I drew Momo Kisaragi as ViVi from LOONA <3

Her thing in Loonapro is that she is ViVi but the fun thing abt her writing wise is that she has Awakening Eyes so she’s essentially Konoha Momo! As such she is called ViKi as a combo of ViVi and Kisaragi, Momo died when falling from Eden but Awakening Eyes took her body and is living in it trying to act according to Momo’s values.

ViKi likes music, pretty girls, and friends. The only thing she remembers from Eden is Ayano’s face, the rest of it has been replaced with distorted memories or is gone altogether. She really likes Tsubomi Kido <3

a guide to boycotting loona!

1. If you're using Spotify to stream, block LOONA, LOONA 1/3, LOONA ODD EYE CIRCLE, and LOONA / yyxy

(click on the three dots, then click on "Don't play this artist")

2. If you're using any other streaming platforms, remove everything by LOONA in your playlists.

3. DO NOT BUY ANY new LOONA albums (physical, or digital) LOONA season greetings, etc. Just do not buy any OFFICIAL LOONA MERCHANDISE, unless they are secondhand.

Still want to listen to LOONA's music without supporting BlockBerryCreative?

Soon I will start a loona au within the genrex universe, I am very excited about their designs and how their encounter with Rex and the enemy they will have will be.

For those who don't know, loona is a kpop girl group that I like a lot, I recommend their songs and their filmography, you will have a good time watching their videos. On the other hand, those who do not know who Rex is, is the protagonist of a cartoon network series called Generator Rex, the plot is too good and they will not regret watching the series. c:

So, that was that month, I guess. Time flies. If you haven’t been following along the TL;DR is that I’ve been spending my February picking out a new female-fronted album every day. It’s been fun. There’s both some hidden gems as well as some well-respected icons, spread over a good mix of genres. So, yeah, end of the project! Would I do it again? Probably. Was it time-consuming? Definitely. At the moment I’m working on a women’s music canon (because gen canons tend to have around 15% women (*including mixed group and being very generous in my counting) and I think that’s a well shame.

Really, what this is, is an encouragement to seek out more female artists, old and new. They deserve to be heard. The music industry has historically been terribly male-centric - it’s about time to center the women once in a while, don’t you think?
