It was always funny to see the two of you together, going back as far as your childhood.
Katie had always been the more tomboyish of the pair of you, always up to wrestle with the older kids or go careening down the hill on her bike. You were slower in comparison, taking your time and amusing yourself by playing clapping games or making daisy chains.
You shouldn't have worked as well as you did but it must have been fate.
When Katie moved to England, you came with her. There was never any debate about it. Wherever she went, you went.
Football was her passion and you were happy to go along for the ride. She'd found a home at Arsenal and you were more than happy to tag along.
You worked at the local florist, surrounded by flowers everyday. You had beehives at the back of the garden. Your backyard was picture perfect and you grew your own fruits and vegetables.
No one expected someone like you to be engaged to someone like Katie.
"Mate," Leah said as she relaxed back in her seat," Your girl's a dream. I mean, what can't she do?"
Katie tilted her head back so she could peer into the kitchen where you were sectioning out the cake you'd made earlier.
It wasn't often that you two hosted bonding nights but, when you did, everyone came along. Your Pa was a chef so you'd picked up a few things along the way.
Your meals were the stuff of legend between the Arsenal team, with the experience being passed down from older teammates to younger ones as they all sat waiting for the invitation.
"Nothing," Katie replied as you momentarily got distracted by rearranging the bouquet that lived on the windowsill.
"You hit the jackpot," Jen said," I mean, I don't know how you control yourself. If I had a girl like that to come home to everyday, I'd never leave the bed."
"Hey!" Katie said, shoving her friend," She's my fiancée! Not yours!"
Jen laughed, tipping her head back. "I'm just saying! Come on, Katie, you can't say that you've never considered just skipping practice."
Katie winked. "I never said that. I just said to stop fantasising about my girl!"
"So you would stay in bed with her all the time?" Leah teased.
Katie smirked. "You know I would but you know," She shrugged," One of us has to be the breadwinner." She flexed jokingly. "I make enough that she could be my pretty housewife if she really wanted to."
"Real macho, McCabe," Leah said," You're forgetting we once saw you drop a weight on your foot. You're not that smooth."
"I think y/n would disagree with you there." Katie winked. "I'm super smooth. It's why she fell in love with me."
"She fell in love with you because you seduced her, I reckon. All this power is going to your head. Occasional Arsenal captain, Ireland captain and now you're saying you're the man of the house."
"I'm absolutely saying that." Katie flexed again. "I mean, check out these muscles."
"Alright," Jen laughed," Put those guns away before you take someone's eye out."
Admittedly, Katie knew she was talking like she was some kind of hormonal uni boy but she couldn't help herself. She was completely relaxed here, in her own home with her teammates scattered around and you serving everyone cake. She was definitely bigging herself up here but she didn't want to lose face in front of her friends, especially as you breezed back into the room with pre-sliced cake and a pile of plates.
"I hope you're all able to eat this," You said," I know you're meant to be on diets but, surely, you can cheat for the day."
Katie grinned, drunk on the feeling of puffed up pride at everyone's compliments about you. She stood and rested her hand a little too low on your ass to be decent in public.
"Course we can, babe," She said, emboldened by the way you didn't say anything as she squeezed lightly," Everyone loves your baking."
You sent her an unreadable look but allowed her touching, helping everyone get a slice before settling on her lap in the loveseat.
Katie smirked at Jen and Leah, who were sending her similar cocky looks, and she finally moved her hand from your ass to rest splayed out on your hip, dragging you ever closer.
You fed Katie bites of your own slice automatically as she sat manspread on the loveseat, still talking amongst her teammates.
When there was a lull in the conversation, you brought your lips to her ear.
"Vey macho, Katie," You said, watching her throat bob in horror when she realised that you had heard everything," A real man of the house."
"Babe," She murmured back, eyes darting back and forth between everyone to make sure none of them were looking," I-"
"I'm not going to say anything," You said, shutting her up by pressing another forkful of cake into her mouth," I wouldn't want to embarrass you in front of all of the new signings."
"Babe," She said again, shifting a bit uncomfortably as you put more food into her mouth.
"Shh," You said softly," Don't talk just yet." You leaned a bit closer, putting the plate down on your lap so you had a hand free to push Katie's hand to grip your hip harder. "You have your fun showing off for your friends. You do whatever you want but let me make this clear. If you have to be reminded who's really in charge here then I will make sure to remind you. Understand?"
"I understand."
"Good." You smiled and drew away, picking up the plate and nudging Katie's lips with a cake filled fork again. "Open up, baby. I spent a lot of time on this. Make sure to eat your fill."

Izana noticed quickly how you start to eat less and less. He cooks for you both the most and he can’t help but notice how a picky eater you’ve slowly become until eating barely enough to go on. As a small eater himself, he gets more and more worried when you start eating less than him. He knows you’ve never really been comfortable with your body and so, losing weight isn’t a bad idea if you feel like it’s what you need.
Yet, it got out of hand when he finally noticed your showing ribs even when you’re not stretching or breathing out. He sees them a little too much to his liking.
“You can’t go on like this.” he pointed out one day, during a meal. You haven’t touched your plate and you gulped at his words. “It’s not too much,” he added, pointing to your plate, “you’ll have to learn to eat again now.” he paused, waiting for your answer that is never coming. “It’s ok to be a small eater, but not to not eat at all.”
You clenched your jaw. As if you don’t know it well enough. As if you could just eat like that after all this time. His words hurt you more than anything, you thought he would understand.
“I know it’s hard, you don’t have to go through this alone.”
“You don’t know anything.”
“Darling what do you think ? Have you seen me ? Isn’t it obvious enough ?” You looked at him, thinking about his habits a bit more and the way he looks before it hit you. Your eyes water, you were too focused on yourself to notice him, to even realize.
“We’re in this together.” he said with a smile.
Mikey doesn’t notice. All he noticed is that you’re not eating with him anymore. You go out with him but don’t ask for a bit anymore, nor do you take something for yourself. He doesn’t understand and sadly doesn’t know either how to handle it.
“Why aren’t you taking anything ?” he pouted, almost refusing to eat if you don’t.
“I’m simply not hungry Mikey, it’s fine, eat!”
“You’re never hungry lately !” It sounds more like a tantrum than anything else honestly and you can’t help but lie about it.
“I eat well enough at home, don’t worry. I’m just trying to lose weight lately.”
“What ? No !” you can hear him pouted. “I like you the way you are, I’ll be sad if you lose weight. It wouldn’t feel the same when I’ll hold you. I hate to think about it.”
He was so pure in his words, you didn’t have the heart to tell him the truth.
“I’ll try not to lose too much then.” So you lied again, but seeing his smile was more than enough.
Ran is more than aware of what this is. You sleep too much. He does too, he knows that, but you always seem exhausted. Your skin is dry and almost gray. At first he checked your temperature for a few days, on those when it hit hard. Then he started to look at your activities, you still have to go to uni and stuff, maybe that’s what makes you this irritated. You don’t laugh much these days.
Finally, he started to look out for what you eat and he was met with the terrible truth that you’re not, and that’s probably what’s causing all of that. He has rough memories with that, and he wishes to not live them one more time.
“My love,” he purred into your ear, holding you from behind while you’re cutting some fruits.
“Yeah ?”
“Are you gonna eat more than that ?” You froze in his arms, not knowing what to say. “Would you share some ramen with me ? You don’t have to eat much, just something else other than an apple.”
“Ran I –”
“You know, it happened to my mom,” he cut you. He understands your side, but he wants you to understand his as well. “She was really sick because of this. And well, you know the end,” he snuggles his nose in your neck. “I don’t want this to happen to you.”
You don’t know what to say. It’s easier said than done and you don’t even wanna get better, not now, not now that it’s working and you’re close to your goal. Not now that –
“So, would you ?” but you can’t say no to him. And it’s not too much right. It’s just this time.
“Yeah, ok but just a few bites.”
“Right, I don’t want you to be sick.” he smiled against your skin. “Thank you. I love you”

Hi friends. I’m 21F and have been struggling with my body image since 2009 which led me to develop anorexia around 2014. I’ve been struggling ever since and have tried every trick and diet out there but have finally settled on my own so I thought I’d share it. First of all, recovery is a lie. There was a point in my life where I fully recovered but made me fat… it was nice not to worry about calories and all that but the pros outweigh the cons of an ED if done correctly. So think of your ED as a lifelong friend. In order to have an ED successfully for a long period of time you must go about it healthily. I know this is somewhat contradictory. I’m gonna include just some general tips, advice, and food alternatives. In a separate post I’ll be listing my favorite low kcal recipes so stay tuned.

GENERAL TIPS
•Drink water before, during, and after meals. This is absolutely crucial.
•During this period it’s important to spend extra time and effort on maintaining your vaginal health, immune system, fertility, and skincare !! Really important not to neglect these things especially vaginal care >.<
•Calories matter but make sure to eat nutritious foods. Must have a good judgment on when to splurge on kcals or when to go for an alternative. For ex: splurging on healthy foods that are a lot of kcals vs unhealthy processed foods that are low kcal.
•It’s good to strive for 1200 kcals or less. If it’s a cheat day or you’re feeling lenient then aim for around 1600 kcals. Never ever go over 2000 kcals.
•if you’re a foodie like me then you *have* to find creative and unique ways to curb your cravings. Otherwise your mental health will plummet. If you’re not satisfied then you’re either gonna keep eating or be miserable
•Remember your brain needs at least 330 kcals to function properly so if you’re feeling slow or disoriented then definitely have a snack or meal.
•Best drinks to have are water, sparkling water, tea, and coffee.
•If you eat over your calorie limit don’t fret, it’s not the end of the world. Just either work out or purge. Keep purging to a limit and don’t do it more than once a day. Ideally less purging is better so keep it for emergencies.
•Using apps such as my fitness pal are great for seeing what nutrients you’re deficient in or going overboard in. However I’ve found I lose more weight when I’m not using the app because I’m thinking about food less. However everybody is different and I would recommend at least checking out the application if you haven’t already.
•Vitamins are your bestie too!! I take a couple supplements to make sure I’m getting the vitamins I need for longevity.
•Cut down on silly calories like sauces and drinks by using alternatives. Also you can pretty much find a low kcal version of anything these days if you look hard enough.
•If you love flavor then these simple things will help like ~ seasoning, low kcal hot sauce such as Tabasco or sriracha, soy sauce, etc.

CRAVING ALTERNATIVES
•Juice or sugary drinks ~ low sugar Gatorade, fruit flavored teas iced with extra tea bags to give it extra flavor
•Soda ~ flavored sparkling water with powder or liquid drink mix such as crystal light strawberry lemonade drink mix
•Starbucks ~ just making my own mixed coffee drinks and sweet tea drinks saves so many calories
•Dessert ~ Gerber biscuits arrowroot (taste like shortbread), Gerber lil biscuits, cottage cheese, chocolate covered fruit or nuts
•Chips ~ Gerber’s Lil Crunchies Mild Chedder (basically cheese/ cheeto puffs), quest chips, or half a serving size of normal chips
•Ice cream ~ strawberry halo top
•Chocolate ~ alter eco or dark chocolate coconut fudge
•Mayo ~ miracle whip or vegan mayo
•Rice ~ cauliflower or broccoli rice
•Pasta ~ Chickpea pasta

Nothing’s really been the same. Not since he left. This isn’t something one really could get over. But it’s been over two months and things are dicey, so you’ve got to get your priorities in order.
You slam a hand down on to the desk. “Up.” Bruce grunts, looking over at you before his gaze goes back to his work. “Get. Up.”
“I have work to do.”
“You have a life to live. And you’re sure as hell not doing that down here. Or out there.” You jerk your head in the direction of the Batman suit.
“I’m living plenty.” Really, he’s just surviving in some odd way. Existing almost purely as Batman and hardly doing much outside of that, even including eating and sleeping. You’re not sure the last time you saw him eat something that wasn’t a granola bar, bits of fruit or part of a sandwich.
“Bruce, I know you’re hurt. I know you’re grieving. I am too. But this is not the way to do it.”
“I can’t make that mistake again.”
“It was not your fault, Bruce. If it’s your fault it’s mine too. He’s…” You hesitate, not sure if you even should use present tense anymore. But in the end Jason will always be your son. “he’s my son too. I should have paid more attention to him, never let him go, much less by himself. I should have gone with you.”
“You’re not like me.” He argues.
“I can fight too, I have. I will again.” You don’t say that you will again if you have to, just that you will. You’re smarter than that. You know how things work.
“I know, but you’re not doing it every night.”
“I’m not.” You would if you had to though. “But I know you can’t keep doing this. I feel like I’m losing you.” He’s not the same, you don’t blame him. There’s been little differences about you too. Like the way you keep Dick closer, in a way you haven’t in a long time. If someone asked him though, Dick would say this is way more than that. After all, it’s not every day you lose a son.
Bruce though? Bruce is angry and withdrawn in a way that you’ve never seen. It worries you. It’s part of the reason why you’ve been tightly holding every bit of you together. One of you has to. Bless Alfred but some things aren’t meant to fall on just him, or him at all.
“I’ve already buried one of my sons. I don’t want to have to bury my husband too.” The way Bruce is going, someone else is more likely to bury their husband than you. Still, your husband is wasting away in front of you, like he’s intent on burying himself in some way.
That must have hit him because it’s only then that he softens and looks at you. “You won’t. I won’t have another son buried, I won’t have me buried and I won’t have you buried. But that means I have to get better.” His gaze returns to his work.
“You’re not getting better. You’re destroying yourself” Grabbing his chair you spin him towards you before cupping his face. “You’re exhausted.” His eyes would look dead if not for the ever present fire in them. Dimly lit under the weight of his world. “This isn’t helping.”
“I just need to be better.” He places his hand on top of yours but doesn’t move it. Instead he curls his fingers around it. “Figure out how to maximize everything. Be more efficient. Get more eyes and ears in places.”
“Rest.” Though you say it softly the word is firm. As unmoving and unwavering as you are. Though when the silence stretches on for too long you say, “Please. You need it, and I need you.”
He exhales. “Okay.”
“Come on, get up. We’re going to sit out on the terrace, have a meal, and get some sun.”
Bruce’s hand falls into your own as you lead him upstairs. Later he will hold you and tell you how it was never your fault, that you did the best you could here, in Gotham, at home. How you continue to do the best you could and he was so very grateful for you then convince you to rest a little yourself. Perhaps Alfred would find the two of you tucked into each other in a sitting room in the evening and a little tension would leave him as you two were beginning to come back to yourselves, to each other.

Safe Foods + Diet Foods Masterpost
(I live in the Midwest)
This is a list of a bunch of my personal favorite foods and ingredients to utilize when I’m heavily restricting. I usually love making the highest volume possible out of the lowest cals, but I also sometimes eat smaller amounts of higher calorie/denser foods if I’m, say, wearing something tight or whatever and don’t want to be water bloated. I believe in the importance of being at least mildly sated, and also in the importance of multivitamins+supplements! If you’re restricting, there is a 100% guarantee you are not getting enough vitamins to maintain external functions you really don’t want to start failing on you. I lost a lot of hair when I dropped a fuck ton of weight for the first time because I was 14 at my worst and didn’t understand anything/didn’t care at all about body chemistry, but after I was forced to recover, after my hair began growing back and thickening up, it became very important to me—as did many other aspects of my body that are influenced+enhanced by the ingestion of vitamin supplement (also hair oils like rosemary and castor and almond, leave-in conditioners, good conditioner in general // all of these things will support hair health and maintenance, specifically!) So take your vitamins! Especially capsules, because gummy vitamins are easier for your body to flush out. Plus, a lot of them are just placebos dyed a fun color and rolled in sugar. (The “Now” brand offers very high quality supplements and multivitamins in capsules/pill form)
Also, now that I’m an adult and can buy my own groceries, I have much more access to helpful tools that I wouldn’t have been able to access at 14 or wouldn’t have known enough about to even bother figuring out more. I’m much more educated now and feel almost as if restricting is too easy, too fun. Will it become a problem? Maybe. But until then, and as long as I know we’re all bent on our own destruction anyway, I’ll share what I know, because I wish I would have known about some of these things the first time I decided to dive headlong into the pits of despair (‘:
I can share my favorite combos/meals in another post if anyone would like to see it! First, though, a few general rules I follow, as a sort of context to the masterpost:
1. Caloric intake matters first and foremost. It’s just the simplest way for me to track what I’m eating. (Now don’t do this, but) You could be eating the shittiest, sugariest, most processed diet on the planet but if you’re in a caloric deficit, you’re still going to lose weight.
2. All vegetables are safe. A vegetable is not out here making anyone fat or unhealthy. Certain vegetables, like potatoes, are denser in calories, so it’s just a matter of learning how to use them, but if that scares or triggers you, stay away! For me, I always try to maintain that plants are nothing to be afraid of. I’m neurotic enough without being afraid of the food that literally comes from the earth.
3. All fruits are safe. Moderation is more important to keep in mind when it comes to fruits versus vegetables, because fruit contains more sugar, which means more calories overall. But fruits are my favorite additions to breakfasts, or as sides/snacks later on in the day. It’s a little extra something to crunch/chew on, and all fruit is just so yummy.
4. There’s nothing wrong with a chocolate fix!!! Dark chocolate (the higher the percentage, the better!) has numerous health benefits because it contains a plethora of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. It can be high calorie, so enjoy it in moderation, but there is absolutely nothing I love more than taking my time on a lux little square of dark chocolate while I’m reading a book.
5. No eating after 10pm. (I know most people choose an earlier time, but I’m a college student in a stem field who walks from her apartment to campus, so I get home later than traditional dinner time most nights.)
6. No eating before 7am. (8am is preferable.)
7. Eliminate as many sugary, processed carbs as possible. They aren’t really satisfying your body, and consuming these kinds of foods while restricting often leads to uncontrollable bingeing.
8. Eliminate fried foods (unless you figure out an air frier for a cheat night or something).
9. If you’re going to focus on any macros/micros, focus on protein and fiber! Protein is greater sustenance; fiber makes you shit.
10. If you binge, you binge. It happens. It comes with the territory of ED’s. Your body is literally pre-programmed to react this way to starvation because it’s a self-defense mechanism, and for many people, it’s an emotional defense mechanism. Just make your best mental and physical effort to minimize damage. Screwing yourself into the ceiling and just eating more will make you feel cosmically worse. Try to catch yourself before saying “fuck it” and continuing to binge harder, because even you know you don’t really mean that, and you know you’ll hate yourself to the moon for it later. Take a deep breath, name a few of the five senses to ground yourself or whatever, and then walk away. Listen to some music. Chew some gum or start sipping on lemon water. And remember: one pound is 3,500 calories. You would have had to eat that much on top of your basal metabolic rate (how many calories your body burns just existing) to gain just one pound. Water retention can be flushed. Fat cannot be.
11. Drink at least two quarts of water a day.

I bit my lip as I stared at the food in front of me. This was the first time I was eating a meal with my mom in two months due to her crazy work schedule and my sports schedule.
"Do you not like it?" My mom asked softly. "I can make you something else." It was a new dish so I knew she would most likely buy the excuse.
"Yeah...sorry mom." She shook her head, signaling not to apologize before kissing my temple and putting my bowl on the kitchen counter for later.
"Y/n?" She asked as she opened the fridge.
"Yeah?"
"Why is the fridge full?"
"Because I went shopping." I said quickly.
"There's no new food in here." I felt my heart beat quickly. She knew. Of course she knew she was a profiler for the fucking BAU and I was her daughter she knew me like the back of her hand. She knew. "What's with the anxious face?"
"Mom..." I trailed off as she walked towards me with a fruit smoothie. "I'm not hungry." I could tell by her face that she wasn't buying it.
"Baby...I need you to talk to me."
"About what?"
"Don't play dumb, ok? I'm sorry that I haven't been here for a while, I'm really sorry about that. I love spending time with you and I love you more than anything. You know that right?" I nodded and leaned forward as she placed a kiss on my forehead. "But just because I've been gone doesn't mean that I haven't noticed things, ok? Now I need you to tell me what's going on so I can help." She reached for my hand and squeezed it in reassurance.
"I just..." I paused for a second, trying to figure out how to get the words out, thankfully she was patient with me. "I don't know...I just feel like I can't..."
"Cant what baby?" I leaned forward and put my head in my hands. She put her hand on my back and rubbed it slowly.
"I feel like I can't eat." It came out as a whisper.
"Can you elaborate on that honey?"
"It's not that I don't like food...I mean I still like food...I think." It took me a few seconds to string together a sentence. "I just...I can't do it. Because it's so bad for me- mom I'm losing weight! I've wanted that for so long, you know that! And I'm finally getting it but after I'm done working out I get hungry but when I look at food I just get..."
"Nauseous? Anxious?" She finished my thoughts for me and I nodded. "So you still want to eat? You just feel like you can't?" I shrugged. "I can't help if you don't tell me everything baby."
"When I stopped eating I saw how much weight I was losing and I...I just stopped. It wasn't even the intentional at first but it really works, it really helps me lose weight but now I'm just...I'm scared to gain any weight back." I explained. "And I know it's bad, I know but whenever I go to take a bite of something it's like every cell in my body is screaming at me to stop and I can't fight past it." I took a shallow breath and clasped my hands together.
"Hey. Deep breaths." She told me softly, rubbing my back again, sighing as she felt how skinny I had gotten. "It's ok baby, just deep breaths, ok?" I leaned against her and hugged her arm.
"Do you want me to call your therapist? Tell her you need to start seeing her again?" I shrugged.
"I don't know if I want to do that yet."
"But don't you think it would be good to have someone to talk to?" She pointed out but I didn't say anything. She got the hint that I really didn't want to go to my therapist again so she just gave my knee a soft squeeze. "Well what can I do to help?" Her voice was unbelievably soft.
"Be here?" I shrugged and my eyes widened as I realized what I said. I knew how guilty she felt for never being here and I didn't want to make her feel bad, I didn't even mean it that way.
"Ok. Done. I'll take a month off, ok?"
"But-"
"Hey, no buts. I just want to make sure you're ok. You're my daughter honey I want to help you in any way I can." I nodded and squeezed her arm tighter. "You can come to me for anything, ok? I want you to know that y/n." I nodded. "Come here." She pulled me into her arms in a tight hug, something I had needed from her for months but was too scared to ask for.
After a few minutes she tried to pull away from the hug but I didn't let her. "I need you." I whispered.
"Ok. I'm not going anywhere." She assured me. "I love you so much y/n." She slowly rocked us back and forth, knowing that it calmed me down. "Starting tomorrow you're gonna eat at least two meals a day, ok?"
"Mom-"
"No protests. You need nutrition to survive honey. I'm not going to be lenient with this, ok? I need you to eat food. You need to eat food." She stroked my hair. "You can always talk to me about anything but I will be a hardass about you eating, ok?" I nodded, that seemed fair. If I had a kid I would do the same thing. "I love you kiddo."
"I love you too mom."

You know what I adore. Healthy fat. Round soft jiggle laid over muscle, proving that someone is loved. Gaining weight as a form of healing. Comfort and safety and trust.
Jimin gets "healthy fat." His previously malnourished and over-exercised body is finally getting more than the bare minimum number of calories to function. This all begins when he starts dating Nutritionist Namjoon, and his boyfriend purses his lips at just how little Jimin consumes in a day. Jimin is so exhausted all of the time. He complains of headaches, and Namjoon knows exactly why.
"Six cups of coffee and one granola bar is not enough fuel to last all day, little chick."
Despite Jimin waving him off with excuses about being too busy in the dance studio to eat, Namjoon hauls his own meaty, bulked-up ass to the kitchen at 1 am and cooks balanced meals for Jimin to snatch from his fridge on the way out each morning. He knows just what kinds of calories Jimin's deprived body needs. Moderately portioned rice and grains mixed with peppers, tomatoes, and a sprinkle of olive oil. A slab of seared salmon or some other healthy protein for Jimin's body to actually have enough energy to last the day. Sauteed vegetables, sliced cheese, and a healthy portion of fruit. A little bar of dark chocolate that he knows Jimin adores. A protein smoothie full of nutrients and calories for Jimin to sip in the morning instead of overdosing on caffeine. He adds an apple and draws on a sticky note. A little wobbly smiley face with a speech bubble. "Eat me!"
Namjoon presses another sticky note on the coffee machine for Jimin to see when he wakes up. A "breakfast and yummy lunch in the fridge for you. <3 Joonie."
Jimin is so pouty with affection when he wakes up and sees the notes and the food made with love from his hyung. He tosses it in his bag on the way out, chaotic and haphazard as always, almost late as he shucks on his trainers and snatches the delicious-looking smoothie instead of the stale coffee that he forgot to empty out the night before.
Namjoon keeps up caring for his boyfriend, and it isn't long before Jimin's frail and exhausted body begins filling in. Namjoon kisses his baby chick's pudgy cheek before heading to the early shift at the clinic, and murmurs as always, "love you-" before leaving.
Jimin having actual food and a well-balanced diet helps his body so much. He starts coming home from work with more energy, smiling and glowing at Namjoon with fuller cheeks, asking if he wants to go for a bike ride together along the river. Namjoon practically beams as he can see the life pouring back into his boyfriend now that his body is approaching a healthy weight. Jimin has a soft waist, and Namjoon can't help but adore it. Rubbing in his hands as he hugs him from behind in the kitchen, feeling the sweet, warm curves of his body and leaning down to kiss his neck. Jimin melts into him like usual, and Namjoon feels so much pride in the way Jimin's tummy gently pushes out into his hands. Jimin is so healthy. He's full of life and love, and Namjoon makes sure to worship the ever-living hell out of him, so Jimin doesn't slip into any of the negative thoughts that he confessed to him one night over a bottle of shared wine about why he started dancing- to lose weight.
Jimin is just so happy these days, and he knows that Namjoon is a major contributing factor. He finally has enough energy to start going to the gym with Namjoon whenever his cute, huge koala asks him with hopeful eyes. Jimin follows the exercise plan that Namjoon's personal-trainer friend at work whipped up for him.
"Nothing for weight loss," Namjoon had told Jungkook privately during their lunch break, "I just want him confident and healthy again. He was so frail, Jungkookie. I was scared he was going to break."
Jimin jogs on the elliptical and watches Namjoon squat with a bar of weight hiked over his shoulders. Tiddies and ass to die for. Namjoon is so fucking thick and yummy. Jimin licks his teeth after taking another drink of the protein shake that his boyfriend gives him every morning. They chase their weekly gym-runs with shower sex at home, and then Namjoon cooks them up a hearty breakfast to offset all of those burned calories.
His hyung is a little obsessed with clean-eating, but Jimin doesn't mind. It's cute how Namjoon always goes to the organic section of the store and bikes to the farmers market. Jimin practically has a personal chef with how good Namjoon's cooking is. There's always a delicious meal on the table for him, with seconds ready to be dished onto his plate.
Jimin finishes filling in, and starts filling out. He lays in the morning sunshine glimmering across their bed, thoroughly fucked. Both of them softly pant and bask in afterglow. Namjoon's warm, ringed hand is resting on Jimin's tummy and gently rubs circles.
"Have you noticed..." Namjoon's voice is fucked from moaning. Jimin turns to him and can't help but glow. It's his favorite sound. Namjoon's morning voice, deepened and scratchy from pleasure. "That sex has gotten so much better since you started eating more? You have more energy, baby."
Warmth floods Jimin's cheeks, but he nods, a little bit shy. Namjoon's hand caresses the curve of his waist, fingers sinking into the supple weight. "I love this, by the way," Namjoon whispers and gives Jimin's love handle a little squeeze. He squishes in his hyung's hand. "I prefer you healthy and soft over sharp and exhausted," Namjoon nuzzles into his neck, and Jimin wraps around Namjoon's warmth.
The truth spills out of Jimin before he can think twice, "me too..."
"You haven't had a headache in months too, lovely. You're full of life." Namjoon cuddles him back, pulling him into his thick chest. Jimin burrows into it, breathing him in. Jimin isn't dumb. He's noticed the way that his body has been rounding out, filling up with muscle and a healthy layer of supple padding, making him curvy and plump. His hips even have stretch marks over them, complete with bruised kisses painted over them by Namjoon. His hyung has done such a good job of making him feel comfortable and loved in his new body.
"I know," Jimin whispers into the safety of Namjoon's chest, knowing that it's all because of his boyfriend's care. "Thank you, Joonie. I'm so happy like this."
That's all that Namjoon needs to hear to practically rumble in his chest, and kiss the top of Jimin's head. He pushes Jimin onto his back, laying his hearty weight on top of him and sliding his big hands down to Jimin's waist. One of Namjoon's dimples presses into his cheek as his lips curve up into a smirk. "Now that I don't have to be so careful with you..." He squeezes Jimin's plump sides, "You're fucking sexy with some weight on you, baby."
Jimin's cheeks heat up, and a whimper bubbles out of his throat. Embarrassing. That's embarrassing that he just whined from Namjoon squeezing his tummy. "I- I am?" He looks up at his hyung's hungry face. Namjoon pets his palms over him, squeezing everywhere that's warm with fat. His lidded eyes darken.
"I told you that I love this- Healthy. Curvy. Soft. You're perfect for squeezing and biting." He licks his lips as he drinks Jimin in. The look that Namjoon is keeping him pinned with has Jimin wanting to mewl and arch up into him. To hook his stretch-marked thighs around Namjoon's waist and beg.
All Jimin can do is whine and tug on his boyfriend's thick biceps.
Namjoon purrs as he worships him. "A healthy mix of muscle and enough pudge for people to know that I'm taking good care of you. That you're finally being kept well-fed." He shoves his hands underneath Jimin's back and slides down, getting a thick handful of his ass cheeks. Jimin feels like he's going to catch on fire with how much pleasure is thrumming through his body, settling in the core of his belly. Namjoon sinks down and hums against his fluffy belly, like he knows where the heat blooms inside of Jimin. "Softened tummy and tits for me to worship, and a plump peach for me to bruise-"
Namjoon's teeth scrape against Jimin's padded hip bones. Jimin whines uncontrollably, dissolving into melted desire at the body worship. He desperately clutches at Namjoon's hair, tugging hard just how his hyung likes it. His back arches, making the sweet curve of his belly push up into Namjoon's face. He can feel his boyfriend's lips stretch into a smile against his skin.
"I'm taking advantage of all of that extra energy you have for my own pleasure. That makes me a bad hyung," Namjoon drags his lips up Jimin's stomach. God that feels so fucking good.
"Take advantage- Please-" he gasps and frees his pillowy thighs to hook them around Namjoon and lock him in place. He wants him to keep kissing his tummy. "Gods, Namjoon, please fucking take advantage- I'm all yours-"
Namjoon laughs in delight against Jimin's softened stomach and begins pressing firm, needy kisses down his belly and across his waist. His voice is teasing and thick with desire.
"If you insist, baby..."
Jimin is cut off by a moan. "I fucking insist..."

Do you have any weight loss advice? I know I need to keep losing weight but I find myself unmotivated sometimes.
Things I did that helped me lose 20 lbs:
- you have to want it
- stop comparing your journey to others (only view them as motivation)
- always eat a big healthy breakfast full of fruits and protein (keep you full for the day)
- when eating dinner always make your plate majority vegetables and meat with low carbs (I think dinner is such an important meal since that what you eat before going to sleep so make it nutrients packed)
- stop putting a time limit on things (so unhealthy and would cause me to spiral)
- create a list as to why you’re starting this journey
- drink at least 3 liters of water EVERYDAY! You’re usually thirsty and not hungry if you find yourself overeating for no reason
- stop eating by 7pm (best results) and drink some tea after dinner
- always eat fruit first thing in the morning (helps with using the bathroom)
- find a workout you looovveee and do it 3-5x a week for at least 30 min
- instead of drinking juice, eat a fruit with your dinner!! (best results) It helps me feel full and fulfills my sweets craving
- don’t deprive yourself and find healthy versions of your favorite snacks
- stop eating out!!!!! Just cook it at home by finding healthier alternatives (eating out a lot stunned my weight loss journey soooo much, so now I’m just cooking healthier versions at home)
- avoid doing crazy and unrealistic fasts for weight loss (you will gain the weight back)
- love your body and learn to work with it (still working on this for myself)
- have meatless weeks or weeks where you only eat vegetables and meat for dinner (if you want to speed up the weight loss)
- take it easy on yourself

Could you give me genuine advice on how to gain weight? I don’t eat enough in a day and I’m not exactly well off where I can buy myself fast food every single day. Any advice/tips? My goal is to gain an additional 30 lbs. I don’t have a feeder but I would love to be overweight again. I just want to be fat again!!!! It makes me really disappointed bc I’m stuck at this weight right now.
Gaining weight is hard if you don't stick to a schedule, especially if money is an issue.
1. You may need to have repetition in your diet. Pasta, beans, chicken thighs, and root veggies are cheap and easy to cook. With some solid recipes and time, you can easily eat 3k or 4k calories a day with those ingredients. Before I got a good paying job, I had a stable of about 4 recipes I rotated through each week to stay on budget but not lose weight.
2. Liquid calories are easy but not cheap. Cream is a typical option given the calories per dollar ratios. Usually, $1 is roughly 750 calories for a quart of cream. Try to mix with with simple ingredients like syrups, fruit, or baked goods for some better flavor.
3. Know your exercise level and how many calories you need to maintain your weight. My daily requirement of calories to not lose weight is around 3500 since I work out quite a bit. If your job has you on your feet or moving a lot, you need to be aware of calorie deficits. It's not fun to track calories, but given your situation, you may have to. Your body can't store fat if there are no excess calories to do that with.
4. Light to moderate exercise helps to keep your appetite normal and helps you feel hungrier faster. I am at a point with my workout routine that I can eat 2k for a meal and be hungry in less than an hour. Walking, weight lifting, and even yoga at home can be a great help.
5. Weight fluctuates, and that is ok. In a month, my weight goes as low as 285 and as high as 310, depending on some of the factors listed above. Your weight will not always be going up given you say money is a limiting factor.
6. Your body may not be geared toward gaining, and that's fine. Some body types struggle to gain or keep on weight. It's part genetics, part hormones, and part metabolism.
That is a lot and I am sure others have advice as well. Overall, there is no full proof way of gaining short of massive quantities of food all the time. It's easy to gain when you can spend 2k a month on take out!
Personally, don't be disappointed about not gaining. It's easier for some people for a number of reasons. Find what works for you and celebrate the little victories on your journey!

Ed tips that’ll keep you safe and skinny because we all know we won’t stop until we get there so let’s make sure that we make it there alive with functioning organs <3
Do NOT get an ed/4na etc buddy
I know this sounds weird but bear with me. I’m not saying “don’t make friends within the ed community” ofc by all means let’s be friends but it’s extremely dangerous to “encourage each other” to st4rve and shit even when it’s done unknowingly or with the intent of “help and support”. What we’re doing is already dangerous so let’s not encourage each other any further. When I was my lowest I had a real life bff that also had an ed and we would encourage each other and compete knowingly or unknowingly. It’s not a good relationship. Just be friends in a normal way idk send memes and vent every once in a while
Don’t chew too much gum
Yes, gum is amazing gum is awesome sometimes we use it as a meal substitute but 1) it weirdly has a lot of sugar in it and if you’re the type to switch to a new gum once the taste is gone you could be getting a lot of calories unknowingly. I once finished a pack of gum in one day and it racked up to 100 calories. That’s not worth spending on sugar you should eat some cucumber or something nutritious instead 2) it can definitely give you cavities if you go overboard because of the sugar 3) it can cause di4rrhe4 when consumed excessively 4) it can upset your stomach and cause aches if you chew on it for a very long time
Go out & drink water
We’re just houseplants with complicated emotions and childhood trauma. It’s important to get enough vitamin D for your bones to compensate for all the nutrients we miss out on. Also we don’t want to be depressed we just want to be sk1nni so don’t stay holed up in your room all day. Go out and move your body + if you eat 100 cals and just lay in bed all day you won’t be able to lose weight effectively because then your body will get into starvation mode and hang onto the fat in the body. Instead eat a bit more to gain some energy and burn it by being outside even if it’s just a walk. Actually walking is the best exercise especially for ed people but some of us aren’t ready for that conversation lmao
And for water you gotta have it frequently and have it plenty. But not too much all at once because you can d1e. I don’t remember the whole thing but you can look it up I know there’s been a recorded case of someone dy1ing from drinking too much water at once. But other than that if you struggle to drink water because you don’t like the taste etc I won’t tell you to put more shit in it to make it taste better because let’s all accept that putting fruit and water together makes them both nasty. Instead put your water into a relatively small but long bottle that can easily bend. Then while the bottle is in your mouth (bear with me ik it sounds super weird rn) put the bottle on a higher surface but not too high or you could choke on it. Just enough for water to flow into your mouth. Then you let go of the bottle and DONT TOUCH IT this way you will have no choice but to drink the whole thing. And dw you won’t drown because you can obviously stop to breathe between sips and you don’t have to do it quickly AND YOU CAN OBVIOUSLY TAKE THE BOTTLE AND JUST STOP DOING IT this is just something I’ve came up with to drink more water it makes it kinda like a carnival game idk lmao
If you feel like you’re about to faint don’t push it and give in
Okay now we all probably know how it feels to faint. But we also know that it kinda comes in waves. You can definitely feel that you’re gonna faint at least 20 minutes before it happens. So unless you’re in the middle of a fucking road where cars go and shit just stop on your tracks and sit down. In a store, at school, at the gym, in the bus etc literally no one gives a shit. It’s better to get some dust on your butt than to hit your head somewhere and d1e.
Have an emergency kit on you at all times
This is not a fucking anti binge box no it’s for actual health emergencies. In it you will have pads for surprise periods (let’s all admit that none of us have them regularly at this point so every time is a surprise) OR big wounds and nosebleeds. We’re already malnourished so when we loose blood it’s even more dangerous. You’ll also put water, candy, protein bars (I recommend kinds that you actively hate or ones that taste bad and no I don’t mean rotten or stuff you’re allergic to this is just to keep us from eating them unless we absolutely need them) in case you faint. I also recommend a little slip of paper with a trusted friend or family member’s number, your blood type, chronic illnesses and allergies etc in case you faint and need medical help while you’re unconscious
Don’t wear your binder too much
This is for my fellow binder buddies (god this sounded like a corporate slogan I hate it). It’s already very dangerous to use binders for more than 6 hours at a time but when you’re already low on nutrients and probably running around in hopes of burning calories you DEFINITELY shouldn’t wear your binder AT ALL. Instead opt for a sports bra while you’re exercising or you’re especially low on food that day. I know it’s very difficult to live with body dysmorphia AND dysphoria but we want to stay alive so we gotta do our best.

I need help. I’ve been ⭐️ving for like 17 days straight (<300 cals per day) and literally gained 3 lbs. I’ve tried more protein, more fiber, only eating fruit for days, drinking more water, avoiding all the things that make fasts easier, yoga and Pilates rather than regular exercise, eating small amounts over extended periods, eating one big meal and nothing else, cutting out my maintenance days completely, NOTHING has worked. I’ve hit those points where you stop losing weight before, but during those times I’ve only ever maintained the weight I had. I’ve never gained back weight like this and I’m fucking panicking.
any advice, explanation, anything from anyone would mean the actual world. I’m so freaked out I can’t think straight. If you have anything to say PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me.

⌗ my face has gotten slimmer for sure! I still have chubby cheeks but my lower face is sooo much slimmer!
⌗ my skin is sooooo clear and glowy i had clear skin before yes! But i used to get a lot of acne frequently now I don’t really! Everyone always compliments me also on how they’re jealous of my skin and that my skin is so clear!
⌗ my eyelashes are literally so long like omggggg every always compliments on them
⌗ my hair is growing sooo long! A year ago i cut it like so short like earlobes short and my hair was growing veryyyy slowly now its shoulders length! My hair used to be sooo dirty and oily now its so soft and silky!
⌗ my lips was sooo crusty and i would pick on it now my lips are sooo soft pink and slightly bigger! Also my bottom lip was a little unsymmetrical but now its so full yayyyy!
⌗ better posture! I used to have such bad posture like my back is literally a C now my posture is wayy better! Even my friends said that to me
⌗ i’m in a love-hate relationship with my hands cause sometimes its soooo pretty and skinny and the next second it’s horrendous but i’d say it counts! I used to bite and chew on my nails and I don’t do that anymore my nails are growing fast too and they don’t break that much
⌗ no because in the first semester i got suchhh bad grades I literally cried i had 1.5 grade on math and 2 2.5 overall 3.25 i placed 217 in all of the students class i think? Like do you get what i mean like the entire grade?? next semester I literally didn’t study anything at all i got a 3 in math overall 3.68 and i placed 134! Also my Chinese test I didn’t study like nope nope i mesmerized only 1 paper but we were supposed to do 3 and i got 25/30!!

⌗ one of my tiktok actually blew up and got 1.4k views! I used to get only like 220 and i only listened to a subliminal once?? Then i think i got obsessed after that so now tiktok shadowbanned me manifesting for it to blow up again!!
⌗ i’ve gotten sooo many compliments lately??? From literally everyone, one of my classmate literally was like “no? Because when you waved at me over there i was thinking who is she?? Shes so pretty! Then I realized its you!” Like girlll im blushing
⌗ my skin was pale and still is pale! But I’ve noticed i got a little bit paler than my friend who is also pale! And I don’t really get tanned anymore when i go in the sun?
⌗ literally i was thinking to myself on summer break that i wanted a teacher that ask personal questions i think i may have just wanted a therapist but um and boom! New semester! I get that desired teacher??
⌗ this one’s a lil embarrassing but um i have rlly bad digestive system *wink wink* like i would not be able to sh!t at all! BAHSJBSJSJSJSJSJ now with the help of subliminals fruit juice lots of water and walking it soo much easier! ^__^
⌗ this one is a little concerning- weight loss sooo ummm I didn’t lose that much weight but my appetite has dropped and i mean DROPPED as in like eating 3-4 meals per day to being completely okay with only 1 T__T its to the point where my family are worried abt mee im not obsessed with weight or anything and im totally healthy! I’d say.. it counts??? I think it went frommmm 46 to 44??
⌗ theres this mole on my waist?? Or hip?? Area and i hate it! So i got rid of it jsjsjsjsjd its not completely gone but it used to be a reddish dark color now its the same as my skin tone! But its still bumpy- y’know??

Over the weekend, we tried to get into the Christmas spirit. The kid and I made salt dough decorations. Then my parents took us to a Christmas fair, a lighting ceremony and an amazing lunch.

My pain levels were surprisingly pretty low throughout the day until we hung outside. Standing in one spot for a while in the cold doesn’t bode well for me. Other than that, it was a really nice weekend.
I read a book (actually, I listened to it on Audible), called Bright Line Eating. The author was a former drug and food addict turned PhD and healthy person. She includes a lot of science behind what happens in our brains when you’re a food addict and how sugar is basically as addictive as heroin. The food plan is all about portion control (weighing your food), cutting out all added sugar and flour. (Fruit is okay.) I read it because I was recommending the book to others… but I hadn’t actually read it. lol. I just heard good things about it. It’s a pretty hardcore diet but I can see why it has to be if you’re truly a food addict. Anyway, there’s a lot of research backing what she was preaching so I’m on day 3 of no sugar or flour. I figured I’ll try it for a month and see if it actually makes a difference in how I feel. In no way shape or form will I be actually weighing my food, meal planning, joining a support group or eating at specific times because I don’t care about losing weight. However, I’m writing down what I’ve been eating each day as she recommends. Anyway, if someone is struggling with weight loss/food addiction and they thrive under a structured regimen, then I think this program can be very helpful and will work.
A friend of my parents passed away this week from colon cancer. He was diagnosed a few months before I was (the first time) back in 2018. He went into remission for a while, then it came back. He wasn’t much older than me. I haven’t seen him in a long time but he gave encouraging words to my parents to pass on to me - especially when I was first diagnosed. I felt like if he was thriving and powering through, so could I. It’s a hard blow that he’s actually gone now. He left behind a beautiful family and many, many friends.
Cancer is an asshole.
I took an extra week off the Ibrance and had lab work done today. Now I know that it takes exactly 2 weeks for my blood to return to a normal person’s levels. Maybe I’ll go get a tattoo tomorrow. lol. Kidding. (Fun fact about me: I’m allergic to tattoo ink.)
I looked at my MRI scan and it turns out I have a compression fracture in my lumbar spine - at the L2. Which is where most of the cancer is. I’ve been complaining about lower back pain in that area for a long time now. The fracture was apparently on the last full spine MRI which was August of 2022. So it’s been there for well over a year and no one bothered to tell me. Awesome. (Glad I made that neurosurgeon appointment.)
I’ve been still getting in my walks. On Saturday I took a light backpack with my chair and a thermos of tea. It weighed 6.5 pounds and it was a little too heavy for my neck. After about 30 minutes of walking, I was feeling sore. So I cut my walk short and went to the beach. I saw a sea lion which was cool. Wasn’t able to get a photo, though. …but here’s some boats.

Anyway, I have a busy week ahead and need to get up early. I’m reading a weird book. Will give a review later. Going to read a bit more before bed.

tips on How i lost 25kg in 5 months

here’s are some tips and habits that helped me lose lots of weights in 4 months and maintained it.
1. don’t go for a restrictive diet prefer a balanced one, restricting will only make you gain all the weight back and create a yo-yo circle.
2. drink 2L of water, it help a lot with weight loss and reduce appetite. I personally always drink a glass or two of water before any meals to prevent overeating.
3. log all my meals, it help me with calories déficit but also taking care of what i eat.
4. instead of eating a big snack with a lot of fat I tend to eat fruit, or 0% sugar yogurt with strawberries it will make you complete very fast.
5. when it comes to working out it is essential to have fun, seeing workout out as a punishment or a way to only be like those girls in magazines will make you hate it rather than love it. From my experience in the past, I hated working out because of my point of view and gaining all the weight back.
So it is very important to enjoy moving your body :)
6. eat lots of protein, protein help to reduce your appetite which leads to losing weight.
7. allow yourself to not eat 100% healthily all the time, you have the right to eat an ice cream or a burger as long as you keep eating healthy 90% of the time.
8. don't check your weight every day, it creates such a bad relationship with weight loss, etc, every time you'll see you didn't lose anything or even gain you be totally sad about it and it might even lead to stopping your all journey.
Also, it's okay to gain a bit of weight, don't be sad it takes time and consistency.
9. Fasting, a reminder that fasting might not be for everyone but personally it helps me to avoid eating lots of snacks very late at night, I recommence the app Simple, they have lots of choices to adapt to your own lifestyle

- drink water (lemon, diluted aw, fruit)  - drink green tea (unsweetened)  - cut back on sugar  - use a smaller plate (trust me it helps)  - get at least 7-8 hours of sleep  - exercise (walking, running, ride a bike)  - stop eating right before you go to bed  - try not to skip meals  - don't drink your calories  - lift some weights  - eat slowly and chew each bite of food

Update: Almost out of the 190s ✨
I’ve lost around 15 lbs in the past month, which I think is great progress. Last month’s progress is this month’s motivation to keep going!
Anyway, here are some changes I’ve made that have helped me lose weight:
This is more of a disclaimer, but my appetite did a complete 180 last month and now I often do not feel hungry, which is most likely due to stress and anxiety.
I stopped counting calories and now focus on healthier meals with smaller portion sizes, along with less frequent meal times.
I stopped ordering out as often and now prepare the majority of my meals at home. I mostly make Asian style meals that consist of veggies, tofu, meat, and rice.
Vegetables are the bulk of my meals and I fill up on them before I start to eat the rest of my food.
I make sure to season my food well, and I found that a lot of spicy food helps decrease my appetite. I enjoy spicy food and I have a low tolerance for heat, so it works out. (If you don’t enjoy what you eat, you are much more likely to binge)
I have a Stanley, which I always keep filled with ice water. You don’t need a Stanley for this (tbh they leak a lot, and I’m sure you could find a different brand that’s better quality), but I like having a cup with a handle so I can easily carry it everywhere I go. Ice water helps decrease your appetite, and it’s delicious.
I stopped ordering extremely sugary coffee and now opt for iced americanos or plain iced almond milk lattes, but I prefer the first as they help decrease my appetite.
I stopped eating sweets like cookies or ice cream, and now choose fruit, yogurt, or oatmeal when I want something sweet. However, sometimes it’s better to eat one cookie instead of denying yourself and then binging on much more later!
I regularly go on walks and try to get around 10k steps per day. I’m not too strict with this one, but walks make me feel better, especially when I’ve eaten more that day than I’m comfortable with.
I stay busy so I don’t have time to mindlessly snack. I’m approaching my last year of college, so this isn’t much of a challenge to do.
I distract myself from being hungry by doing other tasks such as cleaning around the house, doing homework, taking a shower, etc.
