We had a memorable shoot with this stylish couple from Australia. http://www.foreverlovejourney.com/ This couple came all the way from Australia to Paris and wanted a pre-wedding photo and video shoot with us. We arrived two days earlier to do for our another Hong Kong couple's Paris prewedding shoot. We met this lovely couple and started our bridal makeup & hair service very early in the morning. Our first location is Eiffel Tower. We took amazing photos and video clips around the tower before going to the others locations: Petit Palais, Pont Alexandre III, Champs-Élysées
, Place Colette

The bride to be had her hair and makeup matching the dresses. We have been to Paris many times before. Whenever we visit for providing our pre-wedding or/and wedding service to our couples, we see same excitement on their faces. We have finished our shooting around 11pm in the evening. 上次去嘉義時最後用了咖哩來做收尾， 沒想到一個禮拜後的休假， 我又不小心用了咖哩來作為開始～ 這次來到的又是一家隱身在民宅區域的咖哩店， 然後他也算是去年九月時在疫情期間崛起的一家小店， 憑藉著他們把各種香料帶入不同國家餐點的特色， 讓他成為一間看似平凡但卻又有自己特色的香料餐廳。 ｜香料奶油雞肉咖哩 + 印度蒜香烤餅 他們家的咖哩味道明顯的清爽很多欸， 跟之前吃過的鬥陣咖喱還有加加家的奶油雞肉咖喱， 是另外一個派別， 感覺很像高雄的穐田咖哩， 但是是印度香料版。 有明顯的香料味道， 但又是用清爽的蔬果基底， 然後香料的溫潤感比較沒有那麼溫潤， 比較直接一點， 他們咖喱裡面的雞肉， 應該是雞胸跟雞腿都有的感覺， 吃到不一樣的部位會有不一樣的口感呈現， 原本擔心是怕雞胸乾柴才會混雞腿肉， 但吃了之後， 雞胸肉其實也不會到乾柴的程度， 還是有水份的， 至於雞腿肉就真的是彈牙感，我很愛， 讓整個咖喱的咀嚼感層次多了不少。 旁邊的蔬菜感覺是乾煎或是烤過的， 比較乾爽， 然後有微微的焦香味， 沒有因為用水煮的水分拉低咖喱的香氣， 反而因為那股焦香味， 讓咖喱吃起來更加分。 / 烤餅的口感比較偏向鬆軟的麵包感， 沒有太過明顯的韌性， 雖然看起來很平淡無奇， 但是湊近聞的時候， 可以聞到麵粉的香氣， 還有烙過或是煎過的香氣， 至於他蒜油的蒜味， 我覺得沒有到非常重， 就是在表面上有淡淡的蒜香氣， 覺得很加分， 單吃也很可以。 ｜印度炸咖哩角w 印度薄荷醬 / 半份 他本身口感我覺得還蠻特別的， 他是用餛飩皮或是水餃皮去包馬鈴薯泥， 然後下鍋油炸， 所以吃起來就是兩種截然不同的口感， 外脆內鬆綿， 然後味道就是各種的香料味道， 另外附在旁邊的是印度薄荷醬， 但他薄荷的涼感呈現在很尾端的部分， 主要的味道還是在綠辣椒的辣跟檸檬汁的酸， 薄荷的涼感算是一個微微的小驚喜。 直接吃咖哩角的話， 香料味道會明顯很多， 但是跟著薄荷醬吃的話說 會比較有層次變化， 香料味道也不會那麼直接， 而是會在醬的酸辣味中慢慢的散發開來， 然後在很後面的時候， 會有微微的涼感跟薄荷香氣留在嘴裡鼻腔裡。 ｜印度香料奶茶 / 冰 香料味道比我想像中的要重一點， 肉桂還是肉豆蔻的味道蠻明顯的， 奶味沒有很重， 我在想有可能是被融化的冰塊稀釋掉了， 但如果沒有被稀釋的話， 味道應該也不會太重， 剛好跟一開始的奶油雞肉咖喱味道互相呼應。 以往都是喝熱的， 這次是喝冰的， 感覺跟熱的味道不太一樣， 認真要說的話， 我覺得印度香料奶茶在熱飲上會略勝一籌， 可能香料味道會比較舒展得開來， 喝冰的感覺少了一點香氣。 😽：台南市東區富農街一段232巷30號 FB：麗食堂 IG：麗食堂 #台南東區 #台南美食 #巷弄美食 #香料咖哩 #奶油雞肉咖哩 #咖哩角 #薄荷醬 #印度奶茶 #butterchickencurry #chailatte #currypuff #karipap #烤餅 #indianfood #curry #spicecurry #spicsfood #北極是吃貨 #popdaily #popyummy #poptainan #pop台南 （在 麗食堂 Li si̍t tn̂g） https://www.instagram.com/p/Cgapz8hvqam/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

巷 • 阿嬷好料 ah ma ho liao kopitiam, melaka.
it’s super rare for me to get out of bed and go have breakfast outside because i’m not a morning person. made an exception for this since there’s quite a few recommendation for this place and it is certainly a popular spot for tourists.
we arrived around 10:30am and most of their signature food has sold out, given that it was a long weekend, i bet the place was crowded before we arrived. we got our table after a few minutes, and placed our order for half boiled eggs, toasts and chee cheong fun with coffee.
the food took some time to arrive but it was enjoyable, very traditional kind of breakfast, it does feel a little nostalgic with the ambiance and surroundings too. even though the place opened not too long ago, they keep the old building structure and furniture and vibe to give that olden times feel.
given how simple breakfast was, it is slightly pricey, i think, but not too much and since the food is nice, it is still acceptable to just experience the vibe and enjoy breakfast once in the blue moon. XD if you want to try their signature dishes, do come early or pick a day when there’s less people.
