👻⊱ Ever since she was little Amity didn’t like being ‘told what to do by either of the twins. She couldn’t exactly pull the innocent little sister puppy pout anymore, well she could she just didn’t want to. She looked Emira straight in their matching golden, gleaming, eyes keeping her nerve. 

“1. I think it looks better on me any way. 2. I have not seen you wear this shirt in decades. 3. It was laundry day I needed something to wear while my clothes are being cleaned. How’s that?”

Amity was lightheaded still as her brother was the only thing supporting her currently. If she had tried to stand it’s more than likely she would just fall top-heavy backwards onto their floor.

Amity could not move at all. It was not that she would not be quick to combat Edric’s suspicions. It was just that her older siblings had this commanding presence over her. After all, given that she was the youngest Blight they could reek their vengeance on her. She did have them on a pretty tight leash after the library incident. Amity was not subtle either She was a well renounced tattle-tale. She did not want her Father or heaven forbid her Mother to catch wind of this.

Oh god. What if Emira knew? Did they both? She did not want to even think of the leverage that would way over her!

“Okay, uh, bye brother I gotta go. I can’t go to bed without my pajamas. Ha ha.” Her laugh was nervous and her exit was urgent and fast.

👻⊱ Staring at old pictures of herself had made Amity feel… wistful. Nostalgic. Wishing for simpler times. As such, she had found herself using a little bit of magic to return her hair to its natural color.

While she wasn’t exactly opposed to the shade of green she had been practically forced to dye her hair, seeing herself in the hand mirror she was holding up made her sigh. This hair color was a relic of a bygone era. The hair color of an Amity who didn’t always listen to what her parents told her to do.

How she wished she could keep it this way…

“Ha, yeah right… My parents would kill me before I even got home.” She muttered to herself.
