Prophecies are handed out before quest (pretty sure) and Luke grew up (till he ran) with his mother borderline crazed and spewing prophecies/ a prophecy. So what happened when he met with the oracle, cause I highly doubt you’d be able to brush that off. That definitely had to reopen some old trauma, seeing the same glowing eyes your mother had while talking about your fate… yah no, I know I wouldn’t be ok.

Other illusion things I thought were neat:
One of Bob's (various) wounds are the bullets from John and Jack, and he's got a cyan eye too
Tumblr media
Ross is the only one mauled to have both eyes constantly visible: even Lila only has one, which idk I think it's interesting
Tumblr media
Though speaking of eyes!
Smth I didn't notice at first is that Frank's pupils actually blink in and out
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And while I know they're all supposed to be looking at him to further the mind break, combined with his expression it looks like Frank is genuinely concerned for Skid, which. Is something?? Especially given it's his van with the "WAKE UP" license plate
Anyways
Tumblr media
The entire right half of Roy's face is ripped off, and you can even see a little crack near the eye socket to go with HBC Roy's scar
Tumblr media
And Kevin has just been completely wrecked. Honestly on brand given his track record in SM itself lmao
Also smth I thought was silly is that the normal Kevin looks almost exactly like his reference pose
Tumblr media
Ooh that cool actually! Cause like, he actually did get horribly maimed in the past (AND CULT STUFF IS CANON I’M CALLING IT)
Dang Ross still has one ENTIRE eye. I want that to mean something but idk what it would mean but I want it to mean something
oh my god… (I don’t even know how to formulate thoughts about this; just… Frank…)
Ooo I didn’t see that before- to me that implies his injury was either exaggerated for the purpose of scaring Skid, or what ever scarred him actually DID cut all the way down to his skull
That Kevin is terrifying but I audibly laughed when I saw his normal version. Poor guy

Hi uhm.idk if the prompt thing is still open but I'd like to request prompt 23 with the Bloodmoon twins and Eclipse? Sorry if I'm bothering you or if I'm late
You’re not bothering me at all!! If the prompt list closes at any point, I’ll probably announce it <3 more Blood Moon and Eclipse, coming right up!!
“You’re not allowed to be gone for a whole week ever again.”
-Eclipse & Blood Moon-
Blood Moon was never known to be clingy. In fact, touching them without warning would often get someone bitten- or worse.
But these specific circumstances aren’t exactly what one would consider…normal. They had just started to make amends with Eclipse, and since had grown rather attached to him- a fact that neither would admit. Not to mention that they had so many questions to ask about the stone, since it seems to have some sort of significance that Eclipse greatly enjoys dangling over Blood Moon’s head.
However, it’s hard to ask someone something when they aren’t there.
Without a single word or explanation, Eclipse left the daycare. This isn’t exactly an odd occurrence- he usually wanders around the pizza plex during the night with Moon, conversing on one thing or another while the night-themed animatronic does his patrols.
The odd part is that Eclipse didn’t come back.
After a few hours, Blood Moon started to become the slightest, smallest, tinniest bit worried as to where Eclipse could’ve gone. They convinced themselves that the patrols might just be taking a bit longer than normal, and that Moon would come back with Eclipse in tow. Everything would be just fine.
But it wasn’t. Moon didn’t return with Eclipse. In fact, Moon even seemed confused and explained that he hadn’t seen or talked to Eclipse since the day prior. He didn’t seem as concerned as Blood Moon obviously was- hands wringing nervously, shifting from foot to foot anxiously, as if dancing to a song with less rhythm and more energy. Negative energy.
They struggled to read Moon’s expression, selfishly hoping that they weren’t the only one worried over this. But Moon is practically unreadable. The tightest bound book on the shelf, much to Blood Moon’s chagrin.
So, instead of wishing that the others would share their troublesome feelings, they wait. They settle down in Eclipse’s room, on the floor, with a blanket they have since claimed as their own since it became too torn up for Eclipse’s liking. They often spent nights here- so much so that Eclipse eventually laid down some more blankets, a few pillows, and a comforter that came together to look suspiciously like a dog bed. But Blood Moon didn’t mind. It was comfortable.
The first day, they don’t move from their spot. They stay almost perfectly still, eyes focused on the clock as if bound to it’s hands by some sort of unspoken curse. Their fingers flex, forming fists before relaxing, tapping impatiently on the wooden floorboards.
The others don’t dare to invade Blood Moon’s space, or ask any questions, lest they lose their head. They don’t know why they are acting this way, but it quickly becomes…mildly disturbing, to say the least.
Every time the door opens to Sun and Moon’s shared room, they perk up the slightest bit, peering outside, only to deflate once more when none of the faces are the one they want to see. The second day, they begin to pace. They make laps around the small room on all fours, prowling like a tiger, a crazed gleam alighting in their eyes the longer they go. The quiet click of their claws against the wooden floor is the only sounds that emits from the room for hours at a time. By the third day, they begin to fight. One snarls out biting remarks, the other flashing back with scathing retorts. Every once in a while, the body stills, neither having the will to take control, instead opting to grapple onto each other with wild eyes and gleaming claws. Their clouded mindscape becomes a disaster- oil splatters coating every surface in sight, yet the twins continue their onslaught of one another.
Day four is marked by the silence. The ever-encompassing silence that digs into them like thorns, becoming stuck in the cracks and crevasses of their paneling, driving them further towards insanity. Shaking claws raise to grip the sides of their face, shaking their head as they begin to shout at one another once again, as if the body wishes they would stop despite it not having a conscious of it’s own. By the time that night falls, they have curled under the blanket, holding back tears as the hours continue to pass. They spent so long without Eclipse, simply satisfied with the company of the others. But now that they had him back, suddenly the others aren’t enough. They spend the entirety of day five rolling these thoughts over in their head, thankful for the distraction, as fighting has made them quite sore and doesn’t serve as an appropriate diversion anymore. By day six, the others have begun to ask questions. They speak in gentle tones, as if afraid Blood Moon might lunge at the first raise in volume. They don’t even consider it, oddly, so lost in their own misery that attacking or hunting seems pointless and dull. Dim red eyes bore into anyone who enters, giving quiet, subdued answers to questions they don’t really hear. They can tell that rumors have started to spread, as some of the questions are specific enough to deter them from answering altogether. It doesn’t surprise them, really. When they aren’t out causing chaos, it should be a reason for concern. But chaos doesn’t really seem fun anymore. Nothing does. They don’t have the will to move to do any of the normal things that would bring them joy. Instead, they curl up again and quietly sob to themselves, awaiting another painfully long day.
But, much to their surprise, it isn’t painfully long.
By the point that the door opens, Blood Moon has given up on eagerly gazing in its direction every time it so much as budges. They continue to blankly stare at the wall, curled into the same position they haven’t moved from since yesterday.
Quiet conversation outside makes them turn their head the slightest bit, glaring at the door as if it is responsible for Eclipse’s absence, and the others outside are somehow involved. A heavy sigh leaves them as they listen to approaching uneven footsteps- someone must be coming to ask more questions. Joy.
However, as the door is gently pushed open, they immediately stiffen and, for the first time since Monday, their eyes begin to brighten.
“Rumors are that you and my floor have become good friends.”
Despite Eclipse’s dull, lighthearted tone, Blood Moon can’t help but tear up. In that moment, the agonizingly long week wears them down more than it ever has. It’s as if the weight of the emotions they have been unable to express have finally decided to show face in the most extreme way possible.
They break down. Shaking and crying and unable to contain themselves, they begin to shout.
“WHERE DID YOU GO?!” Their voice is sharp and filled with rage, startling Eclipse enough to make him take a step back. This action seems to terrify the twins, because, in the next moment, their anger as dissolved into unmistakable panic.
“NONONONO STAY!! STAY!! DOESN’T MATTER WHERE YOU WENT!! JUST…just…” A sob breaks through their pleas, claws curling into the soft fabric of the blanket still wrapped tightly around their shoulders. “Just don’t go.”
Eclipse’s expression shifts from alarm to something reminiscent of…guilt. He seems conflicted, unsure of how to handle the situation, worried that he might say or do the wrong thing. He’s never been one for emotions. That was always Lunar’s thing. But now…
He doesn’t really have a choice, does he?
With unsteady, careful and deliberate steps, he begins to make his way across the room. He tosses a coat onto the bed absentmindedly, barely giving it a glance to make sure it actually made it onto the bed.
Blood Moon sniffles as Eclipse kneels before them, shameful tears spilling down their face as Eclipse’s expression softens into something almost…human.
“I didn’t mean to disappear like that. I would’ve told you if it was planned. But…admittedly…it wasn’t.” Eclipse explains, voice taking on a hint of something the Blood twins can’t quite decipher.
“What happened?” They ask, shifting forwards the slightest bit, as if afraid that this is all an illusion and Eclipse will disappear if they aren’t close enough.
All Eclipse does is offer a sad, distant smile.
“I talked with someone I never thought I’d see again. This…was after I passed out during one of my walks, though.” He adds on the last bit with an embarrassed edge to his voice, earning a little snicker from Blood Moon.
“You did the flop?” They inquire, much to Eclipse’s annoyance.
“Yes, I…did the flop…” He confirms.
Then, in the next moment, Blood Moon’s lip wobbles and more tears spring to their eyes.
“You did the flop…” They murmur before bursting out into sobs once more.
Eclipse stares at them, wide-eyed, obviously not having expected such an extreme reaction from the two. He watches them crumble and shatter before him, like a pane of glass exposed to subzero temperatures and then abruptly doused in lava. He’s never seen them so emotional before.
It might be the shock or the odd feeling in his chest that drives him to lean forwards and pull them closer, tucking them into his arms, straining to hold back his own tears through mild horror. He doesn’t cry.
Okay. Maybe once, over the clothes. But they’re nice clothes! It was justified!
Blood Moon curls into his chest, clinging to him with a desperation that makes him feel heavy with sadness. For quite some time, he simply holds them, eventually starting to slowly rock them out of some weird instinct that confuses him so much he wonders if he’s going insane.
He murmurs quiet nothings as they slowly begin to calm down, still unwilling to release him.
“You’re not allowed to be gone for a whole week ever again.” Blood Moon rasps, earning a soft chuckle from Eclipse.
“Never?”
“Never ever.” They sniffle with a stern shake of their head.
And Eclipse doesn’t. After that day, he lets Blood Moon trail after him wherever and whenever they please. If he’s going to be gone longer than a day, they are the first to know.
And maybe, just maybe, Eclipse stays closer to them, too.

This is a meme made with Father Francis Etrergo grim @chiconisroc’s story “Was Not The Hero.” He kind of had to deal with a lot of crud. Shoutout to him for having a good poker face.
