medication & intensive therapy r changing my life fr… i go to bed at a good time & wake up in the morning, i can clean my room & hang out with my girlfriend & my friends, i can go into work & have a good time w my coworkers, i let go of things i’ve held onto for over 10 years… this morning i got on my laptop & opened my blinds & let sunlight into my room & i feel like a person again
