佛的涅槃彼岸 西方極樂淨土

有生必有死，我們都知道無常與死亡隨時會降臨，由於因果業力的牽引，並非每個人都能夠壽終正寢，能夠這樣安詳往生是大福報之人。 而學習金剛乘最主要目的，就是希望能夠以殊勝的教法來證得佛果，若是無法在今生即身成佛，至少也要修行往生西方極樂世界，在不會退轉的境界中持續精進。

光中極尊 永恆的極樂淨土依怙主

南無阿彌陀佛如來為「光中極尊」、「佛中之王」，有大承擔、大魄力。因地出家時，發下四十八大願創造極樂世界，讓種種苦難的人，乃至十念，都能到極樂世界來，若此願不成，即不成佛。

阿彌陀佛所散發的佛光遍照十方剎土，其光明的亮度絲毫未減，也沒有任何的光能比佛光更明亮，因此稱為「無量光佛」；《佛說無量壽經》亦形容 阿彌陀佛為：「光中極尊，佛中之王。」由經文可知 阿彌陀佛的超勝與無與倫比。阿彌陀佛已證不生不滅的境界，壽量無法計算，因此又稱為「無量壽佛」，這是屬於 阿彌陀佛佛身之本體功德。

阿彌陀佛居住在西方極樂剎土，其佛身顏色猶如太陽照在紅蓮花珍寶山上，發出無比耀眼奪目的光芒，璀璨輝煌。由於佛陀在因地修行時，積聚廣大的福德而修成不見頂相，頭上由骨肉自然突起形成肉髻，無法見到頂端，象徵佛證悟的獨步境界。雙足掌心亦化現千輻法輪的吉祥凸起紋路，足下二輪相及不見頂相的顯現，象徵佛是具足福慧的大丈夫，同時也具足髮螺右旋、梵音清澈、眼紺青色、廣長舌相…等三十二相，八十種隨形好。

阿彌陀佛以一面二臂示現，一面表徵唯一離戲法身；二臂表徵智慧與方便二者具足；雙手結定印表徵方便與智慧無二無別。雙手定印之上持著鑲嵌珍寶的寶缽，缽中甘露盈滿表示能以深廣正法令一切眾生滿願成就，讓眾生趣入別解脫境；身著三法衣，下身著僧裙；雙足結金剛跏趺坐，表徵輪涅平等性不動搖之義。

Melusine – mythical humanoid serpent transformed into a dragon

Melusine is a water spirit from French folklore and an example of human–animal marriage as well as princess Toyotama (See) in the East. She is a humanoid hybrid whose upper body is that of a beautiful woman in medieval costume, but whose lower body is that of a snake, and is also said to be a dragon nymph, as she has dragon wings on her back. She is also sometimes thought to be associated with mermaid lore. The Starbucks logo is also inspired by her.

Mélusine was the daughter of Pressine, the Fountain Fay, and Elinas, King of Albany, Scotland. Her mother placed a curse on Mélusine and her sisters that for one day a week they would assume the form of a snake from the waist down. Furthermore, if anyone saw them in their true form, they would be permanently remain forever the lower body of a snake and with wings.

Raymondin, Count of Poitou, who had left his family after accidentally killing his uncle, while hunting in the forest, met Melusine one day, fell in love and married her after making a covenant that he would never look at her on Saturdays. She brought her husband wealth and they had ten children. 

However, when her husband heard a malicious rumour, he broke his promise and saw Melusine's true identity while she was bathing. Locked alone in her room, her upper body was human, but her lower body was that of a giant snake (or fish). She then assumes the form of a dragon, provides him with two magic rings, and flies off, never to be seen again. She returns only at night to nurse her two youngest children, who are still infants. Although many of Melusine's children had the nature of monsters, it is said that the future French monarch stood from the lineage of two children born normal.

メリュジーヌ 〜竜に変身した神話上の人型蛇の妖精

メリュジーヌは、フランスの民間伝承に登場する水の精霊で、東洋の豊玉姫（参照）と同様に異類婚姻の一例である。上半身は中世の衣装をまとった美しい女性の姿だが、下半身は蛇の姿をしており、背中に竜の翼が生えていることから竜の妖精とも言われている、人型のハイブリッド。また、人魚の伝承と結びつけて考えられることもある。スターバックスのロゴにもなっている。 

メリュジーヌは、泉の妖精プレッシナとスコットランドのオルバニー王エリナスの娘である。母親はメリュジーヌと妹達に、週に1日だけ腰から下が蛇の姿となるという呪いをかけた。さらに、もし変身した姿を誰かに見られた場合には、永久に下半身が蛇で翼を持った姿のままとなってしまう。 

ポワトゥー伯爵のレイモンダンは、誤って叔父を殺してしまったために家を出ていたが、ある日メルジーヌに出会って恋に落ち、メルジーヌは「土曜日には絶対に自分を見ない」という誓約を交わして彼と結婚した。メリュジーヌは夫に富をもたらし、10人の子供をもうけた。 

しかし、悪意のある噂を聞いた夫は誓いを破り、入浴中のメリュジーヌの正体を目撃してしまう。部屋にひとり閉じこめられた彼女の上半身は人間だったが、下半身は巨大な蛇（または魚）のものだった。 そして彼女は竜の姿になり、夫に2つの魔法の指輪を与えると飛び去り、二度と姿を現すことはなかった。彼女は、まだ幼い二人の末っ子に授乳するために夜だけ戻ってくる。メリュジーヌの子供達の多くは化け物の性質を持っていたものの、問題なく生まれた2人の子供の血統からは、後のフランス君主が立ったという。

「どう思ったか？」ではなく「どう変わったか？」というのは、読書感想文を書くコツであると同時に、「作者が言って欲しいこと」でもあると思う。 前景のa, b, d, eは、読書感想文を書くコツであっても、作者が期待することではなさそう。 表現する人は、表現することでなにかを変えたいと思ってる。変わったよ、と伝えることで、達成の度合いが示すのが好意。 ここからの連想で、セミナーなどのアンケートに感想を書く時に困ったら、「どう思ったか？」ではなく「どう変わったか？」を書くとよさそう。登壇者が聞きたい意見でもあるし、またその差分はセミナーのポイントであることが多い。自分のための要約となる。

『しょせん他人事ですから～とある弁護士の本音の仕事～』 先日、この漫画をスマホで読みましたが、漫画を読むこと自体、本当に久しぶり。

ここまで極端な弁護士も珍しいと思いますが、このような側面を持ちあわせないと弁護士も務まらないと納得する自分もいます。

10/18追記

令和の時代にあり得ない事務所側からの新人いじめ、人格否定のハラスメント等々、枚挙にいとまがない状態が続きました。複数人、それも一緒に仕事をする事務職員全員で一気に来られたら私に勝ち目はありません。

この会社の唯一良い所は現場の作業員の方たちは年代問わず仲が良く、私にも良くしていただきました。ただ、一緒に仕事をする事務所がこの調子では…。 事務所が合わず、事務職から作業員に職種を変更した方も多数います。3年前にも高校を卒業したばかりの事務員の女性が私のような新人いじめで退職したそうです。最後は自家用車の中で泣きながら昼ごはんを食べていたそうです。

因みに、会社の会長は県議員(与党)です。議員は会社の会長ですが、会社に関してはノータッチ。社長である奥様に任せきりだそうです。政治家の会社ってこんなものですか？

入社時に身元保証人、誓約書など書かされたこともあり、この類に詳しい弟に相談(注:弁護士ではありません)。 私の心が病んでしまうのは回避したい、尚且つ、会社から訴えられるリスクを限りなくゼロにして、退職したかったので地元の弁護士を代理人に立てて退職しました。

今日、退職に必要な書類をやっと受領しました。 終わったけれど…心がしんどい。心が晴れません。 漫画の最初に登場する誹謗中傷に悩むセレブブロガー(相談者)の気持ちが痛い位分かる。

ただ唯一安堵したのは、事務職員と8月に記載した職場の方。もう、その方達の��を見ないで済むんだって思いました。

Interview with Dai Sato, Series Composer A Guide to the Shining Night

What did you keep in mind when composing the series?

When I first met director Yukiyo Teramoto, she told me that she wanted to depict Joker and his friends' lives and relationships, not to mention their charm as phantom thieves. With this in mind, we started work on the series structure, but as the TV animation had to be summarised in 26 episodes for seasons 1 and 2, it was not possible to visualise all the episodes from the original story. So, after consulting with Director Teramoto, we introduced Queen and Silver Heart, who appear in the middle of the original story, from the beginning of Season 1. I wanted to depict a story centered on Joker and Hachi, but also a story involving Joker, Spade and Queen all together. So I moved the episodes of the original story forward and made them up as I went along. However, both Teramoto and I love the original story, so we adapted the way and order of the characters' appearances to the original story. We also had an order for Joker and his team to confront a major enemy throughout the 26 episodes of the anime, so we placed Professor C and Shadow Joker as the most suitable characters for the enemy. With Shadow by Professor C's side, I think you get a better sense of the relationship between Joker and Silver Heart as a master-disciple duo.

The original story is a treasure trove of fascinating scenarios, how did you decide which to make into an anime? I had a list of all the stories up to volume 16, and me, director Teramoto and the producers chose the episodes we absolutely wanted to do. The episodes we decided on first were episode 1, "The Miracle Maker Appears", and episode 5, "Journey into the Shining Night". The episodes to be broadcast in the future include episode 19 "Crash! The Idol Stage" and episode 22, "The Burning Inspector and the Wicked Foxes". I wanted to tell these stories in Season 1 after all the main characters had come together and the relationships between the phantom thieves had been established, so I decided to do them in Season 2.

Finally, a message to all the fans! The brilliant tricks of the phantom thieves. The days when the phantom thief, his assistant and his master spend together like a family, and the stories and settings of the original work are important to the production of all the staff. The last few episodes are more epic than ever, so I hope you enjoy them.

シリーズ構成をされる際に、 意識されたことは? 初めて寺本幸代監督にお会いした時に、 怪盗として の魅力はもちろん、 ジョーカーたちの生活の様子や関 係性を描きたいという話を伺いました。 その思いを念 頭にシリーズ構成の作業に入ったのですが、 TVアニ メとしてシーズン1・2の26話にまとめなくてはい けないので、原作のエピソードをすべて映像化するこ とはできないんですよね。 そこで寺本監督とも相談して、原作では中盤から登場するクイーンやシルバーハ ートを、シーズン1の初期から登場させました。 ジョ ーカーとハチが中心のお話はもちろん、 ジョーカー、 スペード、クイーンの3人がそろって巻き起こるお話 も描きたかったんです。 なので、原作のエピソードを 前倒しして、 構成していきました。 ただ、 僕も寺本監 督も原作が大好きなので、 各キャラクターの登場の仕 方と順番は、原作にあわせました。 かつ、 アニメ26 話を通して、 ジョーカーたちが大きな敵に立ち向かっていく形にしたいとのオーダーもあったので、敵として一番ふさわしいキャラクターとして、プロフェッサ ・Cとシャドウ・ジョーカーを配置しました。 プロ フェッサー・Cの傍にシャドウもいることで、 ジョー カー&シルバーハートの師弟コンビとの対の関係性 を、より感じとっていただけているかなと思います。

原作は魅力的なお話の宝庫ですが、どのようにア アニメ化するエピソードを決めていったのでしょうか? 16巻までのお話をすべてリストにしてもらって、 僕と寺本監督とプロデューサー陣で、 絶対にやりたい エピソードを選んでいきました。 真っ先に決まったの は、第1話の「奇跡の怪盗あらわる」 や、 第5話の 「輝く夜への旅立ち」 です。 今後放送されるエピソードですと、 第19話 「激突!! アイドルステージ」や第 22話の 「炎の警部と邪悪な狐」 ですね。 これらのお話 はシーズン1でメインキャラクターが全員そろって、 怪盗同士の関係性が構築されてから描きたかったの で、シーズン2でやる運びとなりました。

最後に、ファンの皆様へメッセージを! 怪盗たちの華麗なトリック。 そして、 怪盗と助手、 師匠が家族のように過ごす日々と、原作の物語や設定 を大切にスタッフ一同、 制作しています。 最後の何話 かは、今まで以上に壮大なストーリーになっているの で、ぜひ楽しんでいただけたら嬉しいです。

＜正論＞織田元空将の正論に申し訳ない　

麗澤大学特任教授・西岡力

１月１６日付「正論」で元空将の織田邦男氏が書いた「憲法に自衛隊明記が必要な理由」を読んで私は恥ずかしくてならなかった。織田氏は結論でこう書いた。

＜国防という崇高な使命を果たす自衛隊を憲法に明確に位置付ける。自衛官に名誉を与えるだけでなく、国民に国防の当事者意識を持たせることになる。「１３・２％」という異質性は、大いに改善されるだろう。ひいては抑止力強化に繫（つな）がり、結果として平和が守られることになる＞（１３・２％は「もし戦争が起こったら国のために戦うか」の問いに「はい」と答えた日本人の比率）

民間人が率先すべき論陣

自衛隊員に名誉を与えるべきというこのような論説を、命がけで国防に従事してきた元自衛官自身に書かせてはならないと私は考えてきた。われわれ民間人が率先してその論陣をはるべきだからだ。

私は平成２８年８月１６日付本欄（「自衛隊を憲法に明記する発議を」）でこう書いた。＜自衛隊員は現在、南スーダンや尖閣諸島付近などで命がけで任務を遂行している。隊員は「事に臨んでは危険を顧みず、身をもつて責務の完遂に務め、もつて国民の負託にこたえることを誓います」という宣誓をしている。彼らに報いる道は名誉を付与することだ。

最初の憲法改正発議において、自衛隊を憲法に明記することを避けながら、今後も命をかけて国のために働けと命令するのであれば、政治家はあまりに自衛隊員に失礼である。隊員に名誉を与えるため、自衛隊の存在を憲法に明記するための闘いから逃げてはならないと強く思っている＞

自衛隊明記も実現していない

直前の参院選の結果、改憲に賛成する勢力が衆参両院で３分の２を超えたことを受けて書いたものだった。その約９カ月後、当時の安倍晋三首相が自衛隊を憲法に明記する改憲を提案し、自民党はそれを受け改憲案をつくった。

そもそも自衛隊の憲法明記は現行憲法の９条２項の戦力不保持条文をそのままにするという前提だ。２項がある以上、自衛隊は通常の軍隊には課せられていない様々な制約を受け続ける。そのことも自衛隊員に申し訳ないと心から思うが、戦後日本の平和ぼけの厚い壁を前にして、まず自衛隊を明記することから始めるべきだと私は８年前に本欄に書いたときに考えた。しかし、まだ憲法への自衛隊明記は実現していない。そこでしびれを切らした元空将が本欄で声を挙げられた。恥ずかしく、申し訳なくてならない。

織田氏は現在、ある大学で安全保障の講義を担当しており、その講義を受けた学生の、国のために戦うと答える比率が顕著にアップしている。その素晴らしい講義を紹介したＳＮＳに対し、若者に命を粗末にしろと教えているなどと見当外れの批判が起きていると聞き驚いている。今現在わが国の安全が守られているのは自衛隊員が命をかけ神聖な任務を果たしているからだ。そのことを知ったら元空将の講義を批判することなど恥ずかしくてできないはずだ。

繰り返すが、自衛隊員は今この時も命をかけ、わが国を守る崇高な任務にあたっている。本当に命がけだから毎年、殉職者が出ている。私は数年前まで防衛省オピニオンリーダーを拝命し、自衛隊殉職隊員追悼式に参席していた。幼い子を残して殉職した隊員はじめ、任務で殉職された英雄が毎年いることをよく知っている。

今年前半に改憲発議を

岸田文雄首相は、自身の任期内に憲法改正を実現すると公言している。自民党は①自衛隊の明記②緊急事態対応③合区解消・地方公共団体④教育充実―の４項目の改正案を提示しているが、最初の憲法改正発議に何を盛り込むのかまだ結論を出していない。

私はここで声を大にして①を絶対に外してはならないと言いたい。国連安保理常任理事国ロシアがウクライナへの侵略戦争を起こし、残虐なテロ攻撃に対してイスラエルが自衛権を行使している。中国共産党政権は台湾への武力行使の準備を進めている。台湾有事が日本の有事ならば、現行憲法下で最初の防衛出動、自衛隊による武力行使があり得る。戦死者が出ることは避けられない。

そのことを承知の上で自衛隊員は日夜、訓練を重ねている。それなのにわが国憲法ではいまだに「陸海空軍その他の戦力は、これを保持しない」という否定文だけが書かれ、自衛隊について一言も触れていない。憲法学者の多数は自衛隊違憲論を主張し、一部の教師らが教室でそのような内容を教えてさえいる。

命がけの仕事をする彼らに報いる道は名誉を付与することだ。最初の憲法改正発議で自衛隊を憲法に明記することを避け、今後も命をかけて国のために働けと命令するのであれば、あまりに自衛隊員に失礼ではないか。まず声を挙げるべきは元自衛官ではなく、われわれ民間人だ。政治家は自衛隊明記の憲法改正発議を今年前半にぜひ実現させてほしい。国民は国民投票で通す戦いに臨む覚悟はできている。（にしおか　つとむ）
