Ensuring his fans are looked after properly is the number one priority in Tomlinson’s live career.

Noting that Tomlinson’s audience comprises mainly young women and girls, [Holly] Rowland reveals that, at the artist’s insistence, a safety team has been added to the tour to ensure everyone that attends his shows is looked after. “They manage all the safety within the shows for the fans,” she explains. “They came in for the Wembley show last year and have been with us ever since - they’ve been beneficial to the running of the tour. “When he played in South America, some of his fans were camping outside for a month. So we have a responsibility to look after them. Coming to a show should be a safe place, it’s where they find joy, and we have a responsibility to protect that.”

With Tomlinson determined to meet a duty of care toward his fans, Vines says that the team now sends a “considerable advance package” to promoters ahead of their tour dates. “Our safety team goes into venues in the morning, and basically ensures that a number of different things are in place – making sure that water is given to the fans, where the water comes from, and at what points in the show it happens.” And on the crushing phenomena, he reports, “We’ve worked out how many fans it’s safe to have without a secondary barrier. So we instruct promoters to have certain barriers in place to relieve the pressure and avoid crushing.”

He adds, “I get detailed incident reports after each show, which lets myself and my management team know exactly what happened, and so far on this tour, we haven’t had any issues with crushing or hydration, which is fantastic.”

Gale and Previous Relationships

Okay so I am SO DEEP in my BG3 feels again (god its been SO LONG in EA its hard to believe we are actually here lol) but like one thing that was interesting to me to think about in the context of Gale's romance is the fact that Tav is NOT his first mortal relationship, and yet he ALSO mentions that none have ever "loved him so purely" as to love him for who he is and not what powers he has, so like... were they hangers on when he was young? He mentions going to Uni so was it then? I highly doubt that it was during the Mystra period in his life (how long that was and exactly WHEN in his life it was is lost to the wtf math larian did) but like, I am sure he had more than a few admirers, but given how devoted he was I highly doubt he'd take any other interests given his monogamy. I was just talking about this with some friends and I just really got deep in the weeds about that period of time where Mystra was (probably?) still just his teacher and getting lost in the sauce of how talented he is and the invention of that "Gale of Waterdeep" persona and reinforcing his own complexes by more likely than not getting involved with people who really only care about the status that came with being with him and not him as a person. Like the intense desire for vulnerability and balanced with this *need* to be seen as an equal like... aaaaaaaa fuuuuck

It would have made a much better story if hope was a weak witch if they had to make her a tribrid (or idk actually give hope a witch mother cause atp the only witches in her family that are contributing to her genes are her grandmother, and great (supposed to be native) ancestors it makes no sense how even if she has magic she’s powerful 😒)

atleast with some witches we know some are powerful enough to do anything and take down any enemy but their still mortal and slow (can be taken down if a werewolf or vamp speeds and sneak attacks them before they can react) and vice versa with werewolves and vampires their physically powerful but can be taken down by magic.

Her being a weak witch means we can see her struggle, threats/enemies actually mean something because then there no question of why cant hope do a [magical solution] to save the day. It would mean we get to see hope actually learn and grow in her identity. It means she has a flaw

But ig julie didn’t want her own reseeme to even have a hint of weakness, i mean seriously in addition to hope being powerful she’s also super intelligent. She’s has both brains and brawn all im asking is for a physical flaw not a personality or emotional one.
