For me personally, it’s how the character’s personality is introduced and built up. You do a wonderful job of building the relationships between every character and showing different facets and growth of their personality. I don’t usually read yandere fics because they usually creep me out, but yours takes the cake for being the best I’ve read (I normally exaggerate when I say this, but I legit am not❤️)

- I get giggly every time I check my notifs and see that you responded to an ask or posted a new chapter. I love seeing everyone’s theories and can’t wait to see if some of them are true!!! JUST TELL US ALREADY IM DYING OVER HERE!!!!

I always worry that people want more intense stuff from me, and there are definitely certain fics where I could definitely be inclined to write them, but I always prefer the yanderes that are absolutely insane, but would never lift a finger against their darling. He notices reader but thinks that she deserves better. Meanwhile, reader was inspired by Bruce’s father to help others so she pursued science and was ecstatic about working for wayne enterprises. So reader thinks that “playboy” bruce is just a f*ckboy UNTIL she slowly figures out that he’s Batman and that she was wrong about his character. “You’re late!” Lucius calls out to Bruce as he rushes into the lab. “I know! Traffic was crazy.” Lucius raises an eyebrow and leans in. “You sure it wasn’t because you were dreaming about her?” Bruce’s cheeks became pink as he looked over at you, working on a new reverse serum for anyone who was still affected by Scarecrow’s fear gas. You’ve been working there for months, but always gave Bruce the cold shoulder, but he never knew why. “Why doesn’t talk to me?” Lucius chuckled. “I don’t know. I don’t ask my people about their relationship with you. For all I know you had a relationship with some of them!”

Bruce had a sour look on his face. “You know they aren’t my type!” Lucius crosses his arms. “What? The brains, the science of the looks?” Bruce shrugs. The science; you know scientists aren’t my thing.” Lucius looks over at you before looking back at Bruce. “Yeah, because she isn’t a scientist, right?” He shrugs again. “She’s different though!” Lucius raises an eyebrow. “Tell me how different she is because right now, you like her. I find it surprising because I thought you two were enemies.” Bruce blushes. “We’re not enemies. She just pushes me away...” Lucius chuckles.

“Well, she has her reasons.” Bruce tilts his head to the side. “What reasons?” Lucius sighs. “So, you want me to make your boots bulletproof?” He shook his head. “What reasons, Lucius?” Lucius shrugged. “It’s better if she tells you than you hearing it from me. Just try to strike a conversation with her.” Bruce nods before making his way out of Lucius’s office and walking towards you. “Science, eh?” You huff. “What do you want, mister Wayne?” He fakes a shock expression along with an exaggerated gasp. “Why do you think I want something? I just want to have a conversation.” You roll your eyes. “No, you want something. When you try to talk to women, you usually want something, so what is it?” He raises an eyebrow. “What?”

“The term your rich people call you is a playboy, correct? Well, I didn’t grow up rich, so, we have another term for men who sleep around as they please without a care in the world.” He chuckles. “And what’s that, darling?” You glare at him before smiling. “Excuse my languages but we call you a fuck boy. I don’t associate with your kind. Please, let me finish my work. Thank you.” This time, his shock was nothing but real.

Another month passes by and Bruce is still trying to get you to warm up to him. You’re not gonna lie, he did make you chuckle a few times, but laugh? Only once has he heard that beautiful sound escape your lips. Slowly, but surely, you started to figure out he was the Batman, and for some reason, it made your heart feel heavy. Why was it happening? You DESPERATELY wanted to know. “Mister Fox, I have a question for you.” You said as you played with the hem of your lab coat. “(Y/N), I already told you, call me Lucius. However, what’s the question?”

You took a deep breath. “Why would someone’s heart feel heavy after realizing something?” A confused expression makes its way to his face. “What?” You shrug. “I realized Bruce Wayne is the Batman, but when I did, my heart kinda felt heavy. I don’t know why.” He smiled. “You care about him, don’t you?” You sigh. “I don’t like him though!” He chuckles. “(Y/N), he’s been spending so much time with you, it’s only natural.” A knock was heard on his door and you looked behind you. Your (E/C) eyes met his hazel ones and your heart raced.

What the hell was going on?! “I’ll go. Thanks Lucius.” He nods and Bruce’s heart sped up liked crazy as you walked past him, out of the office. Your scent wasn’t strong like most women who tried to get his attention, but it was subtle and he liked that. “You might want to talk to her.” Lucius spoke up as he picked up a file for the company. Bruce nods before heading over to you. “Hey!” You look back and your breathing hitched. “What’s wrong?” You shook your head. “Nothing, I swear.” He raised an eyebrow. “(Y/N)?” You huff out a breath and looked at the ground.

“I know you’re the Batman, mister Wayne.” He heart dropped. You weren’t supposed to find out, but then again, he wasn’t surprised because you’re really intelligent and you notice the little things. “I also know how dangerous it is to be him in this city.” He nods. “And?” You bite your lip for a brief moment which caused Bruce’s mind to go insane. “I just wanted you to know that I care about you.” He lifts your chin up and you sigh. “That means a lot to me.” You move away from him and shake your head. “I can’t though! You’re not my type!”

He made his way over to you. “Why? Because I’m a playboy or a fuck boy?” You nod slowly and he sucks his teeth. “I’m not like that!” You scoff. “Yes you are! You’ll always be.” He takes hold of your wrists softly and sighs. “I’m not like that because if I want something to myself, for myself and for a while, I would do anything to have them.” You tilt your head to the side. “What are you talking about?” He removes one of his hands from your wrist and brings it to your cheek. “I don’t want anyone else unless it’s you.”

“Why?” He runs his thumb up and down your cheek and smiles. “Since I first saw you, I wanted you. I’ve literally became a changed man and it’s all because of you.” You bite your lip to prevent a smile and he slowly removes your bottom lip from between your teeth with his thumb. “You can’t be serious.” He smiles. “But I am. Give me just one chance.” You sigh. “One. That’s it.” His face lightens up and he hugs you. “Thank you!” You chuckle. “I do things differently though.” He breaks the hug and looks at you in confusion. “What?” You pull his tie and kiss his lips which he gladly returns.

After your small kiss you wrap your arms around his neck and nod. “Yeah, you’re mine, mister Wayne.” You both laugh and he rubs his nose against yours. “Thank you, for giving me a chance.” You fix a strand of his hair before grinning. “You’re welcome Dark Knight.”
