Unlike this nameplate, today's isn't completely reversible, but it’s very cool! The two names are 印東 Intō or rarely Indō, and 竹中 Takenaka. Also, 東中 is a real name as well, usually read Higashinaka.
印 (shiru.su, shirushi, or in) is new to this blog! You should be able to recognize it as either India (original ateji 印度; now インド or 印) or "sign here." On paperwork, it often appears as ㊞, indicating where you're supposed to stamp your 印鑑 (inkan) (a personal seal used in place of a signature). Its original meaning is stamp, seal, mark, imprint, emblem, etc.
東 (higashi or tō) means east.
竹 (take or chiku) means bamboo
中 (naka, uchi, ata.ru, or chū) means in, inside, middle, mean, or center.
