I had a very busy day yesterday and I couldn't do anything at all. But then I woke up at dawn and unlocked the first two available parts of the Tamashina-Mina event and seeing Afterglow Savannah's first place was something special for me? Irelia smiles at the fond nickname, lingering in the affectionate contact. "Come on in, mom — it's been too long."

When her parent begins to justify the lengthier time between visits, however, she leans back, taking Lee's hand between her own, her expression turning sympathetic. She doesn't know much about Akali and the situation with her girlfriend, truly, but she had heard the news about some sort of fight going on between Lee and Evelynn — if only what social media had to tell. And though she had considered reaching out, ultimately Irelia felt it might be overstepping; it was family, but it didn't feel like her place to intervene.

She laughs lightly at the suggestion of her sister simply running away to marry, nonetheless; it's a good sign, the way they speak of it. Whatever happened, the situation had gotten better, then. "I heard about the whole thing with Kali. How are you dealing with it, mom? She is serious about getting married, then?"

"Oh — I didn't know — I really need to keep up better with all the family happenings..." A bit remiss of her, perhaps, but it wasn't always easy with a family like this; and, truth be told, she had been rather busy between preparing a new presentation and the rehearsals.

"The company is preparing something new, and Zinneia wanted me to take the lead in her stead," A big responsibility, though her voice beams with pride at having been selected among her teacher's many students. More abashedly, she continues. "I have been... a bit too worried about trying to make everything perfect."

"When we have the dates settled, you'll be the first to know," she adds, with as much softness as genuine fondness, hand lightly squeezing her parent's again. "There'll always be a place of honor for you in all my performances."
