Détresse d'une bonne prof

Cette année, c’est ma cinquième rentrée.
Je suis arrivée en 2019 en tant que professeure de français. Je ne pense pas avoir fait le mauvais choix, en passant ce concours et en faisant ce métier. Les débuts ont été effrayants et difficiles, faute de formation convenable. Je suis tombée sur des classes compliquées dès la première année, et puis il y a eu le covid. J’ai longtemps eu peur de ne pas réussir, j’étais exigeante envers moi-même et un peu timorée pour croire en mon autorité naturelle. Mais le métier s’est fait, l’expérience s’est construite, maintenant je suis le mirador qui voit tout (ou croit tout voir), je répète en boucle les règles et les limites, les élèves m’ont dit qu’ils se sentaient bien avec moi et que j’expliquais bien. Certains trouvent mon cours intéressant, je peux leur parler sans qu’il y ait de tension et c’est déjà ça. Les petits fauteurs de trouble m’apprécient dans l’ensemble, parce que je ne les laisse pas tomber. Je suis reconnue comme une bonne prof, à mon échelle. Déjà puisque je suis pleinement là, avec toute mon énergie, avec le plaisir de chercher à donner le meilleur de ce que j’ai, et de leur montrer comme j’aime parler de littérature.
Je ne fais pas mille projets par an, je n’ai pas l’ambition de devenir inspectrice, je ne fais pas des jeux, je ne crée pas d’escape game ni ne plastifie des quizz de toutes les couleurs. Je suis vieux jeu, mais pour les petits loups que j’accompagne, parfois c’est rassurant et cadrant. Ils apprennent des choses, ils se souviennent d’informations l’année d’après pourtant très loin de leurs vies quotidiennes. Ils peuvent rire dans ma classe, ils peuvent s’exprimer, ils sont parfois remuants mais reviennent toujours au calme quand c’est nécessaire. Les ados sont différents d’il y a dix ans et je leur souhaite d’embrasser ces changements qu’on voudrait les empêcher d’incarner, sous prétexte qu’ils ne sont “plus au niveau”, et qu’on ne leur répétera jamais assez. Et puis je les aime, inconditionnellement et sans attente, et ça c’est déjà quelque chose.
Le problème c’est de dire immédiatement, comme présupposé, que ça aurait pu être un mauvais choix. Plus à aucun moment on ne parle de bon choix d’être prof. On finit prof. C’est ma cinquième rentrée demain, je vais retrouver mes collègues chouettes, ce collège que je connais faute de l’apprécier vraiment, étant donné qu’il tombe en ruine (littéralement, il penche) et sue le béton, dans un quartier moche et au milieu des cités. Je vais retrouver les élèves et faire mieux que l’année dernière. Je vais développer mes activités syndicales et apprendre plein de choses, car moi aussi j’apprends tous les jours quand je vais au collège. Je suis une vieille prof, maintenant. Je fais partie des murs, comme on dit. Mais cette année encore, je suis terrorisée.
Mais ça il faut bien que je me garde d’en parler à tout ceux qui ne sont pas prof. Personne ne regarde cela d’un bon oeil et quand on raconte ce qu’on vit vraiment au quotidien, on est juste pénibles. On se plaint alors qu’on a des vacances. On se plaint alors qu’on est fonctionnaire, et qu’on ne doit “que 18H”. J’ai commencé de préparer mes cours le 1er août. C’est un choix, je peux organiser mon travail comme je veux. Au début c’était une heure par jour, puis deux, puis trois, puisque c’est un travail infiniment long, qui demande de faire une tâche en plusieurs heures, parfois plusieurs jours, et qu’on n’est pas sûr qu’elle fonctionnera auprès des élèves. Cela fait une semaine et demi que je travaille plus de sept heures par jour. Je n’arrive pas à me rendre compte du résultat obtenu. Certaines choses vont être abandonnées, car je ne connais pas encore le profil de mes classes ou le caractère de mes élèves, leur rythme, ou leurs difficultés. J’ai peut-être deux mois de prêt. Je travaillerai pendant tous les weekend et toutes les vacances. Ce travail est invisible. Dans le privé, on vous parlerait de télétravail. Je compterai le nombre de jour de “vacances” réels que j’ai cette année, mais je pense qu’ils sont moins impressionnants que prévus, et cela avec 5 ans d’expérience et des cours un peu rodés.
Je travaille, et je ne gagne pas grand chose pour tout ce que je fais, pour la fatigue accumulée et les problèmes de santé mentale que mon travail me cause. Souvent la dernière semaine avant les vacances, je pleure. Je pleure de fatigue et de désespoir. Ça dépend des périodes, parfois c’est dès la deuxième semaine. Des fois je me contente d’arrêter de vivre et de serrer les dents en attendant les vacances. Car corriger, préparer, diriger, punir, encourager, parler, parler, écouter, consoler, répéter, parler, répéter encore, dix fois, vingt fois, s’interrompre, exiger, appeler, parler encore, et fort, toute la journée, ça brûle à petit feu toutes les réserves.
C’est le bruit surtout qui vous roule dessus. Le bruit des cris, le bruit des disputes, le bruit cours de travaux en groupe à 30, le bruit des couloirs qui résonnent, plus puissant qu’un moteur d’avion par période, le bruit de la salle des profs plein d’enseignants encore dans le flux de stress et de bruit. Le bruit des sonneries, le bruit de la ville, et tous les bruits ensuite qui vous assaillent jusque chez vous. Chaque jour, même quand vous n’avez pas la force, vous devez affronter ce bruit et parler, assurer le silence pour qu’ils soient 30 à vous écouter, du haut de votre mètre cinquante huit, dans une salle trop longue et mal prévue pour accueillir ces bruits. Parfois, dans ces salles, il fait 40°C et il n’y a pas de limite légale qui nous autorise à ne pas assurer le cours quand on sent qu’on a chaud à en vomir.
Parfois, le président nous dit qu’il faudrait qu’on revienne bosser le 20 août, donc par 40°C, avec des gosses qui se révolteront car déjà ils n’aiment pas l’école et vous êtes là pour les torturer. Parfois il nous dit qu’il faudrait bosser plus, et faire nos formations pendant les vacances et le mercredi après-midi, sans prendre en compte que l’on bosse déjà plus, depuis longtemps. Nous avons besoin du mercredi pour préparer les cours, et des formations en semaine pour faire une pause de nos élèves et apprendre à être meilleure à ce que l’on fait. On est seul dans sa classe, sans retour ni commentaires, parler en formation fait parfois du bien. Prendre du recul est essentiel.
Et puis il nous promet le pacte. Un moyen d’encadrer des actions pédagogiques que l’on fait déjà en heure supplémentaire. Comprenez bien que le plus précieux dans notre métier, c’est la liberté pédagogique que nous devons à notre statut si privilégié de fonctionnaire. Le droit de choisir comment l’on enseigne, selon une durée légale, que l’on peut augmenter moyennant des heures supplémentaires en remplaçant des collègues pendant leurs absences, afin d’assurer un suivi qui nous semble pertinent. Le pacte veut obliger les professeurs à faire ce qu’ils font déjà. Le pacte retire la liberté pédagogique. Si l’on ne remplace pas 18H d’absence de nos collègues (moyennant 36H de présence obligatoire au collège), nous ne pourront pas assurer les autres missions qui nous tiennent à coeur, et qui monteront nos heures supplémentaires bien au-delà de ce que nos corps pourront souffrir. Nous gérons notre temps, car la pédagogie demande du calme et de la clarté d’esprit. 50h supplémentaires par an, c’est subir des heures et nous mettre en colère pour le moindre mouvement de table, ou le moindre cahier oublié par mégarde. C’est briser petit à petit le lien qui nous unit aux élèves, faute d’énergie pour maintenir la confiance.
Le pacte veut nous offrir plein d’argent en échange. Mais attendez, pas trop vite. Cela dépendra de votre ancienneté, plus vous êtes ancien, moins vous aurez besoin d’argent pour vous donner l’envie de rester. On vous pousse plutôt vers la sortie. Sans compter que ce ne sont que des primes, qui ne seront pas prises en compte pour la retraite. Sans les primes REP et autres primes d’activité que je dois à mon jeune âge, je ne toucherais presque rien. En fait, dire que tous les profs seront payer 2000€ dès le début de leur carrière, reviendront à dire qu’ils seront payés pareil au bout d’un an et au bout de 8 ou 9 ans de carrière. Grâce au pacte, les dix ans de carrière vont même voir leur salaire baisser. Les mères n’auront pas cette possibilité d’avoir les primes et n’auront plus l’occasion de se former, puisque ce sera le mercredi après-midi. Pourquoi les professeurs ne veulent pas du pacte, demande Léa Salamé à Gabriel Attal sur France Inter la veille de la rentrée, et bien parce que c’est une réforme profondément injuste et méprisante.
Le plus dur de ce métier, c’est l’absence de respect. J’allais dire l’absence de reconnaissance, mais ça c’est le salaire le plus rare du système capitaliste. Depuis que j’ai commencé, il n’y a pas eu un mois, que dis-je, une semaine, sans l’annonce d’un projet menaçant qui nous promettent un avenir encore plus lugubre que le présent déjà morne et hostile. Pas une semaine sans une parole, un mépris de notre institution et de leurs gouvernants. C’est cela qui me terrorise. C’est de retourner affronter à bout de bras une situation très difficile qui repose sur la chance ou non d’avoir des élèves sympa, sans aucune chance de réussir à faire correctement mon travail, puisque je n’en ai pas les moyens matériels, (salle, matériel de qualité, salaire. En plus de cela, il faut espérer avoir une direction juste et compétente. Et cette dernière situation est très rare : on ne compte plus le nombre de cas de harcèlement ou d’abus des principaux que le pacte voudrait également rendre tout-puissants et transformer en néo-manager.
Ce qui me terrorise, c’est de retourner avaler jour après jour les directives injustes, les solutions indignes du terrain, les manques de l’institution que nous essuyons poliment sans faire de vague. Affronter cela en entendant le rejet de nos revendications au respect d’avoir un salaire qui nous permettent de supporter les mois d’inflation, qui nous permettent de retrouver un niveau de salaire, gelé depuis vingt-cinq ans, décent pour un fonctionnaire de catégorie A ayant fait 5 ans d’études. Ce qui me terrorise, c’est de voir que leurs réponses à tous les problèmes c’est d’engager sur une simple lettre de motivation et d’un CV des générations de professeurs contractuels non formés, parfois idéalistes, qui finissent par souffrir terriblement et se casser les dents, qu’on peut virer comme ça nous chante et surtout en juillet pour ne pas les payer de l’été. Mais vous comprenez, il faut bien garder les enfants pendant que les parents vont travailler, alors on a besoin de quelqu’un devant la classe pour garder les mômes. Peu importe si on lui balance des stylos ou s’il fait mordre par le petit loup autiste qui n’a plus d’AESH parce qu’il n’y a personne sur le poste et que c’est normal de le laisser au milieu de 27 neurotypiques qui se demandent pourquoi, très stressé, il pousse des cris en plein cours. Peu importe, puisque la garderie nationale est là pour ça. On voudrait juste du respect, pour nous et pour les gamins. Mais vraiment, simplement, demander la grâce de ne pas rendre notre métier plus difficile qu’il n’est et de nous foutre la paix pendant une semaine.
Quand je parle de tout cela, je suis sans cesse interrompue car il y a trop à dire et que c’est éprouvant pour celui qui écoute. Chacun a ses problèmes, et certains font semblant de comprendre, tout en méprisant un propos qu’ils jugent un petit peu abusé. Ah ces profs qui n’ont jamais été dans le privé, qui sont restés à l’école. Et puis tout le monde a son mot à dire sur la question, sur notre travail, ils sont passés par là. Ils ont été élèves, donc ils savent ce que c’est, le collège. Il y a des profs qui ne font rien vous comprenez, qui n’en foutent pas une. Une fois que tu as préparé tes cours, c’est bon t’as plus rien à faire. Tout le monde vous envie vos vacances mais pour rien au monde on ne voudrait devenir prof. C’est trop mal payé, et puis c’est horrible d’être face à des adolescents qui foutent le bordel toute la journée et ne vous respectent pas. Mais bon, vous comprenez. Vous avez beaucoup de vacances alors ne vous plaignez pas, jamais. Dire “je suis prof” ouvre la porte à tout un tas d’insanités en soirée, chez le coiffeur, partout où vous allez, je vous laisse faire l’expérience si ça vous chante.
Mais en attendant, si vous croisez un professeur, faites lui un câlin. Si vous êtes parent et que votre enfant vous en dit du bien, faites lui savoir par un petit mot. Pour l'aider, plutôt que l'enfoncer, à persévérer pour des enfants qui méritent une éducation qui les libère et leur ouvre l'esprit à d'autres horizons. Faites leur sentir qu'ils ne sont pas juste là pour garder les gosses, mais qu'ils servent à quelque chose, quand ils motivent un enfant et lui font découvrir le bonheur d'ecrire une histoire et de la lire à leurs camarades, quand ils lisent une nouvelle à chute et s'extasient des pouvoirs de la littérature. Parce que c'est gratuit. Parce que ça aide. Le moral des profs s'effondre, les congés maladie pour burn out se multiplient. Faites lui un câlin, ecoutez-le. Demain, il doit y retourner, avec son petit sac sous le bras, dire bonjour avec le sourire, faire le plus beau métier du monde que personne au monde ne voudrait faire.

Now let's ask (How Does Planet Move If Not By The Sun Gravity?)
My Planet diameter equation proves the planet creation data is created based on its motion features- means – the motion is found before the planet creation- my planet diameter equation provides a new vision for the matter nature and motion- let's summarize it in following-
The Matter Nature
The space and matter are created from the same original energy and they move with this original energy motion- BUT the matter has a distinguish picture and different velocity from the space picture and velocity (notice- The Gravitational Waves Prove That The Space Has A Motion)   
If we suppose the space is similar to the sea of water, the matter be similar to a whirlpool or a vortex found on the sea page- means- the matter is a geometrical design has distinguish picture from the space- as the whirlpool, it's created from the sea water but it has a distinguish picture from the sea waves picture
Means
The whirlpool is carried by the waves motion- and- the matter is carried by its original energy and moves with it- No Mass gravity is required for the matter motion- means- the matter is MOVABLE by nature.
The whirlpool dimensions are defined by the water motion - for example- we have a whirlpool its diameter is (2 meters)- this diameter is defined by the sea water motion features (velocity, pressure and other motion features) by that- the water motion analysis explains how the whirlpool dimensions are created
Also- the whirlpool is created but the creation requirements are needed every day- means- even if this whirlpool is found since years it can be changed immediately if the water motion features are changed- means- the whirlpool creation process is NOT a historical one.
Also- the matter is similar to a creature muscle, the muscle is found based on the blood motion and without this motion the muscle can be changed or removed.
Shortly -the energy was found and moving before the matter creation -and from this energy the matter is created and for that the created matter dimensions are in harmony with the motion features because the created matter moves with the original energy motion means the matter moves this same motion of the original energy- where the matter dimensions are created based on this original energy motion- that explains the full harmony between the matter dimensions and the motion features.

This hypothesis is important because- it gives us a method to use deep (analysis) for the gravitational waves features- on the other side- the idea tells (the gravitational waves are produced by the gravitational field) causes major difficulty for our analysis because no one knows what's the gravity or how does it work? means the idea puts the gravitational waves (features) under the same mystery of the gravity (work and effect)   
Because of that- there are massive importance to prove this hypothesis- let's prove it in following–(before we need to remember the planet motion energy analysis)

Any moving body produces motion energy (1/2mv^2), but where's the planet motion energy? the planet can't store its motion energy inside its body because it would raise its temperature, and no planet temperature is raised by its motion- so- again (Where's The Planet Motion Energy?)
Logically, Planet motion energy must be stored in the space in waves form-
The space is similar to the sea of water and planet motion in space is similar to a fish swimming in water- the fish motion creates waves in water and the planet motion energy creates waves in the space- means- Planet motion energy is stored in the space in waves form. 
Let's see this picture accurately- we observe one swimming fish in the sea- the fish hits the sea water by its tail and pushes some water and by that the fish swims and moves- we conclude the water moves by a velocity Equal the fish velocity because of the reaction force- means- the fish swimming creates wave in the water and this wave moves by the fish motion velocity- Similar to that-
Mercury motion energy creates wave in the space- this wave velocity equals Mercury velocity (47.4 km/s) -means– while Mercury moves, its motion creates waves move by the velocity (47.4 km/s)-

The sun rays creation proves the gravitational waves are produced by the planets motions energies and not by any gravitational field- because- the planets motions energies are stored in the space (and should be used because logically the energy can't be stored in the space forever without using) that tells the sun rays is produced from this stored energy and by that the sun is the outlet for the solar system motion energy

Here we need to define the space and matter natures – shortly- we need to see the whole picture in which the matter is created and moves and produces waves in the space- let's try to see that as clear as possible

The matter is similar to a whirlpool found on the sea page- this idea is explained before- and we agreed the whirlpool creation is not a historical one but the whirlpool dimensions can be changed immediately if the water motion features are changed
This idea is still insufficient - we need 3 Dimensions Moving Whirlpool - by that- this whirlpool will be similar to a fish swims in the water- and this fish motion energy creates waves in the space- here we see the picture more clear- the whirlpool is created from the sea water (the matter and space are created from the same energy) and the whirlpool motion (similar to a fish motion) creates waves in the space, by that the whirlpool motion produces energy and this energy is stored in the space in waves form- and these waves are the gravitational waves-

The previous features are very important for my theory of the gravitational waves- for three reasons
(First Reason) the light beam can be produced only from (C^2), and the gravitational waves can move only by (speed of light = C= 300000 km/s)
Shortly- if the velocity (Can NOT Be Squared) No light beam can be produced
Means-the light beam is produced only after the wave reflection because the reflection causes the velocity to be squared
In next point I put powerful proves for the wave reflection, that point shows how deep effects of the squared values are found in the planets data-
I want to say, the unified gravitational wave moves by speed of light (depending on the planets data because the waves are produced by the planets motions energies) and for that the wave velocity square causes to square many related data of the planets – the data analysis proves this fact clearly

The planets data are reflected- the next point proves that with powerful data- we can't explain how can the planets data be reflected on one another?
The reflection can be done (for waves only) and not for (planets) that proves these waves are produced from these planets (and not from any gravitational field) because the wave reflection caused to reflect the planets data

Oui, mais on peut aussi se référer à mon avant-dernier texte (NDLR : Fb)...Ghali voit la violence comme une fatalité seulement jugulable par la coercition. Or la violence provient d'un mal-être, systématiquement, et d'un manque de travail sur soi. Qui apprend cela à l'école ? En des décennies de dégénérescence de la situation en France, personne n'a pensé dans le public à proposer une éducation scolaire non basée exclusivement sur l'acquisition de savoirs. Au mieux on a de l'éducation civique. Toute autre initiative hormis systèmes parallèles comme Montessori serait considérée comme de l'embrigadement sectaire. La faute aux confos qui sont persuadés que c'est en gavant leurs gosses de connaissances plus ou moins bien enregistrées que ces gosses seront prêts à "affronter" ce que les confos appellent "la vie active", l'ignoble routine excessive du travail tel qu'il est conçu par la quasi-totalité des pans des sociétés.
