force had bonded them. Neither knew why they could see each other in an instant, feel each other’s thoughts, or even physically touch. Regardless of why, the two had grown accustomed to their little sessions that took place at random. Rey was hardly surprised anymore. Sometimes the two would lock eyes before the other disappeared. Sometimes they’d have conversations.

What Rey didn’t expect, as she lied in her bed at four in the morning, was to suddenly hear a loud (and certainly off key) humming sequence. Nor did she expect the voice to belong to the same man she’d seen shirtless (though she wondered if this was the same,,,,wide,,,,man)

The hip shaking only made it worse, and realizing that the Sith was currently smoothing a cream product into his hair only made it better.

The first thing she did was cover her mouth. She couldn’t blow it by laughing and being caught. Kylo, meanwhile, was too caught up in his own routine to notice that the force was being an absolute ASS right now (and totally cackling while Rian Jonson writes more fanfiction). Rey slowly sat up, peeking towards where she could feel him sitting.

Kylo was doing his final layer. This was what really kept it in place. He squinted at his own face in the mirror, using a small comb to adjust his part as he hummed a tune that suspiciously mirrored tailor swift. His lips were pursed as he took a sassy stance and flicked his hair in the mirror.

“Oh yeah.” He nodded, eyeing himself. He tried darkening his gaze.

“Yes, intimidation stare. Give them that supreme look.”

He pouted, trying out different angles like a model.

“Sorry, the old Kylo can’t come to the phone right now. Why? BecAUSE HE’S—“

He didn’t stop until he noticed something in the mirror; he, Kylo, Abercrombie model in training, was not alone.

The girl.

At that moment, Rey broke, borderline snorting while she laughed hysterically. Up till now, every encounter had had some sort of mystery to it, a dramatic feeling, super intense. This? It was gold. She wished she could keep playing that moment over and over again.

Kylo froze and whipped his head around. Rey had to admit, his hair had nice bounce to it when he moved, too.

“So that’s the secret, all along?”

Kylo cleared his throat and adjusted his collar.

“In truth, I learned my techniques from a very wise radar technician.”

Rey blinked, still holding in small chuckles. She shrugged and brought her hands up to her own hair, quickly pulling the top back into a bun as she normally did.

Kylo frowned. She made it seem so effortless. This only brought another fit of laughter.

“Looks like you’ll have to step up your game, Solo.”

I’m sure you all saw that we reached a very exciting milestone today! To celebrate we’ve decided to throw a little shipping party like last time so here’s what’s going down:

I’ve closed the ask box, and it will remain closed until 10 AM Central Time tomorrow morning (mostly for me to make an effort to clean out the ask box beforehand, I’ll be queueing as much as I can)

the askbox will opened at the designated time, and remain open until 10PM Central Time the following day

We’ll do our best to answer them all during the time allotted, but who knows how many we’ll get

PRO TIP: we want to stress that personality traits are what make it easier to pair you up with a boy, because as is standard operation of the blog the boys like you regardless of how you look. I also just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. First to my partner in crime, HaiLee, who found me in a heavy time just over a year ago, she’s been an incredible writer and co-brainstormer whenever I needed someone to bounce an idea off of, the best TLJ trailer analyzer a girl could hope for (three hours on the phone. no joke.), and abver all a dear, dear friend. I couldn’t do this without her. Also to some of the original creators of the Triplet!AU @jinxiebat and @faestae, for inspiring me initially to create this blog and every day since. and finally to all of you, when I started this blog I thought it would be like all my other RP blogs, minimal activity with a few regulars and a handful of followers before fizzling out. I couldn’t have ever imagined this odd little family in my head would be so well loved by so many people. now you are all our family too, and I’m thankful for you all every day.

The Plot;

LHS may seem like any other typical Kansas high school, but officials suspect that there might be something funny in the water. In the past six months alone, there have been a record high number of murders, mostly around the full moon, and strange animal behavior, such as cattle mutilations and lightning storms on sunny, rainless days.

This may or may not be due to the fact that several of LHS’s students are ‘sleeping’ monsters. Yes, monsters. Walking the halls of the school are demons, werewolves, vampires, nephilim, reapers, and even more creatures of lore, believe it or not. While most of no students know what they are, some do, and that’s why there have been so many strange happenings around town lately.

Some students have formed secret groups in order to help each other out with the stress of being a monster and a high school student while others could really care less. A few of the groups have also attempted to help their fellow creatures in figuring out exactly what’s going on with them in order to help get their school off of the government’s radar.

As the school year progresses and other human students figure out the secrets of their fellow classmates, will they want to help or hurt them? Only time will tell.
