수업의 질, 쉽게 전달할 수 있는 방법들에 대해 끊임없이 생각하지만 실질적으로 내가 그만큼의 실력이 뒤바탕 되고 있는지 스스로 뭐가 부족한 지, 부족한 걸 채우기위해 일상과는 별개로 다시 공부하는 자세를 유지하는 정신과 육체를 지니는 것은 생각 외로 쉽지않다.

더 열심히 살아야한다는 강박 일까, 아니면 올바른

2022.9.23.(금)

몇일 전 관리자가 또 폭언을 하고 지랄을 한번 떨었다. 정말 뻔히 내가 서비스, CSR, 성과관리, 대외 업무 등 다양한 분야를 치는 걸 알고 있는데 내가 일을 너무 잘해서 그렇다며 선배네 가게에서 술한잔 했었다.

정말로 있잖아요, 일은 머리로 하는 게 아닌데 일은 늘 마음으로 하고 그 마음이 전해졌으면 되는 건데 참 답답했었다.

나는 누굴 샘하고 누굴 바라볼 짬이 없다. 내 인생 보고 달려가기 바쁜데, 늘 사랑하지 않으면 그 흘러간 세월에 얼마나 허무할까. 사랑하고 내 주변을 사랑해야지 나중에 내가 눈 감을 때 아쉽지 않을 거 같은데.

그렇게 맛있는 회, 알탕, 초밥에 또 치킨에 골뱅이에 노래방에 신나게 놀고 또 독립문 편의점에 앉아 하이네켄을 비우고 집에 들어가니 새벽 5시였다.

내가 여린건 맞다만 그만큼 매사 진심이였다. 그래서 늘 후회가 없으려고 한다.

2022.9.24.(토)

어렸을 때 살던 집, 17층에 사는 1살 어린 동생이 결혼식을 한다고 하고 나도 같이 따라가게 되었다. 나는 12살에 서울로 올라오고 몇번 그 동생들을 봤지만 중고등학생이 되고 연락이 흐지부지 되었다만 우리 어머니는 그 어머니들과 계속 연락을 하고 꾸준히 만남을 이어 오셨었다.

근데 그 동생분들은 참 부담 스러워 했었고 뭐 그래도 다음에는 "~씨 쓰지말고 오빠 편히 봐요" 라고 말한 동생이 참 고마웠었다.

그리고 내 현재 사랑을 보러 판교를 갔었다. 판교는 야밤에 불이 훤 했고 돈쓰기 딱 좋은 곳이였다. 객단가가 있는 크라상이 있는 거 보면 번화가는 확실했었다.

그렇게 어느 기묘한 토요일이 지나갔었고, 나는 서른 후반인데 요즘 어려보인다는 말을 자주 듣고 그 어린시절 친구들은 나를 보며 내 동생을 이야기 했었다. 흠, 그렇게 형제는 닮는구나 싶었다.

가슴이 아파서 '정명석 변호사를 닮은 상담사님' 을 뵙고 있다. 많이 아픈데 그 상담사님은 친절하게 나를 위로해 주셨다.

압박, 강박, 우울, 공황 이 4가지가 다 있다만 약을 안 먹고 나를 좋은 길로 인도해 주신다고 했다.

술에 의존하지 말고 일에 더 몰두 하고 더 열심히 살아보겠다.

코로나 걸린 이후 식사량이 줄고 과음을 하고 잠을 못자니 살이 계속 빠진다. 살이 빠질 수록 내가 작아지는 거 같다.

계속 불면과 악몽에 시달리니까 힘들다. 그래도 어제보다 더 사랑할 것이다. 결국 삶에서 진리는 사랑이니까.

2차는 가벼운 마음으로 그리는데 1차는 뭔가 힘줘야한다는 강박 같은게 있어서 낙서를 잘 안하게 되는 것 같음 . . ."이렇게나사랑하는데도" .

그리고 싶은 장면이 팍 떠올라야 하는데 그건 다 만화에 때려넣어서 그런 걸지도 ..............키박낙서도 에없 어디쯤에 넣어야지 하면서 묵혀두게 되는 것 같다... ^^;

처음 시작하는 #영며듦 포스팅✨️

: I'm ready to ~ 라는

"~할 준비가 되었다" 는 뜻의 표현이에요-

간단히 " 난 준비됐어" 라는

"I'm ready" 뒤에 + to나 for을 더해

뭐에 준비가 되었는지를 덧붙여

좀 더 구체적으로 표현할 수 있어요 :)

🔍활용하면,

I'm ready to study English.

난 영어 공부할 준비가 되어있어.

I'm ready to get back to work.

전 업무에 복귀할 준비가 되어있습니다.

I'm ready to do whatever you need.

난 네가 필요한 건 그게 뭐든지 할 준비가 되어있어.

이렇게 어떠한 상황을 맞이할 준비가 되었을 때 사용하는 표현인데,

표현을 적으면서 나는 어떤 문장을 만들까?

생각이 꼬리에 꼬리를 물다

과거 완벽주의에 대한 강박 때문에

그야말로 완.벽.히 준비하려고 준비의 준비의 준비만 하다가 실행조차 해보지 못했던 제 모습이 문득 떠올랐지 뭐예요🫣하하

그래서 준비가 돼야지만 뭔갈 한다는 강박을 떨쳐버리려고 개인적으로는 오랜 시간 일부러 쓰지 않았던 표현인데,

이렇게 포스팅이라는 기회를 통해 써봐요! 🤓

목표. 도전. 변화.

너무나도 좋은 키워드지만 느낌상 왠지

내가 뭔가 엄청나게 큰 결심을 해야 할 것 같고,

그래서 완벽하게 준비되지 않으면 안 될 것 같단 생각에 _아이러니하게도 시작하기조차 머뭇거려지는 건, 아마 많은 사람들이 비슷할 거예요😂

하지만 작은 꼼지락에서부터 위대함이 만들어진다! 🧚‍♀️

애초에 어제 하지 않은 일을 오늘 한다는 것부터가 엄청난 변화라는걸-

어렵게 생각할 게 없는데!

사실 저에게는 이 SNS라는 게 그랬어요.🧏‍♀️

온라인에 관심이 없었기도 바쁘기도 했지만, 워낙 안 하다 보니

그냥 언제부턴가 가까워질 수 없게 돼버린 분야였달까?!

근데 생각해 보면 단지 일상을 기록하고 공유하는 것 뿐이고, 이 세계를 통해 또 다른 멋진 사람들과 만날 수 있는데! 🌐 왜 그랬니 나🤷‍♀️

그래서 저도 지금 여기, 이 꼼지락부터 시��하기로🐌
