eating junk food: high-sugar & high-fat food destroy your eating habits & body, including brain,
caffeine: it gives us that kick, but it also stimulates dopamine, which is why we gotta be mindful of our caffeine intake during a detox,
nicotine, alcohol & drugs: do i really have to explain?
watching shows: binge-watching your favorite tv shows it’s amazing way to spend time & flood your brain with too much dopamine,

I have recently discovered I age regress and honestly I am not sure what to do with that information!! this blog is to help me cope, and get used to it/accept it. I regress due to trauma and mental illness, it's a coping mechanism, and for me its involuntary

Othello likes to get other people to bring him the most obnoxious long winded coffee order he can think of in the moment. They actually prefer tea, it’s just to annoy/stress out the person they got to go and order the coffee.
