here for the kin deathtoll ask game and. oh boy. it's NOT good and i am NOT proud of it. i had a Lot of timelines (enough to where i've lost track) that were all part of the same canon and in each, i was the direct reincarnation of a being called 'adam'- who, when woken up by humanity, instantly vaporized the polar ice caps, permamently shifted the earth's rotational axis, caused a mass extinction, immediately killed 2 billion people with the explosion and indirectly caused a billion more to die in the aftermath. each time. multiple times. it wasn't actually my fault, as the organization behind the experiment that woke my progenitor up (and by that i mean injected her with human DNA so that she'd explode) was fully aware of what would happen and made sure everything went perfectly to start an apocalypse. i also don't really know if 'adam' is synonymous with me, as she was both my mother and? kind of a past life, in a way? though i consider us separate entities and don't share memories with her despite sharing a soul. i don't know exactly how many timelines i've lived, but i'm going to just pin the estimate at 150 for now. that puts me at a deathtoll of ~450 billion. it wasn't my fault and i don't even think those actions were mine in the first place (and even then, if they were, adam was used as a pawn and basically ignited like a massive bomb) but i genuinely feel horrible all the same. thankfully though, my canon finally ended with everyone being reincarnated with no memories of what happened and no chance of the past repeating again.
