ANSWERED ASK from  @starlightofdream: Fondness + Whoever you want (Twins) ♚ Meme:  Send me a number + an emotion and I will write a drabble/starter of my muse expressing that emotion!
♚— I know this isn’t a romance prompt and I could have easily made it about the twins, but I’m desperate for OTP content again, and I needed to get this idea out of my head before I lost it (since it was so sweet and it helped me go to sleep some nights ago). These are inspired by some songs from RINI’s “Constellation” album. Specifically ‘A Starry Night...’ for the first drabble and ‘For Days' for the second drabble.
Anyway, let’s get into the drabbles.

— ♕┊  Aspros x Manigoldo (Canon verse; AU)
Luckily, they weren’t in Sanctuary when this happened. They just happened to be around the same area while on their respective missions, and Aspros was nothing short of an opportunist when it came to bothering Manigoldo. As soon as he got the information of where Manigoldo was within the country, Aspros immediately went there. Showing up unannounced to Manigoldo’s hotel room was certainly entertaining, although… note to self: don’t use Another Dimension when inviting oneself into someone’s bedroom.
They had a few hours to themselves before they had to go in the direction of their respective missions, and Aspros wasn’t a patient man after weeks of abstinence.
“Aspros, what the hell are you doing?” Manigoldo groaned as Aspros tugged on his arm. The poor Italian just wanted to get some sleep in but had to be interrupted in the middle of the night by a not-so-courteous Greek. He had already scolded the Gemini earlier, but now that he was trying to crawl back into bed, Aspros started to annoy him like a dog wanting a treat.
“Getting you out, isn’t that obvious?” Aspros replied, refusing to let Manigoldo go back to bed. He pulled on Manigoldo’s elbow with one hand as his other flicked open Another Dimension. “The night is beautiful.”
Manigoldo let out another furious, tired groan, but he relented to Aspros’ persistent pulling while muttering under his breath, “I swear to God…”
Aspros wasn’t a heartless lover, though. When they stepped into the gridded plans of the space between realms, he pulled Manigoldo in front of him and embraced his narrow waists. The gentle action satisfied his partner a bit; Manigoldo hummed gently and leaned back until their bodies were flushed against each other. Aspros ducked his head and buried his face into the slot between Manigoldo’s neck and shoulder, silently savoring the warmth.
The quietness of Another Dimension was only for several seconds before the dark rift bled away to a coastal setting. The gentle crashes of the ocean were soothing to the ears and the night air was temperate--but Manigoldo immediately straightened his back.
“Shit,” the Italian cursed under his breath as he untangled himself from the Gemini Saint’s arms. Aspros allowed the Italian to break away with his brows raised in gentle, stupefied shock. Of course, he anticipated the Caner Saint’s tentativeness. After all, it could only take one set of eyes to catch them for their secret to get out.
When they were a step away from each other, he finally said, “Why so bashful? It’s not like there are people around this late at night.” He emphasized his point by glancing around.
This section of town was rather deserted. Aspros had clocked the location when he first traveled through some days ago. He noted that it was a scenic spot. A moderately large section hidden away from town by a wall close to the ocean, and there was the faint melody from a nearby restaurant the rich would attend.
In their stillness after the words were uttered, their ears picked up on the distant, slow song.
Confidently, Aspros closed the gap between them. One arm immediately found its way around Manigoldo’s waist while the other clasped and raised the other’s. Without giving Manigoldo much room to reject the unspoken demand, he took a step backward while leading Manigoldo to follow him. It didn’t take long for the couple to fall into a slow, romantic cadence with the full moon and the stars as the only audiences to their intimacy.
“You’re insufferable,” the Italian grumbled without anger as he rested his head against Aspros’ shoulder. The words made Aspros laugh.
“Am I, now? That’s a first, my dear,” he replied to his sleepy companion.
“Shut up,” Manigoldo glanced up just in time to catch Aspros’ smug grin.
After a moment of gentle swaying to the faraway serenade, Manigoldo murmured in a breathy, captivated sigh, “I love you.”
“Mm.”
He didn’t know why, but a certain warmth that he hadn’t felt in a very long time rushed like a gentle wildfire inside of him. Perhaps to those with a weak will, they would have found some sort of comfort or excitement at the feeling, but Aspros found it irrationally distressing. However, he couldn’t act upon his agitation. Not when Manigoldo was staring at him with that sort of loving expression.
Instead, he falsified his compassion for the man’s love and offered his softest smile.
Carefully avoiding the words under the guise of not wishing to break the ‘special’ moment, the man placed a gentle kiss against his partner’s brow.

— ♛┊ Defteros x ? (intentionally ambiguous; private thread AU)
Defteros wasn’t a romantic. Oh, by far he wasn’t. He hated that shit with more passion than he hated being forced to communicate with people. For sure, Aspros was the helpless, corny, and stupid romantic out of the two.
He wouldn’t, say, take his significant other out to a way too expensive restaurant and pull them to the side to slow dance with them. He also wouldn’t get touchy and suffocate his partner with kisses while out on a walk. No, that kind of public affection was inherently gross by all standards.
Honestly, how the fuck can Manigoldo stand to suffer those embarrassing situations? Aspros was just so embarrassing…
Anyway, although Defteros doesn’t consider himself a romantic, it didn’t mean he didn’t have moments of tender fondness for his partner. They were rare and strictly reserved to the comfort of their private spaces.
Today happened to have one of those moments. And, unfortunately, it wasn’t exactly in private when it happened.
They were hanging out in the old house that Aspros and Defteros grew up in--the one that formerly belonged to their caretaker Klotho. It was a good place, honestly. Not too far from Sanctuary, spacious enough to have a small gathering, and honestly it could probably be a good spot to settle down in. How did Aspros manage to get the place, Defteros had no fucking idea, but he’s glad that it belonged to them regardless. He finally had a real ‘home’ to wait for his brother in--someplace that didn’t put them both at risk of severely breaking Sanctuary rules.
Anyway, Aspros and Manigoldo were cuddling on the sofa in the parlor. Aspros was telling Manigoldo about their last caretaker and their childhood adventures with the woman. Defteros had zoned out some minutes into the stories, finding himself distracted in the kitchen raiding the wine cabinet. Aspros’ voice was a soft murmur from this far away...
Just as he poured himself a glass of red wine, a short body wrapped their arms around his waist from behind. Defteros grunted before he patted the hands that locked together just above his navel.
“Bored of brother’s stories already?” Defteros asked as he took a generous taste of his drink. The face that was pressed against the middle of his back shivered. At first, Defteros thought it was his partner getting cold, but before the worry could prompt him to ask, he heard the soft giggling.
“No,” they said innocently. Their voice was soft as if they didn’t want to bring attention to themselves. “I just didn’t want you to be lonely.”
If the words were uttered a second earlier, Defteros would have choked on his drink from the unexpected butterflies that exploded in the pit of his stomach.
In a fluid motion, he placed his cup on the table, untangled the small hands, and pulled his small lover over him as he sat down at one of the chairs nearby. The bright-eyed beauty was caught by surprise by the man’s boldness that they gaped at him from their perch on his lap.
At the moment, Defteros was caught up by an overwhelming, undefinable feeling; he cupped his partner’s face and pulled them down so that he could place a kiss on their forehead.
He really cherished how idiotically thoughtful his companion was.
Unfortunately, that happened to be the exact time Manigoldo and Aspros decided to come into the kitchen for some wine…
“Oh!” Manigoldo’s voice pierced through the moment like a harpoon. Startled by the sound, Defteros abruptly jumped back. All too soon, his gentle physical touches were ripped away and the only evidence that anything happened between the two was the fact Defteros’ partner had frozen in their spot on his thighs.
Manigoldo didn’t seem bothered, but he laughed and hesitated to walk further into the kitchen, “Are we about to interrupt something?”
Defteros groaned as he hid his burning face from the others by staring stubbornly out the window, “No. Nothing was happening.”
Like a little betrayer, though, his partner innocently supplied, “Nothing yet.”
Aspros, who had his arms circled around Manigoldo from behind, raised his brows in muted surprise. Just from the seconds-too-long silence that stretched, Defteros knew that the embarrassing couple had made a ridiculous assumption.
“If you want,” Aspros hummed like a dumbass. “Mani and I could… Take a walk for like thirty minutes or so?”
“You’re a moron,” the knee-jerk reply from Defteros was venomous, but not life-threatening.
“Ah, yes, perhaps a walk would do. Come on, Manigoldo,” Aspros played along with his joke and decided to go through with the proposal. With a gentle tug, he led Manigoldo back out of the kitchen, and it wasn’t long before the front door creaked open and closed to signal the couple’s departure.
...Defteros wanted to formally die.
But his partner laughed. Their soft fingers gently pulled Defteros’ chin until he was facing them again. They smiled sweetly, “Now, where were we?”
Well… They were alone for half an hour...
