“Bling-Bang-Bang-Born” (Fluff/Crack)

2003!Turtles x reader

A/N: I don’t speak Japanese, but damn do I love this song. It is my new ADHD background music, so I decided to write ✨this✨ The lyrics isn't important for the story, but it is written down so you can follow along. I follow along with the help of the English words and the few Japanese characters I know. Hope it works for you guys as well💚

It was like any other normal day in the lair. Leonardo was meditating on a mat, while Raphael was going at it with his weights. Donatello was working on something in his lab, while Master Splinter was making some tea in the kitchen. And Michelangelo… Mikey was in his room with Klunk, scrolling through Spotify, bored out of his mind. But then, suddenly, he found it. On the first place on the Japanese Top 50, he found a song that scratched his ADHD brain just the right way. And just like it always happened when Mikey found something that made his dopamine spike, he had to show it to his family. And that was just what he did, marching into the living area with a big loud speaker, putting the hip hop song on before anybody noticed what he was doing.

“チート gifted 荒技 wanted / 禁忌 禁じ手 明らか盲点 / 反則 異次元 この世の中のもんでは無いです / 無理ゲー それ聞いてないって”.

“Oh no”, Donnie mumbled, rubbing his face with his hand.

“What the hell is that?”, Raph growled in annoyance, while Leo tried to cover his ears. Splinter did nothing but sigh, deciding it was best to stay in the kitchen.

“Ay ライバル口を揃えて / Ooh ライバル口を揃えて / バグで まぐれ 認めねーゼッテー / マジで？ コレおま全部生身で?”

“Just shut up and listen!”, Mikey yelled, already having his own dance party.

“It's 生身 it's 生身 yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah / Bling-bang-bang, bling-bang-bang-born / Bling-bang-bang, bling-bang-bang-born”.

As the music changed, Mikey’s brothers could not deny that they were instructed. At least enough to the point where Donnie started bobbing his head and Raph moved his shoulders. Leo sighed, trying to go back to his meditation once more.

“実力を発揮し切る前に / 相手の方がバックれてくらしい / 上がり切るハードル very happy / あきらかにダントツでピカイチ”.

“Oof, not bad”, Raph said, letting himself move more fluently with the music as he continued to lift his weights.

“相変わらず脱皮してる毎日 (bling, bling, bling) / 誰の七光も要らないお前の ice より icy (icy)”.

Donnie too started dancing on the spot, doing that expression where he bit his lip in concentration and his brows pushed together, a thing he only did when he listened to something he liked.

“俺 パッと見出来ない事ばっかりだけど very happy / あ キレてる呆れてる周り 恵まれてる家族友達 (happy) / もう反則的立ち位置 皆俺に任せとけば良い (bang, bang, bang) / 教科書に無い 問題集に無い 超 bad な呪い listen”.

“Just ignore them”, Leo mumbled to himself. “There is nothing. It is outside your head. You can push it out. Find your center”. But that was easier said than done, when Mikey started yelling along with the build up.

“鏡よ鏡 答えちゃって / Who's the best? I'm the best! Oh, yeah / 生身のまま行けるとこまで / To the next, to the 1番上”.

Leo sat in annoyance as his brothers started yelling along to the lyrics from each side of the room, their voices echoing against the walls along with the music. He would have called for Master Splinter, but he found that his sensei’s tail was tapping to the music.

“Now singin' / Bling-bang-bang, bling-bang-bang / Bling-bang-bang-born (now singin') / Bling-bang-bang, bling-bang-bang / Bling-bang-bang-born (now singin') / Bling-bang-bang, bling-bang-bang / Bling-bang-bang-born / To the next, to the 1番上”.

With the chorus, all hopes of peace disappeared as all of Leo’s little brothers stopped whatever they were doing in order to focus on the music. Curse them for their short attention span and their good lungs. But despite his slight annoyance, Leo could not deny that the chorus had something to it.

“Eyday 俺のままで居るだけで超 flex / Eyday 誰も口を挟めない (don't test) / Eyday 俺のままで居るだけで超 flex / Eyday 誰も口を挟ませない (don't test)”.

Raph, Donnie and Mikey soon found each other in the middle of the floor, jumping around while having the time of their life, doing whatever weird dance moves they had seen humans do on the street or the internet.

“Yeah, yeah, yeah 学歴も無い前科も無い余裕で (bling-bling) / この存在自体が文化財な脳味噌 (bling-bling) / 高級車は買える免許は無い愛車 (green, green) / 全国各地揺らす逸品 このベロが bling-bling (brr)”.

Leo soon felt his brothers on him, pushing and shaking him, telling him to get up and have some fun for once. So much for being the responsible big brother. Leo tried to keep his annoyed grimes, hiding a smile as he tried to push them off, all while Splinter drank his tea and enjoyed the sight.

“バレットなら満タン 関西訛り生身のコトダマ / 音楽 幸運 勝利の女神 今宵も三股 bang, bang / 漫画みたいな輩とまんまで張りあえてしまってる漫画 / 圧倒的チカラこの頭と口から”.

It wasn’ often that his sons got to let loose and enjoy themselves like this, so Splinter rarely tried to stop them, even if they were so loud that his ears would start to hurt. He could live with the slight discomfort just to watch his sons smile and have fun. And he definitely wasn’t against them listening to some Japanese hip hop. It made him feel a little closer to home once more, reminding him it was a long time ago since he last talked to the Ancient One.

“この身体 tattoo は入って無い / このツラに傷もついて無い / 繰り返しやらかしてくダメージが / イカつい年輪を刻む皺”.

“Fine!”, Leo called out, acting more annoyed than he actually was, getting up from the mat and letting his brothers pull him around. It didn’t take long before all four found themselves jumping around in a circle with their arms around each other's shoulders, smiling bright and laughing loudly.

“Bling-bang-bang, bling-bang-bang / Bling-bang-bang-born / 俺のままで bling して bang して bang / する為に born して来たニッポン (ayy)”.

No one heard as you walked into the lair, calling out for your four best friends. You quickly found them dancing around in a circle in the middle of the lair, only Splinter noticing your arrival, sending you a smile and a small nod.

“鏡よ鏡 答えちゃって / Who's the best? I'm the best! Oh, yeah / 生身のまま行けるとこまで / To the next, to the 1番上”.

“Make some room!”, you yelled, running into the circle, pushing yourself in between Mikey and Raph who happily let you join.

“Now singin' / Bling-bang-bang, bling-bang-bang / Bling-bang-bang-born (now singin') / Bling-bang-bang, bling-bang-bang / Bling-bang-bang-born (now singin') / Bling-bang-bang, bling-bang-bang / Bling-bang-bang-born / To the next, to the 1番上”.

As the chorus picked up once again, the brothers took turns spinning and dancing with you, to the point where they playfully fought with each other to do so, snatching you from each other with a laugh.

“Eyday 俺のままで居るだけで超 flex / Eyday 誰も口を挟めない (don't test) / Eyday 俺のままで居るだけで超 flex / Eyday 誰も口を挟ませない (don't test)”.

You all once again formed a circle, jumping around like you were wild animals and not a human and four mutants. Nonetheless you enjoyed yourselves, all of you yelling along to the song, making a mental note to add that song to your playlists.

My dog,“HUG” celebrated 12th birthday :-)

I always wish her health and happiness.

And dear Tumblr’s friends,

Hug is always grateful for your kind messages and daily support🐶❤️

愛犬・ハグが12歳の誕生日を迎えました。

野辺では満開のコスモスたちが彼女の特別な日を陽気な笑顔で祝ってくれているようです。

グリーン・ロードをハグと歩くと、いつもたくさんの笑顔に出会います。笑顔はまた別の笑顔を生んでいって、気づけば僕たちもいつのまにか自然と笑っているのでした。（🐴さんはちょっと笑いすぎー！🤣）

ニンゲンの年齢に換算すると70代半ばとなったハグ。毎日が小旅行のような（いやマジでw）超ロング散歩も、行きは快調でも帰り道が段々としんどくなってきているようです。ただ、足腰が弱りはじめたとて本犬はまだまだ老け込むつもりなんか毛頭ないようですし（笑）、なんと言ってもハグにとっては散歩こそが最高の生き甲斐なのですから、距離自体は見直しながらも予防線を張りすぎずに、彼女がキラキラと目を輝かせ好奇心を十分に満たすことができる、そんな楽しい時間をこれからもなるべくたくさん過ごさせてあげられたらと思っています✨🐕✨

いつもハグを温かく見守って下さっている皆さまのご厚情に、あらためて心から感謝いたします。

さあ、ハグ！

Once again the calendar has reached the lovely day of April 4 (three weeks ago)! That means it is (was) the birthday of my favorite Precure, Yukishiro Honoka! 20 years after her series she would be about 34 years old today, if she were real.

It's no great secret that the formula for the original series was taking two girls from opposite walks of life and teaming them up, to represent the strength of friendship. Honoka's charm was her intelligence and pursuit of science, while remaining kind and fairly humble despite her wealthy background. Without Nagisa's influence she probably wouldn't be taking many risks, and without Honoka's influence, Nagisa would probably be dead. Well, neither of them would be Precure so probably not, but both would definitely be worse off.

I haven't actually watched Otona Precure yet, but it is my understanding that Black and White appear at the very end of the last episode, looking the same as ever. I'm not clear if they have any dialog. The Kamikta Twins (the most consistently quality part of this fandom) released a piece of artwork that included aged up designs for Nagisa and Honoka. I have to assume they're official and Toei-sanctioned.

Last year, I said I hoped for an Otona-style sequel to FWPC. The middling to negative reception of the series has me second guessing that. But the art is nice.

Lately, there have been extremely hot days, and then all of a sudden, the temperatures are dropping again so I often find myself being dressed inappropriately when I go out. Yesterday for example, I was wearing clothes that weren't suitable for the weather😇Flimsy pants made of thin material without tights underneath and just a thin, short down jacket😂My legs were freezing😂 Why did I choose a short jacket? The truth is, I want to graduate from my super unhealthy habit of using my smartphone before sleeping🥺📱It's really bad for me 😭 In my case, it's not a matter of my sleep becoming too light, but rather that I fall asleep later and later.😭 After getting ready and heading into bed, it's best to turn off the lights and focus on falling asleep. “How old are you?”

The other day, an elderly lady spoke to me while I was walking our dog. The lady herself used to have a Maltese dog, the same as our dog. To her surprise, the dog lived to be 24 years old. This is astonishing as the average life span of a small toy dog is said to be around 12-15 years.

Come to think of it, Prushka, a black cat that my good friend Dr Pot Head (nickname) used to have, lived to be probably about 28 years old, according to him. By the way, Prushka did not have a single tooth left, and Pot Head had to chop her cat food on the chopping board every time. She wasn't tottering around because she was an old cat, sometimes she even jumped around like a kitten. But her mewing sounded really hoarse.

It's an obvious theory, if you think about it. The growth processes of living creatures are different, so the numbers don't apply. To be precise, the time required for cell growth and change differs from one individual to another, depending on the environment and the one's DNA. and so on. The same is true for us humans.

Your one year is different from mine. That old lady's Maltese dog or cat Prushka's year was about half the time of others.

The numbers are merely for pigeonholing. So that everyone knows all at once.

In fact, you don't even know how old you are. That the question itself is nonsense. If someone asks you how old you are, ask back, "How old do I look?". And then say, "That'll do".

We are about to start the New Year according to the Gregorian calendar again this year, but those who don't feel like it don't need to worry about it. Your New Year may be months or even years away. Or it's long overdue.

よく考えてみれば当たり前の理屈だ。生き物の成長過程が違うから、数字が当てはまらない。正確に言うと、細胞の成長や変化に必要な時間は、環境やそのDNAなどによって、個体ごとに異なる。私たち人間も同じだ。

あなたの1年と私の1年は違うのだ。あのおばあさんのマルチーズ犬や猫のプルーシュカの1年は、普通の犬や猫の約半分である。

数字は単に分類棚のため。みんなが一度にわかるように。

だから、実は自分が何歳なのかさえわからない。その質問自体がナンセンスだということ。もし誰かに年齢を聞かれたら、「私は何歳に見えますか」と逆に聞き返してください。そして、「そんなもんだ」と言っとけばいい。

今年もまたグレゴリオ暦に則って新年を迎えようとしていますが、その気にならない方々は気にしなくて良いのです。あなたの年明けは数ヶ月後か、はたまた数年後かもしれません。またはとっくの昔に終わったか。
