తాత్పర్యము : శ్రీహరియొక్క ఊరువులు (తొడలు) అవిసె పూవుల వలె నీలివర్ణ శోభితములై బలిష్ఠములై విలసిల్లుచుండును. అవి గరుత్మంతుని భుజములపై విరాజిల్లుచుండును. ఆ స్వామి నితంబములను ధ్యానింప వలెను. ఆ స్వామియొక్క పట్టు పీతాంబరము మణికట్టు వరకు వ్రేలాడుచు, మొలయందు గల స్వర్ణమయ కటి సూత్రముతో చెలిమి చేయుచు నితంబములను అంటి పెట్టుకొని యుండును. కనుక, భక్తుడు భగవంతుని యొక్క ఆ ఊరుద్వయమును, నితంబములను అనగా తొడలను తన హృదయమునందు ధ్యానించవలెను.

MEANING : Next, the yogi should fix his mind in meditation on the Personality of Godhead's thighs, the storehouse of all energy. The Lord's thighs are whitish blue, like the luster of the linseed flower, and appear most graceful when the Lord is carried on the shoulders of Garuḍa. Also the yogī should contemplate His rounded hips, which are encircled by a girdle that rests on the exquisite yellow silk cloth that extends down to His ankles.

PURPORT : The Personality of Godhead is the reservoir of all strength, and His strength rests on the thighs of His transcendental body. His whole body is full of opulences: all riches, all strength, all fame, all beauty, all knowledge and all renunciation. The yogī is advised to meditate upon the transcendental form of the Lord, beginning from the soles of the feet and then gradually rising to the knees, to the thighs, and finally arriving at the face. The system of meditating on the Supreme Personality of Godhead begins from His feet.

The description of the transcendental form of the Lord is exactly represented in the arcā-vigraha, the statue in the temples. Generally, the lower part of the body of the statue of the Lord is covered with yellow silk. That is the Vaikuṇṭha dress, or the dress the Lord wears in the spiritual sky. This cloth extends down to the Lord's ankles. Thus, since the yogī has so many transcendental objectives on which to meditate, there is no reason for his meditating on something imaginary, as is the practice of the so-called yogīs whose objective is impersonal.

One can protect oneself from all kinds of Spiritual and Material dangers by hearing and chanting this stotra mentioned in Brahmanda purana. You all have been having a lot of fun with Wooloo already but I just saw and thought about some other things...

First of all,looks like when put into this word structure its Japanese name is Ūrū

Ūrū

Next,the English/Spanish/Italian name is kind of a daring choice.I know it is intended to be read as “Wool” with an “oo” at the end but some people will look at it like “Woo-Loo” and given this region is inspired by the area that will at times refer to a bathroom as the “loo”...Yeah...

Beyond that,I think we can expect this sheep to get at least one evolution that gives it larger horns.To see what happens with this and all else.

Of course I am psyched to play the new Pokémon Sword and Shield this fall! There has been a limited release of what the new Galar Region (Generation VIII) Pokémon will be, but one that seems to very popular already is Wooloo, the “Sheep Pokémon”.

Name him ” F.W.Woolworth “

Wooloo (in Japanese: ウールー “Ūrū” ) will be a NORMAL-Type, and according to leaks (official and otherwise) this sheep will be encountered in the early game play of the new region. Its abilities will be either Fluffy or Run Away. Right now, It is not known if Wooloo will evolve into or from any other form — although it can be used in Dynamax form. Bulbapedia will add updates as updated information on the new game becomes available. Wooloo is a cute, round lamb. it appears to be able to roll.

Perhaps “Rollout” will be one of the moves that it can learn. Wooloo also has two woolen braids or pigtails. The sheep must be yound, as its horns are just small nubs right now. If this Pokémon evolves, perhaps it will have larger ram-like horns in the final form.

Wooloo is popular, and has stimulated early cosplay even though the game is not out for months! (Credit goes to these artists.)

I have two favorite nicknames already planned! I will use “Imbolc” for a female Wooloo, and “Woolworth” for a male. Allow me to explain … Woolworth is the name of a famous American department store chain of the “five and dime” variety. The company is no longer in business. Everyone in my age-group remembers shopping at Woolworth’s. They even had a lunch counter.

Imbolc is the name of a Celtic holiday, midway between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. It is also known as Saint Brigid’s Day. You Americans know this date as Groundhog Day. One meaning of Imbolc is “in the belly” and it refers to ewe’s milk. Imbolc was originally a pagan celebration (and is still celebrated by modern day Druids and Wiccans). One tale says that Brigid saved lives by providing ewe’s milk.

The pagan goddess became the Catholic saint after Christianity spread to the Celtic regions of the British Isles. Indeed, a cute name for this ewe might be “Brigid” — as it is certainly appropriate for Sword and Shield’s British “Galar” Region. You can find your own way to celebrate it.

I will probably catch many of these sheep, so here are some other names, and some derivations:

“Normie” – because it is a normal type. I have used the name for various normal while playing past games. I don’t expect the normies to understand. Ha.

“Slaughter” – is a last name. Also I was thinking of “The Slaughtered Lamb” tavern from the movie “An American Werewolf in London”.

“Pet-Me-Peta” – after the animal-rights organization.

“Flock-N-Roll” – as a take on the name of the musical genre rock-and-roll.

“Woolio” – after the rapper Coolio, who had similar-looking pigtails. Or maybe I am thinking of Snoopdog. Shoot I don’t know — I can’t tell the difference between those bigoted a-holes. I don’t listen to that awful stuff anyway.

“Wooly Bully” after the Pharaos hit song from the early-1960s.

“Ewe B Forty” – after the British reggae-pup group UB40. There are probable other “Ewe” names you could play with. “Ewe Turn” might be good for this rolling sheep.

“Sheepdip” — after the process.

Recycled Names: I have some sheep-names on my old post about Mareep. How does a sheep say the name Barbara? “Baa Bara“. You could also consider goat-names I used for Gogoat — because sheep and goats are similar herd animals, and both species can be milked. The British food delicacies “Headcheese” or “Head Jam” are suggestions.

Yup, someone needs a good milking alright!
