oooh how about teachers au + πŸ›’πŸ§© and love letter au + β˜„οΈπŸ§ƒ?
These are so good! I really had to sit down and think about these lol
πŸ›’: As much as Bosco would hate to admit it sometimes, Jasmine brings a lot more fun and light into their life, her bubbly personality making them feel like a kid again. Before, they were so serious, so intent on being mysterious and keeping people out. Now they're the type of person who rides on the edge of the shopping cart in Costco, Jasmine pushing them through the aisle of energy drinks, the two laughing wildly.
🧩: When Bosco knows kids are struggling but don't want to open up, they reach into their closet and pull out a puzzle and dump it out, working on it while the student kind of looks at them funny. But soon enough the student sits down and joins them, trying to find the corner pieces and the edges. And by the time they're putting the edge pieces together, usually the student's starting to talk about what's bothering them. Jasmine stole this trick when she moved to elementary, and comes home with her success stories about kids opening up over the nature puzzle, still questioning how Bosco came across this trick, trying to put Bosco and the puzzles together, but appreciating it nonetheless.
β˜„οΈ: While Bosco is reading Jamsine's manuscript, they're supposed to be reading this high fantasy manuscript instead. But when they're pestered to read it, they really cant' believe it was built up as much as it was. I mean, the main character "defeats" the antagonist only when there's a freak meteor storm? The love story between the protagonist and the sidekick is so weak that Bosco didn't know they were in love until they kissed? They just don't see it for this book, and when they describe it to Jasmine, she doesn't either. Sometimes, when Jasmine's reading through Bosco's comments, transcribing them to send to the agent, she gets side tracked and writes fix-it fanfic about this book. And when she sends it to Bosco, they're a little shocked that Jasmine writes in her free time but think it's actually quite good and they wish Jasmine had written this stupid story instead. If only they knew...
πŸ§ƒ: Although Daya is a menace with a cause in love letter au, she's not a total monster. So when the office is celebrating the successful launch of one of their best selling author's (Willow's) books and the champagne is going around, after a few drinks, Daya switches Bosco's out for sparkling cider when they're not looking. She knows from every happy hour that when Bosco's had enough to drink, they ramble on and on about their crush on Jasmine. And though she'd like to see these two stop dragging their feet and finally get together, she'll still let Bosco figure it out on their own time (within reason).
πŸ’…πŸ»send πŸ§… me 🎟 a ship 🚒 an au πŸ₯΅ and emojis πŸ‘½ and I’ll write ✍️ headcanons πŸ‘―β€β™€οΈ based on the emojis πŸ¦‘
