basically at this point i think anyone who is not upset by words like “adulting” and sentences like “i cant english today” should have a good enough understanding of the english language to understand that using kin as a verb isnt really “incorrect” and almost always makes sense in context and is often actually easier to read and process than more “correct” uses for a lot of people and i honestly think that the problem is that people who treat language more casually are looked down on by polite society and a lot of people who are othered by that society will try to recreate themselves in its image to regain the acceptance they felt in the past and like i do empathize with that but i also dont really get why im supposed to give a shit about other peoples linguistic hangups just to get to stay in a discord server

LOL... she was also unhappy with Sam's absence from that event in Germany and his presence at the Glasgow event. In fact, she is never satisfied with absolutely anything about him. A tremendous smell of despair and rejection... https://www.tumblr.com/maximumwobblerbanditdonut/747778111526092800/1-hour-is-the-average-flight-time-from-paris-to?source=share
"The evidence doesn't lie, people do." 🙄 🙄 🙄 Jesus...calm down, woman...
Dear Calm Down Anon,
To quote The Genius:
Tumblr media
Read her lips, people: she's been thinking about it.
I am currently in my book-invaded room, with boxes all around me, Baby the Diplodog taking roughly 3/4 of my king-sized Provence bed. I am also thinking, but the thoughts I do think might be of a more trivial nature:
don't forget to phone Lola (and now Baby)'s vet for a meet & greet appointment
get new, Romanian plates for Zorba the Car
phone the MFA and send back Greek Diplo plates with the customs' clearance
phone the MFA to get back my gasoline, accommodation and luggage shipping expenses
phone Mr. Zhou, my Chinese acupuncturist. My neck is killing me.
manage to tuck in four luncheons in town, three let's get some drinks and another two drop by for a chat - until Sunday
To obsess about S's Hyrox Rigmarole I and Rigmarole II is a bit much, when you have things to do, in real life.
This is also very enlightening, I think:
Tumblr media
This is the kind of vindicative crap I just hate to read. People who write this particular kind of vindicative crap (or who paint a filthy portrait of you, publicly, to their friends of friends, just to seem RIGHTEOUS) are probably the same kind of people who would have sent anonymous letters to the Gestapo, telling them those very nice neighbors across the street are hiding Jews in their attic.
In her case, the plea is just ridiculous. Like the planet would give a flying fuck about some amateur competition's stats. Sure thing, it's childishly disingenuous of S to do that (if he did it). But as far as I know, these are not the Olympic Games or something. And even if a Hyrox Glasgow zealot would blacklist S, I think he and the fandom would survive it.
That woman's life must be so empty, even the echo in her parlor took some days off.

There is some spicy Chinese discourse about the OTW Election happening on social media right now
Note: This post contains some terms that readers might be unfamiliar with. I've attached ℹ️ links to those terms, which will direct readers to the relevant Wikipedia page.
A Chinese candidate, Tiffany G, is running for the 2022 OTW ℹ️ Board Election [election website] that is currently taking place.
The OTW, in case my followers are not aware, is the nonprofit organization that runs AO3 ℹ️, the world's largest fanfiction hosting web archive, as well as the world's 7th most popular entertainment website [source].
The AO3 website is banned in China, because it hosts content that violates China's censorship laws (see more details at the bottom of this post).
.
I wanted to see what Chinese twitter had to say about this Chinese board candidate, so I picked a few tweets at random to translate.
— loreki (@loreki1) August 12, 2022 [source]
Translation: It's a bit exasperating that this Tiffany G really thinks doing this to ao3 would be a good. But even if ao3 was the same as JìnJiāng, dà diē ("Big Brother") still wouldn't accept it. She is not in line with the global mindset; it wasn't enough for her to "castrate" (impose censorship) in China, she has to go abroad in the spirit of "castrating" other countries…… Respectfully, she should not placed in a position of power.
.
🤡这个Tiffany G是不是虾啊···除了虾谁会说AO3被封是因为儿童色情···甚至举报材料都是故意曲解AO3分级,AO3是儿童X情文学集中地的谎言。
— Wendy (@Wendy21694072) August 12, 2022 [source]
Translation: 🤡This Tiffany G is a "prawn" (bully/mean girl ETA: I've been informed that in this case "prawn" 虾 refers to a Xiao Zhan fan group who take credit for reporting AO3 to the Chinese authorities and getting it banned)...Who else but a prawn would claim that AO3 was blacklisted because of értóng sèqíng (CP ℹ️)...going so far as misrepresent the charges that were brought against AO3; it's a lie [to claim that] AO3 is a place full of CP.
.
Can ppl not wash down the AO3 Tiffany G thing with “oh you’re just xenophobic/racist” when tons of Chinese ppl from mainland China are telling y’all that this is a serious issue??? 有些老外对威胁他们创作自由的人完全没有戒备心,居然还帮人家说话… 我要吐了,你们是生活在真空里的吗
— Commander Goose | Levi’s Delivery Service (@CDR_Goose) August 12, 2022 [source]
Translation: There are some foreigners (Westerners) who are totally, dangerously oblivious to those who might threaten their freedom. I don't get how decent people would [defend Tiffany G]... I want to throw up, do y'all 'live in a cave' or what?
.
— BrokenMesa (@yawezh0902) August 12, 2022 [source]
Translation: Tiffany G says that she's been an AO3 user for 10 years, and that back then she messed up on her college entrance exam being on AO3. That's about how long I've been on AO3. Back in those days, (Chinese) fan communities could speak openly in the mainstream [without worrying about being investigated]. No need to go on a Western fansite like AO3.
Whereas now, regardless of whether you go to Bilibili (B站 ℹ️) or AcFun (A站 ℹ️), the ACG ℹ️ fan culture is the same: any content that government censors might target has been taken down on all [of the Chinese fansites]. You have no way of knowing when the authorities might come for someone.
It's reasonable for me to assume [Tiffany G] is lying, and that her story is fabricated. Smells a little fishy.
⚠️I had a really hard time with this particular tweet, so there's a good chance I mistranslated some things.
.
Translation: I discussed tiffany g with a friend. [My friend] made me realize that the purpose of [Tiffany G]'s proposals is to try bring AO3 into the mainstream. There's a whole pile of homogeneous apps/platforms in China and that's more than enough for me. Don't make me watch [AO3 turn into yet another mainstream platform] in my lifetime.
.
Additionally, one twitter account has been leaving a bunch of replies on various Tiffany G tweets [source], endorsing her candidacy with the same copy-pasted comment:
我是Tiffany G的朋友,我认识Tiffany G很多年,Tiffany G非常有理想正气,我看不惯对Tiffany G泼脏水的人,特意声援支持Tiffany G,ao3不是法外之地,讲好中国好故事,弘扬中国正能量,人人有责,请大家支持Tiffany G
— 小潘女权日报 (@pyx18122270719) August 12, 2022 [source]
Translation: I am Tiffany G's friend. I've known Tiffany G many years. Tiffany G is very righteous and a paragon. I cannot bear to see Tiffany G attacked by mudslingers and I intend to support Tiffany G — ao3 is not above the law. [People should] say good things about China and spread Chinese positivity. It's everyone's responsibility. Please support Tiffany G
The account might be a sockpuppet ℹ️.
.
At the beginning of this post, I alluded to the fact that AO3 is banned in China. The ban took place in 2020 [source]. The site is blocked by China's internet firewall.
People in China can still access AO3 if they circumvent the firewall with a VPN. Ironically, China's decision to block AO3 actually resulted in AO3 gaining even more Chinese visitors and members, many of whom had never heard of the website until after it was banned.
In Tiffany G's candidate bio [link] on the OTW election website, she mentions that she works for the government.
I've seen a few Chinese fans on tumblr expressing concerns [source], [source], that she is a government plant, and that if elected, she would use her position on the board to access private user information and doxx AO3 users living in China, reporting their activities to the Chinese authorities.
ETA: I should clarify that these concerns are unfounded. OTW board members do not have access to users' private data. Even if this conspiracy theory were true, OTW board members don't have this kind of power.
I did not find anything explicitly pro-censorship in Tiffany G's campaign platform, however several of the statements she made in the OTW Election Q&A [source] sounded like pro-censorship "dog whistles" ℹ️ to me.
Notably, she implied that AO3 was hosting illegal content. She quickly backtracked when questioned by the interviewer, claiming that her words had been misinterpreted.
The twitter account I mentioned above that has been endorsing her candidacy also implied that AO3 hosts illegal content.
AO3 is an American website subject to American laws. All of the content hosted by AO3 is legal in the USA. Of course, Chinese laws are very different from American laws. A lot of the content on AO3 is in violation of China's very stringent censorship laws.

So, I've wanted to make a post like this for some time, but I only just got the motivation because of an ask I got recently. I want to give a piece of advice to everyone, in general, to keep in mind when using any social media platform--advice that I wish someone had given me way back when, that I feel is important to pass on:
Not every post you see is for you. Not every post is about you.
This is not meant to be a negative thing, or a put-down! It is not meant to dismiss anyone. It's really what it says on the tin: When you see a post cross your feed, and you disagree with the post or it upsets you because you disagree with the message it has, try and keep in mind that you may not be the target audience for the post. In particular, take this into account for advice and positivity posts--The OP doesn't have anything against you personally when they share words that are meant to be uplifting that you don't agree with. A post that says "Keep going! You can do it, even if you think you can't!" probably isn't meant to put down people who are in a position where they very literally cannot do it or think their way out of their situations. Like this post, it's more likely that the OP is sharing positivity or advice that they themselves would have liked to hear.
Even this post, the one I'm writing now, might not be for you or about you! If you disagree with my viewpoint, that's okay, and there's nothing wrong with that! But I, personally, am writing this post for people who might need to hear it--people like me, who are easily upset or hurt by things they see or hear in passing, whether on the internet or real life. I'm not writing it because I want to spark an argument, I promise.
Posts aren't always meant to spread outside the OP's original circle of followers and friends. But that's a hazard of posting to public social media websites--a joke originally meant to have an audience of 12 people close to you can suddenly explode, getting thousands and thousands of views and reposts and going completely out of the OP's control overnight! It's no one's fault; it's not done maliciously. Sometimes a post or joke just resonates with others. But maybe it doesn't resonate with you--that really is okay! Just try and remember, if it gets under your skin, that it isn't for you. And if it's not for you, it's okay to just ignore it and move on! It can definitely get annoying when it's something you keep seeing over and over from friends and acquaintances reposting it, and I'd never fault anyone for losing their temper over it--but sometimes, just taking a second to remind yourself that you weren't the audience for something can really help calm you down and help you feel better and move on with your day.
While this goes for advice/positivity posts, it also goes for opinion posts! And in this case, to be completely, perfectly clear: I mean harmless opinions. A ship they like that you don't; a tv show they enjoyed that you didn't; a character they really love that you absolutely cannot stand. The kind of opinion you disagree with so much that makes you feel absolutely steaming mad. (Again: This does NOT extend to these things when they go into a genuinely harmful category. No homophobia, no pedophilia, nothing like that. I am talking about harmless, mundane disagreements.)
Maybe you see a post talking positively about a manga that makes you feel ick. The OP more than likely didn't write that post with the hopes that it would reach you specifically just to make you upset! (And if they did, that's rude, and an entirely different can of worms that this post is not about! >_>;) But the post upsets you anyway, even if it wasn't MEANT to. It's understandable, it happens! But the thing is: You don't need to engage with that post if it makes you feel bad! If you have a post blocker, you can block the post or blacklist the tag; if you don't, you may just have to scroll past. It can be so, so, so tempting to try and get in a biting comment in the replies to snap at the OP and tell them, "No, you're wrong, your opinion makes me mad and I don't want to hear it!" Trust me. I know. I get it, because I've been there! But in the grand scheme of things, it's not worth it or healthy to burn yourself out over it. It wasn't for you, and it wasn't about you! And you're better off doing what you can to take care of yourself, and preserving your health and happiness where you can.
I feel like I'm writing this with sort of childish language, and it might feel like I'm talking down to others. But really, I think I'm just writing it in a way that a younger me would have understood and taken to heart if she'd seen it. I hope that, if you read this, you can see it that way too! There's a part of me that feels scared that this post in itself could explode with notes that will be very upset with me for my thoughts on this, whatever their reasons may be, but I wouldn't be making it if I weren't prepared for that possibility. If the message I intend to get out can reach even one person who it can help, then I think that's worth writing it for. Because, I want to reiterate it one more time, because it can be so easy to forget it and get yourself furious in a self-destructive way, sometimes you have to remember:
Not every post you see is for you! Not every post is about you!

This might be a risky hot take but
Some of you "Gregory Defenders" are starting to annoy the absolute hell out of me
And this isn't about the "whether Gregory is innocent or guilty" side of the argument you're on, but about how obnoxious and unhinged some of y'all are about it regardless of the "side" you're on.
Not everyone in the fandom is going to like Gregory, nor will everyone see him as innocent. Some may even say he's a cold and manipulative backstabber, or that he's only popular because of "male protag privilege". And you know what, that's actually all okay and valid. And you know why?
Because Gregory is not real.
"He's only like 12!!!!" he's not real.
"He's just a child!!!" he's not real.
"He's not guilty he was brainwashed!!" he's not real.
"He's only trying to protect himself he doesn't deserve hate!!!" Let people dislike/hate him if they want, it won't affect Gregory at all because he's not real.
It's not like people are bullying a real child. He's a fictional character, in case y'all ever forgot that detail.
Actually no, I am SURE y'all forgot that detail, with how you treat people who dislike him as if it was an actual moral issue and paint them as evil for not sharing your image of your perfect cinnamon roll gremlin boy.
"How DARE you say Gregory's not innocent? How can you HATE him he's just a kid!!! It's not his fault STOP punishing him!!! How evil do you have to be to blame a literal child!!!? You're disgusting!!!" HE'S NOT FUCKING REAL.
Where in the fucking hell is it okay to label a person as evil or bully them for like, liking Cassie (another fictional character in case you also forgot) over Gregory??
Yes this also goes to y'all who approach people unprompted to tell them like a lawyer why Gregory is not to blame, especially with how condescending and obnoxious you are about it, pretty much reeking the vibe of "I'm telling you how wrong you are for blaming Gregory because you're clearly stupid for not believing otherwise, here's why I'm right and why my vision of this character is the correct one."
I'm sick of "Gregory defense lawyers" coming to my inbox after my ramblings about Cassie blaming Gregory for the elevator drop all condenscendingly like "Ummm actually you can't do that because Gregory is innocent it was all the Mimic in case you missed the details blah blah-" did I fucking ask???
(Unless people seem confused or are new to the fandom and they ask, then you may be entitled to tell them... but I still suggest being unbiased and focusing on canon aspects only rather than your personal opinion about it.)
Don't even get me started on y'all's flat out hostility towards people who don't like Gregory
"If you think Gregory did anything wrong ever I'LL FUCKING FIGHT YOU" is this really all that necessary to protect a kid that doesn't even exist??? Is it worth ending friendships or snuffing out potential new friendships with other real people over??? Worth bullying and witch-hunting other real people whose only apparent crime was loving the same franchise as you? How can you be proud of that?
(Unless you mean you will fight people in that memey or shitpost way then idc keep being a silly little guy actually)
"But I adore Gregory, and he's my favorite character!! It makes me really upset when people hate him/make art/write about him being guilty or blamed, or say Cassie is better! I don't agree with it!!" ... then why are you making yourself upset by checking out content about Gregory that you don't like? Like... dude.
People are going to create stuff about Gregory (or any other fictional character really,) that won't always align with you. And they're entitled to do it, no matter how wrong you think they are! Instead of policing what other people create about your blorbo, just look away and seek content about them that you actually like. If a particular creator's vision on Gregory is too much of a deal-breaker for you, just block and blacklist and move on. Or create the content you want yourself instead of badgering other people.
Also keep in mind that Gregory being antagonized in a fic/art/etc doesn't always translate to the authors hating him, chances are they're just writting it from other characters' perspectives who may have whatever beef with him in the given setting, so don't go jumping to conclusions either. And even if the antagonism does come from the author's personal bias, that still gives you no right to harrass them anyways.
I will continue liking Cassie over Gregory and I do think she's better and I will continue rambling about Cassie hating Gregory for believing he betrayed her even if it was the Mimic, because it is an interesting scenario, and I personally think the whole GGY thing was dumb and unnecessary (he could still have been an interesting character as just an unlucky homeless boy without any sinister plot-twist.) That's it; There's no fucking need to make it about morality, ffs. If you don't like that, ignore it, or unfollow me if it's that much of a deal-breaker for you.
All y'all are doing is giving reasonable Gregory fans a bad name, and actually making people dislike him further by oversaturating him and forcing him into a source of stress and disdain rather than enjoyment for them, where people start actually getting sick of seeing him around (and I feel that myself already.)
Let people dislike Gregory for whatever reason.
By the way...
You "Gregory Haters" are annoying me as well
As entitled as you are to your opinion about this annoying manipulative liar of a brat, there are people who share a different sentiment about him. Let them.
You don't have to reblog or comment on someone's post how much they adore Gregory to tell why you hate him, or go to the spaces of Gregory fans to spew why you hate so much this little guy they like. That's just fucking mean and rude. Make your own post, or go to the spaces that share your opinion.
Quit making people feel bad for liking a character you dislike. If you don't like Gregory, why are you even bothering to check out content about him, then? Check out content about characters you LIKE. I bet that'd make you much happier than spending your time regurgitating your hate over someone's creation about a character they like but you don't and unsurprisingly start an argument about it. Look for things you like, block and blacklist stuff and people about your hated character if you gotta but leave them alone
Let people like Gregory for whatever reason, too.
Let people see Gregory however way they see fit.
Because this bears repeating: He's not real. He's a fictional character. He's a tool. Let people use him however way they see fit to drive a story or scenario; that's his purpose, as a fictional character.

I will be opening 2 slots for this style! Please specify if you want the regular cel shaded one or the old print style one (Wren threateningly in his undies is the best example of the textures and inking I have 🥲), prices are the same. One image per person sans minor alterations. Please read the rules below.
They’re first come, first serve--Contact via IMs only, asks are tedious and difficult to navigate back to to get refs, and idk if asks still get eaten but I'd rather not give it the chance.
RULES
These commissions are NOT permitted for commercial use, use in training AI, NFTs or any involvement in cryptocurrency, campaigns, or promotion that contributes to financial gain. This includes assets such as icons, banners, character art, and similar for streaming, Youtube, blogs that make a profit, and other websites. If there’s a chance you will profit financially from its use, that falls under commercial.
You will get 2 minor to moderate fixes in your commission past the sketch phase. Be prepared and have your resources and ideas ahead of time and if you remember any changes please tell me all of them at one time as one fix. I will not practically or actually redraw or recolor a commission due to customer negligence.
You are not permitted to remove watermarks on the pieces.
I must know ahead of time if you intend on creating physical objects using the piece.
There is not a contractual forfeiture of rights from me to you, I extend them to you. I retain a right to use commissions for promotional and portfolio reasons.
Payment must be up front in full via Paypal invoices (so I need your associated email, NOT a paypal.me link).
When describing things such as the poses and scene, please break the text up into smaller chunks. Also, please don’t tell me to just do whatever, that isn’t helpful at all, stressful, and odds are you know these characters more than I do!
Must have a visual reference for any OCs or character who are difficult to find good references for (such as for a very niche series). I need as neutral lighting in screenshots as you can manage, if you want color accuracy I need accurate colors for colored pieces or the ability to infer what they would be in the lighting of the commission. If the screenshots are too bad I will say no until you can get a better one.
Keep it SFW, suggestive at most for adult characters only (vulgar dialogue or text allowed as long as it's not bigoted or in poor taste). Upper nudity is fine for adults. You must be an adult for that. Fetish content that wouldn’t be clocked from an outside perspective is not allowed. I can also tell when people try to stealth fetish art out of me.
I will not emulate other online artists’ styles, and this commission opening is for the above style only.
If you want me to illustrate part of your fic, do not expect me to read it. Give me a description of the scene as you would any other illustration. If you try this, I will reject your commission.
Shipping is fine (OCXCanon, OCXOC, CanonxCanon) provided it isn't incest or adult/minor. If I'm skeeved out by a particular one you bring up I'll also let you know if I won't do that one.
I won't draw other peoples' OCs that are not yours unless you know each other. People do that without consent, it's weird!
Nonhuman/elf/other humanoid characters are fine, including furries or monsters.
No real people other than cases such as your fursona, etc. and no real person shipping/fanfiction or fanart.
If you're being unprofessional via playful rudeness, flirting, bigotry, demanding I prioritize your comm in the queue or to work faster I will refund you and immediately stop working on your commission. You will be blacklisted.
No politics, no bigoted content (including transphobia and exclusion), no shitty tired jokes like farm tools, rape jokes, pedophilia jokes, or anything involving F/yr unless it’s him getting being obliterated into a fine paste. You get the gist, he makes me uncomfortable and I refuse to draw him, and poor enough taste concepts will get you rejected and blacklisted.
There are some series I refuse to draw for full stop. If you ask for one, I’ll let you know.
I can say no to any commission for any reason.

as someone who wasn't around in 2014....can you tell me what it was like? (stucky) can you give me a taste of the gardens of babylon etc
what was it like...this is such a fun question i want you to know i gave serious thought to my answer and also discussed it at length with my 2014 friend last night and i know already it's gonna be so long. sorry that i answered your ask at fuck o clock in the morning i am scheduling it to go up later and also at the time you sent the ask in to make sure you see it
ok so like. i mean, you're on the fandom website, right, so i assume youve been in fandoms. idk if youve ever been in a really, REALLY big fandom, at the same time that said fandom was also producing content (even if the source material was not). think d*stiel post nov 5, or undert*le circa late 2015/early 2016, or z*lda after totk came out, or h*rry p*tter as the seventh book was being released. (i'm censoring to avoid a false positive of anybody's blacklist except in the case of the last one, which i am censoring out of <3 disrespect.) like there's something REALLY luxurious about being in ANY large and active fandom and it's mostly the power of crowdsourcing. st*r tr*k 2009's tarsus iv headcanons. the storm trooper lore re: the f*rce awakens before the second two movies came out. everyone just kind of agreeing that dean w*nchester was a teenage hooker. you know?
like, that's "just fanon," sure, but part of the beauty of it is that no one person makes up fanon, we all gather in the biggest writing group in the world and collectively go insane and bat ideas back and forth. there are a hundred THOUSAND fics about bucky barnes on ao3 and that's just the people who were writing, not even counting artists and gifmakers and meta-writers and people who just reblog stuff. i can't possibly begin to put an accurate number to how many people are in any given fandom at any given time, but imagine (on the low end, i'm sure) there are THOUSANDS, perhaps tens of thousands, of people going nuts about stevebucky at all times. tens of THOUSANDS people doing "yes and" with each other on the internet 24 hours a day seven days a week. it's just like being in any fandom, you log on to your dash and see what the mewchies posted while you were gone, but in a fandom so huge and so active you were getting bombarded with idea after idea after idea every single second, so if you don't like one you're spoiled for choice in what you engage with next. it didn't even matter that cap3 was two years away or that it sucked when it finally got here because we collectively wrote cap3 a million times over. like, genuinely, it was a mass creative exercise. it's the biggest writing group in the world. for better or worse, we were shaping our own version of that universe, without any input from or regard to the people who actually created the characters and movie, in a way that compelled most strongly to our own tastes and demographic.
what made this particular movie/fandom special though was a few things. firstly i still genuinely believe it was ahead of its time...marvel shit pre disney was allowed to be political in ways it is ABSOLUTELY not now. like, cap2 could say "the government is secretly full of nazis and they all need to burn" in 2014 two years before the 2016 election and 7 years before jan 6. like you just couldn't say that now. "war bad" is an oldie but goodie, but "our entire government is corrupt and needs to be torn into flaming pieces and cast into the potomac" is um. pretty radical. so is, by the way, "men as victims" and "men having emotions" etcetc. like, not in fandom, fandom all but invented that shit, but as far as dumb superhero movies go. i can't tell you the number of metas i read AND WROTE discussing steve rogers and masculinity and how all that was portrayed, intentionally or not, in that fucking film. i had entire separate universes built up in my head for steve who was born a cis girl and steve who decided later in life that "nonbinary" or "trans woman" was a better fit and then steve who was born as a cis boy and remained a man his whole life but felt weird and different ways about being queer which clashed with the weird and different ways BARNES felt about being queer. i'm not saying the film (or the fandom! good lord) was perfect, it was a product of its time, but it was also WAY ahead of its time too. it was weird to expect the next film to come out and actually, like, be good. it wasnt, but we fully believed it would be and that wasn't delusional behavior because the last one had been. i would never have that kind of faith in a marvel project now because they've been bought by disney.
oh yeah and that's the other thing too like. speaking of queer people. gay marriage wasn't legal in the US on a federal level until 2015, and you couldn't just flip on your TV and see them whenever you wanted. ten years doesn't seem like that long ago in the grand scheme of things but like, we lived on glee and cw/mtv queerbait (disclaimer that i personally only participated in cw queerbait) and that was it. we had crumbs. and like when people write gay characters theyre Just Gay, but if you decide to be crazy stupid in a slash fandom you can decide these layered characters are gay and that's even better rep than um whatever was going on in other pieces of media. these guys are both so lonely and out of step with time and lack other people with "shared life experiences" (girl what the hell was that) and their connection w each other keeps them afloat in a world that doesn't want them so like of COURSE it seems like it's supposed to be romantic. and like, i could and did make myself and my tumblr buds crrrazy (and got made crazy by them) thinking about:
how steve's size when small and again when big interacted w his gender identity and his sexuality and how that sexuality manifested. barnes's identity As A Man hinging on his ability to go to war for his country bc Thats What Men Did but now he's no longer fit because theres worms in his brain. loss of bodily autonomy which usually happens to women and natasha being later in that journey than steve and bucky are and so close to being at peace with it but not there yet. stigmatization of seeking treatment for mental health issues lessened by the presence of sam who could have been a Macho Tough Guy but actually gives off strong Talk About Our Feelings And Be Soft vibes. don't even get me started on the relationship (predatory) between steve and rumlow and how it parallels the one between barnes and pierce (and if any of you motherfuckers BREATHE a word of that h*dra tr*sh p*rty shit in my direction i will END you) and the stigma that comes from being preyed on when vulnerable As Men. steve's depression and ptsd and him getting triggered by, yes, the fucking ALS ice bucket challenge. the collective belief that he was conscious when he was frozen even though nobody said that so that he and barnes could have that in common too. the headcanon about barnes having roma heritage - shoutout to not easily conquered my beloved, and the 14k smut coda i wrote for it✌ speaking of smut, i would be remiss also not to mention there was a STRONG element of collective lust involved. i'm immune to 99% of it bc im ace but the winter soldier was uh. VERY graceful. you know? i didn't write 14k of porn because i was uncompelled. we were on one. we went fucking crazy. fandom in general but especially big fandoms have a kind of nonstop endless well of creative energy born from obsession that is the absolute envy of people like my mortal enemy grrm. we NEVER quit.
also, HISTORY (and other vaguely educational subjects). we were all so desperate to know how steve and bucky would have lived in the years we couldn't see them it sparked a sitewide interest in 1940s american history. there was a thing about bananas tasting different now because of a plague. m&ms being invented as wartime candy. stuff about how shoebox apartments looked and how rations worked. 1940s recipes and radio shows. the 1940s queer movement and how it interacted with ballroom dancing and private drag get-togethers. how amputations work and how prosthetic limbs work in real life so we could extrapolate it to fantasy. how to hand-draw that fucking arm in photoshop. why soldiers are trained to say their serial numbers when captured. what ww2 was like. what dog tags are for. what did they get in the ration packs. what brand of cigarettes did they smoke. what brand (and i am being so serious, i STILL own a tube) of LIPSTICK did peggy carter use. caloric intake of someone with a 4x speed metabolism and how much famine peanut butter he'd need to eat daily to keep from starving to death. oppression of irish immigrants and their children/grandchildren back in the 1940s. the difference between conservatives and fascists, back when there was a difference. what activities generally took place on these mysterious but ever-present new york city docks. just exactly HOW many terrible movies and tv shows has sebastian stan been in ranked by his resemblance to james buchanan barnes in each one. (i personally went through his entire imdb list at the time and then made a venn diagram.) electroswing! teachers and professors would have killed for their classes to have the kind of enthusiasm a bunch of mentally ill teenagers and 20-somethings on tunglr dot edu were showing about this one very specific set of subjects. this film also sparked my love of fight scenes. if you've read this fic or this fic and liked the Big Fight Scenes in them, you can thank cap2 for leading me down that path.
and then yes there was also discourse. my personal most hated thing was the above mentioned h*dra tr*sh p*rty (DO NOT GOOGLE THAT, i will just tell you it's nazi rape porn🤢 and i hope everyone involved is having a bad day today) and also the fact that SOME FUCKING PEOPLE can't understand "don't be shitheads about a fanfic where the author can see you doing it." but then ofc people were also sexist about nat and racist about sam and minimalizing those guys (and every other character besides tony really but sometimes him too) for the two white male leads was a whole thing. and on the funnier side of things you had (justifiably, i suppose) bitter st*ny fans who HATED what those two got in avengers and got real mad when stucky started outpacing them on ao3. and people complaining about the characters being too uwu soft. and then other people arguing whether or not barnes counted as disabled when he was missing a Whole arm. and THEN discourse about was it ethical to remove the arm and build him a new one ESPECIALLY without his consent (if people don't know they're being ableist in their fanfics hypothetically is it still ok to kill them with hammers?) and why was tony doing it if that guy killed his parents and is it ok that we keep making tony not that mad about his dead parents is it not enough that barnes stole his limelight as the guy who gets shipped with steve but what if all three of them fucked but can you really fuck the guy who offed your folks but ACTUALLY isn't it cringe to like tony anyway since RDJ and gwenyth paltrow are bad people and who says chris evans are sebastian stan are such good people etcetcetc. and let us not even get started on the plausibility of the avengers tower fanon after age of ultron came out and it turns out nobody became friends and they all still hated and mistrusted each other. and whether or not the avengers could be considered found family if the other characters were constantly getting shafted into being barnes's little support animals. and then ofc every once in awhile one of the actors of people involved creatively would say something ranging from mildly controversial to absolutely horrible on the internet and we'd all fight about THAT for awhile like a dog with a bone. i mean. typical infighting of any fandom tbh.
but i was very happy. it was all the most enormous thought experiment and creative endeavor (and semi-educational adventure??) that we all participated in daily for like two-ish years without stopping ever. i loved doing it. AND, when you click with a piece of media like that, you also click with other people who clicked with that same piece of media, so in addition to the sheer level of dopamine going into my brain at all times i also formed decade-long friendships that will certainly last the entirety of my lifetime, and when we're in our 90s in nursing homes i will be able to say, "we are friends because i wrote 14k of smut for your fanfic" or "we are friends because i couldn't get enough of your gifsets" or whatever because you know, we quite literally went to stucky together.

Hi.
I can't reveal who i am but i used to be a ex moot of tee (@/saetoru) and i don’t care if this seems cowardly to make a page just to call her out. after seeing lots of people share their experiences with tee i’d like to also add and show some of the stuff she’s done to remind people she’s not as angelic as she makes herself out to be.
me and tee weren’t close as she was with her little clique (they know who they are) and other people but the main reason we aren’t moots anymore is because i broke the mutual. after seeing a callout post about her way back in oct. 2023 with other people’s stories in the thread of reblogs / link (i’m sure you guys saw)
i simply didn’t wanna be associated with someone like that. i was just confused why tee was acting like it wasn’t her fault. she said she doesn’t have to provide proof because she doesn’t owe anyone anything when that doesn’t make sense. because if you’re gonna accuse someone, always provide proof otherwise it’s safe to assume you’re lying.
this was Tee’s response back in october to her being called out by one of her old moots also, she deleted this a few days before she returned to make it seem like nothing happened but oh it did. i’m putting this here for people to see again (if you already haven’t) because just look at this.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
this is what a narcissistic manipulator sounds like!
the biggest thing that made me scratch my head was for her to immediately bring up past drama to redirect the situation and make herself seem like the good person, and address the other party as a “white girl who blackfishes,” and she tried taking the attention off her to bring up palestine.
are you serious? if she so called “blackfished” why were you supporting/defending her in the first place? shouldn’t you be in the wrong too? the party she was talking about didn’t even blackfish, from what i can recall it was a simple tan so again, this was Tee reaching and blowing things way out of proportion.
she keeps mentioning some random bnha blog but never gives the @ so she’s probably lying. how are you gonna accuse someone of plagiarism then your only evidence is “oh me and my moots saw the whole thing, so you know i’m not lying.” girl bffr. and for her to even say something as childish and stupid as “she’s stolen ppl’s skin tones and she’s stolen their ideas. not much to left to take besides your identity at that!”
you and i both read that right? this is a supposed 20+ year old, saying something as kiddish as that. she even exposed the persons @ in the tags and why did she do that? so she can make her thousands of followers / anons spam their inbox with threats, derogatory names, and literally anything else. and she has the nerve to say she’s not enabling that kind of behavior with her audience. she’s abusing her following and it’s showing.
and for her to sit there and say it’s not her fault for being in her own space and name dropping people without actually name dropping them is just absurd. subposting is the lowest of the low. If you’re gonna talk shit at least put the url while you’re at it. people can tell who you’re talking about even if you’re being discrete.
She has a private blog called @/clorindes where she uses it to "vent" and bash writers and laugh it off with her moots and even followers.
i know of this particular blog because like many others, if you followed tee that blog (her private) would appear in ‘blogs like…’ or ‘recommended to follow.’ after tee got called out, she privated it but it’s still up.
(i recommend blocking that blog) because i’m sure she’ll activate it again once things settle. i hope that’s not the case because how many drama, discourse posts, call outs does it take for her to fully leave this platform? this is chronically online mentality at its finest.
it’s been an ongoing rumor that tee has this tumblr 'burn book' to blacklist writers on this platform and it’s proven to be true. some of tees even own mutuals are in there, and its just embarrassing. you have to constantly remind yourself this is a 20+ y/o person acting like this, out of all platforms, tumblr…
i remember a while back tee drove off a few blogs just for having the same theme concepts as her. (is that even a thing?) like tee used to have instagram themes i think, yet when she found other blogs having the same, she’d send her thousands of anons to harass that person, and be so butthurt over a theme.
not gonna lie, her themes are generically basic and doesn’t even look like it takes much effort. so what is there to copy. i’m not saying copying themes are good and okay, but she takes things too far. i can see if it’s writing, but a theme or a layout? i just find it so mind boggling people stick by her side and support her still.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
from her old blog she’d always say sneaky comments like these and laugh it up with her mutuals in the comments. it’s really…something, because why do you care what those writers do? she reeks of jealousy and envy, literally look at her tone.
“we all know yall just want the notes and numbers.” um, yeah? everyone wants recognition on their work, it feels good to know your works being appreciated. and her jab at shading writers who write half paragraphs was so unnecessary. because again, why do you care? how are those writers hyping each other up seen as ‘shady’ or ‘fishy’ behavior? just say you’re jealous and go.
she acts like she doesn’t do the exact same thing with her cult of friends on tumblr, spamming the tags with wtv.
miss tee, flat out you’re a nobody.
you have no right to judge how someone write. who cares if you have 30k+ followers on this old ass site. congrats ….i guess? in the real world, you’re just a miserable person who likes torturing people online.
she has this thing of coming after upcoming big blogs, if i’m not mistaken, the most recent one was a known jjk writer, kazu _____ another was a popular multi account munson____, and there were multiple others i’m sure. her following count boosts her ego a lot, that i can see. and she thinks it’s okay to say whatever and not get held accountable. well now she is.
notice how she came back to tumblr after a two month hiatus, turned anons on then back off. and shes been inactive for a few days. she’s running away from the drama because she knows exactly it’s no one’s fault but hers.
if you look through the long thread i linked earlier, actually read through the reblogs. if multiple various ppl are coming out to share their experiences (with receipts) chances are you should be able to tell who’s lying! she needs to be stopped and ran off the app, not those blogs who didn’t do anything. tee’s been involved with drama for a long time like i said before, way back in her tokyo rev/hq era in her @/hanmas era. so about three to four years ago.
it’s been said tee and her mutuals send anons to harass other writers and i wouldn’t be surprised if that’s true.
again, it’s a shame you have to remind yourself this is a grown woman in her twenties acting like this on tumblr. it’s sickening and she needs to grow up, and get the hell off this platform before she drives anyone else off.
thats all! thank you for reading

Hi! I have a fundraising question for you, after I accidentally donated to a charity via check instead of Paypal. What are the consequences of someone agreeing to pledge a certain amount and then not giving the money to the charity? Can that have legal repercussions? At what point can someone still ask for their donation back, if the money hasn't been transferred but was pledged? 1/2
Mailing a check obviously means there's a delay between agreeing to donate the money and the money being processed, and I was thinking about all the potential ways that could go wrong. Like the check bouncing by the time it arrives to be processed, or being lost, or someone claiming they'd mailed it when they hadn't. Is that a major issue at your charity? Thanks! 2/2
So, the simplest answer is that it’s not a particular issue; if an ordinary everyday person pledges an amount, even after the amount is paid they can still request it be returned, within a reasonable timeline.
(This got long, so I'm putting it under a cut...)
I'm not sure what the time limit is but I know we've had people who had a payment taken out of their account by mistake and it took them a week to notice, and we've sent the refund. We don't want to be dicks, and until you get at least above ten thousand dollars, the amount you gave and took back doesn't have significant impact on 99% of nonprofits. A bounced check is irritating, so it'd be good manners to call the nonprofit and say "Hey I sent you a check, it's going to bounce," but I've never heard of that happening at ours (I'm sure it happens occasionally).
In terms of donations being lost in the mail, we're usually not aware those donations were incoming because most people who mail checks put the form in with the check, they don't tell us ahead of time. If a check is lost, whether the person did mail it or simply claims they did, we ask them to cancel the check and send a new one, then make a note that if the old check shows up, shred it. If they sent the check, it was cashed, and we have no record of it, we dig back through the paperwork and if we can find no evidence of it, we advise them to start a fraud complaint with their bank. This is rare; generally if they paid us and the check got cashed, if they're not getting credit for it, it's a data entry issue on our end.
In the nonprofit world, "pledge" has a specific meaning; it means a promise of payment, and generally involves some kind of structured plan (ie you can't "pledge" $20 by sending a $20 check, that's just a gift, but you can "pledge" to pay $20 monthly for the next year). Pledges are not legally binding until big, big sums of money get involved, because at that level you're signing legal paperwork about them. Even for high-level donors, if they can't or won't pay, litigation is generally not the first option. Unless you deliberately knew you didn't have the money and used the promise of it to defraud the organization, there's no criminal consequence, and most nonprofits won't bother suing over smaller-level accidental over-pledging. It's bad optics, and generally a waste of time, and also I think we consider it rather cruel.
My old nonprofit once had a guy who had pledged $500K ($100K/yr for five years) fifteen years ago. We still have the pledge active in his database entry, we just added a note saying "unlikely to pay" and "do not accept further pledges". We would still accept a gift from him, we simply wouldn't accept any structured payment promises.
Very rarely, a large nonprofit might get into litigation with a donor, but even then usually it's the donor suing to get money back rather than the nonprofit suing for full payment. A nonprofit at that level usually just shrugs, takes their name off the building, and finds a new donor to fill their place. If the donor demands back money they've already paid, the org might enter into mediation or litigation, in which case the donor may be blacklisted from further giving.
It takes a lot to get a donor to do this; one reason people give large sums is that it's good PR, and suing for money back from a nonprofit is extremely bad PR, so generally it's only done when the nonprofit has committed extreme malfeasance with the money or the donor believes they have. There are a couple of very wealthy people in Chicago and New York who now find it extremely hard to give at the higher levels because they've made gifts, then demanded the money back for various and generally specious reasons; they're known to have that pattern and a lot of places either won't touch them because they don't want the legal headache, or will only accept gifts under extremely strict contracts that the donors generally refuse to sign.
So yeah...TLDR it’s usually not a problem, and when it is, it’s a problem only for billionaires, who could use to have a few more problems in my opinion :D

Tips on divining for others
As someone who has been giving free readings on the internet for a modest while, I have some tips to share if you want to sharpen your skills.
🌿 Find your audience If reading for friends and family is not an option, there are many forums, Discord servers and other social platforms for you to practice on strangers and then cut all contact if it gets too weird or embarrassing! (Try not to ghost people too much though, you should practice your communication skills as much as your divination).
🌿 Get clear on your goals This is kind of obvious I guess, but instead of just “practice divination”, decide on some clear achievable goals like: – Practice a particular divination tool X amount of times – Practice a particular spread X amount of times (because each spread brings its own style of interpretation to the reading) – Get X number of positive feedback from querents – Make X number of brave predictions about the querent (and get X number correct!)
🌿 Experiment This is the ideal environment to try out something new. Mixing up different divination tools, breaking in a new deck, changing up your divination style, trying a new pre-divination ritual, and making brave predictions about people’s past, present and future! Every success will build your confidence, every failure will teach you something – if you reflect on it patiently and mindfully.
🌿 Be humble and accept mistakes graciously You will get things wrong and be totally off. This is okay and happens even to advanced diviners. Be upfront about the fact that you are doing this to practice, and if you get it wrong – be light-hearted and have a laugh about it!
“Oh haha, I was totally off! Thanks for correcting me!”
Ask questions, get the correct answer, and relate it back to your divination tool. Then diagnose the reason why you misinterpreted. You didn’t cleanse your deck recently, you’re having a bad day, you’re distracted, you didn’t vibe with the querent, etc. Next time, tweak your pre-divination preparations and see if things change.
🌿 Ask about the querent’s existing knowledge This will save you time. If you are doing a romance reading, ask if the querent is dating. If you are reading for career, ask about the querent’s education and career path. You don’t need much detail, just enough to help you interpret what comes out of the reading. There is no point in you spending time divining knowledge the querent already has! (Unless you’re doing this specifically to practice and get quick answers about your accuracy). Instead, just ask them, and focus on divining the things your querent isn’t clear on, so they come out of it with a little more perspective. This is the goal of divination.
🌿 Be firm about receiving constructive feedback You spent all this time and effort constructing a thoughtful reading aaand... the querent just goes “thanks, that resonates”. This will not help you develop your skills, and it is also the querent lacking in manners. Expect reciprocation! Deal with this as professionally as you can. For instance:
“I would appreciate it if you give me some constructive feedback on the reading I just did for you.”
If they do not give constructive feedback, kindly explain what it is:
“By constructive feedback I mean, please reflect on every aspect of the reading and talk me through how it helps you, and how it relates to what you experienced – in this case, perhaps the events surrounding [the subject of the reading].”
And if they still do not reciprocate, blacklist them. If they attempt to contact you again, simply say:
“I appreciate your trust in me, but I am doing this to practice my skills and I need proper feedback to improve.”
If you are giving a reading about the future, of course the querent can’t tell you much about what they think of it. In this case, it is a good idea to check in with them at a later date and ask them how things went. This is a small request, one the querent should be happy to honour, and will help you very much.
🌿 Sometimes querents just want to vent This happens especially when querents ask about their relationships, especially romantic ones. You will very likely come across the “what does my ex think of me” crowd or the “advice on my love life” crowd when giving readings.
Usually these kinds of people won’t listen to you unless you tell them what they want to hear. They might thank you for the reading but continue riding the disaster train. You might even get an essay on someone’s entire life story and all their relationship drama. It’s up to you whether you want to moonlight as an amateur therapist (or if you are a professional therapist, you ought to be paid for it!)
If you’re doing divination with the desire to help people, then a few kind words will suffice. Thoughtful and practical advice is great if you can provide some. Divination services can attract some very desperate people who just want someone to give them the answer. Your readings are a puzzle piece in the mystery and an opportunity for the querent to receive help from a kind stranger, but you cannot fix someone’s life for them. Wish them luck and send them on their way.
🌿 You don’t have to read for everything Get clear on what subjects you’re willing to read for, and what you want to avoid. Legal matters, pregnancy, medical health, spirit/deity contact, death, ex-partners – these are common ones people don’t want to read for. You can if you want to, but make sure you’re not liable for any advice you give (especially if you charge money for your services). Tell people not to take you too seriously. A common disclaimer is “this is purely for entertainment purposes.”
Similarly, you have no obligation to read for querents that are rude, unresponsive, rambling endlessly, or just... asking weird questions.
🌿 You are paid for your effort This is for those who do paid readings. Personally I have only ever done readings for free (that may change) but don’t feel guilty about charging money, even if the reading was not the quality they expected. You are being paid for your time, and for performing a service. And if the querent accepts this transaction, it was their choice to do so. Make this clear at the very beginning.

ooh so are you not a fan of the enneagram/myers briggs? would love to hear your thoughts… i’ve always been a little weirded out by them because i feel like they encourage people to avoid growth and just reinforce behavioral patterns but idk man
By default I’m skeptical of any system that claims to be able to categorise human beings into discrete personality bins, and that goes doubly true for tests that become mass adopted by workplaces (ie Meyers Briggs). My opinion of those tests is that they are essentially a form of corporate astrology, appealing to people who want their fate handed down to them by some form of opaque mystical authority (astrology being the planets and stars, personality tests being some weird form of pop psychology). I don’t think they’re dangerous per se or necessarily ominous, but imo they encourage a passive form of anti intellectualism and I cringe extremely hard when people say that astrology is like part of lgbt culture lol. They feel to me like a form of secular neoliberal religion, by which I mean the central authority is the test itself, which administers your fate in the form of of specific “types” or signs, and it encourages people to typify human behaviour in a way that is overly self-flattering and aggrandising while also focusing on the ways people are different (one example being that I know “INTJ” or something similar is supposed to be an extremely rare result, but I most commonly meet people who proudly announce that that’s their type for that exact reason). And in the case of astrology in particular, I know people who put major astrological events in their calendar and plan their life around them.
Essentially I think they’re horseshit. It’s like if people took Hogwarts houses seriously. They’re fun if you approach them casually and don’t put any stock into the results you get, but in my experience that tends to be a minority of people. So for my own peace of mind I have all that shit blacklisted on social media and avoid it like the plague lol

as a general head's up, since I know that ship they're doing in the musical justifiably makes a lot of people very uncomfortable. I'm not going to be tagging that ship because everything I say about it is negative and I don't want to deal with people getting annoyed with me if it ends up in the ship tag. but everything I'm going to say about it is in this context and under the 'aa musical 4' tag so if it's something that's distressing to see brought up I'd recommend blacklisting that and none of it will get through to you; I don't think anyone else is using that particular tag.
for what it's worth though, if you really want to hear what I say about the rest of the musical, I'm going to try to not talk about it much after today (now that the initial complaining wave is over) unless I get asks or something pertaining to it. even when I can review the full musical I'm not planning on going into a ton of detail about what they end up doing with it and will try to remember to warn for it appropriately when I inevitably get to the point where I have to confront it.
lots of my complaining about the musicals up to this point is like. fun complaining? it's not meant to be upsetting for me or anyone else. so I'm going to try to focus on the things that will be fun to complain about, like bad characterization choices, and not the things that are just upsetting. I'm still cool with getting asks about the subject and am willing to share my opinions and stuff but I don't want to force a ton of negativity onto people who aren't following me for musical opinions. anyways sorry if this is weird but I wanted to get that out of the way in case it becomes a problem later o7

hey love, i recently saw a bunch of people on twitter saying h&l cheated on each other. i'm new to fandom and don't really know much, but did they?
Yiiiiikesss what a horrible first thing to see when you’re new to the fandom, anon. Twitter can get pretty wild, and is quite a different experience to tumblr. I feel like the community here is much more loving and we don’t post stuff specifically to start shit or start rumours, you know?
However, a small few of larries/ex-larries believe in this, and base it a lot off of song lyrics. Ex-larries also pair it with the whole bbg thing. I’m not sure what “facts” these people on Twitter are basing this off, can you tell me anymore about it and maybe I can break down exactly what they’re saying with a further analysis of exactly what they’re talking about please?
And yeah… it’s really tricky to know what to believe when you’re new to the fandom, so don’t feel bad or anything whatsoever. At the end of the day, I’m not here to tell you what to believe, but I can most definitely share my thoughts on it to help you!
The thing is… is that no one knows for sure if that is true. No one knows for sure if they broke up for a bit when things got hard. No one knows for sure if they cheated on each other. But it’s pretty safe to say they didn’t. We analyse in depth so much as larries, and there’s never been evidence of any kind of behaviour (except for stunts) that point towards that being the case. They are still referencing each other in songs. They still answer questions about each other in interviews (which they could easily blacklist if they didn’t want to). They are still sharing clothes and there are still so many strong connections between them. It just… doesnt really add up, in my eyes. And I also don’t think either of them are that kind of person. I mean, you could try and argue that they’re good people but one of them had a slip up but… you don’t have a slip up like that on a long term partner who you’ve been with for so many years, particularly when you’re in the public eye. Louis and Harry are extremely aware of what they do, and what they present to the world. They are trained media professionals, and they don’t take that lightly. They are very careful of who they spend their time with, too.
So… I’m not sure if these folks are referencing a particular person or timeline or have any evidence of it whatsoever, but it just sounds like a dramatised fanfiction that they want some clout for. Also unsure if this is helpful at all, it’s quite vague since I don’t know exactly what their theory is, but yeah.

WHAT WAS STOPPING ALL OF YOU FROM JUST BLACKLISTING THE EPISODE-SPECIFIC SPOILERS IT'S NOT LIKE WE HAVE A LIST OF ALL THE EPISODE NAMES FOR THIS SEASON MAKING IT VERY EASY FOR YOU TO KNOW WHAT TO BLACKLIST "oh but I sometimes don't have the time to blacklist the episode-specific tags before the episode comes out--" THEN BLACKLIST THEM ALL AT ONCE BEFORE ALL THE EPISODES COME OUT AND THEN AS THEY COME OUT YOU CAN REMOVE THE BLACKLISTS OR JUST CLICK 'SHOW POST' WHEN YOU SEE A BLACKLISTED POST ON YOUR DASH BECAUSE YOU'LL KNOW WHICH EPISODE IT'S SPOILING AND YOU'LL KNOW IF YOU'VE ALREADY SEEN IT BECAUSE YOU BLACKLISTED THE EPISODE-SPECIFIC TAG INSTEAD OF THE SHOW-WIDE TAG THAT'S STILL ATTACHED TO POSTS FROM LIKE SEASON THREE!!!!! "we should blacklist the episode specific tags for these episodes in particular because they're being released out of order--" AM I INSANE OR HAS THIS ENTIRE SHOW BEEN RELEASED OUT OF ORDER FOR YEARS??? WHY ARE YOU ALL JUST REALIZING THIS MUCH MORE EFFICIENT TAGGING SYSTEM NOW??? HELL EVEN WITH A SHOW THAT DOESN'T ALWAYS RELEASE EPISODES OUT OF ORDER, IT'S MUCH BETTER TO TAG WITH EPISODE SPECIFIC TAGS BECAUSE HOW LONG ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO WAIT BEFORE STOPPING TAGGING THINGS AS "[name of show] spoilers]"????? THERE'S NEVER A GUARANTEE FOR WHEN EVERYONE IN A FANDOM HAS ALREADY SEEN A PARTICULAR EPISODE!!! SO IF YOU ALREADY KNOW ALL THE NAMES OF THE EPISODES IN A SEASON AND YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT SPOILERS THAT MUCH THEN JUST BLACKLIST THE SPOILER TAGS FOR THOSE EPISODES JUST IN CASE SOMEONE TAGS A POST AS "[episode name] spoilers" BUT FOREGOES THE SHOW-WIDE TAG!!! WHICH THEY PROBABLY DID BECAUSE IT JUST MAKES MORE SENSE TO DO THAT!!! BUT I'M JUST GONNA START USING BOTH TAGS IN POSTS BECAUSE NOTHING IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU PEOPLE!!! NOTHING I TELL YOU!!!!!
Man haha how about that Gloob stuff 😅 better tag your spoilers 🫢

Heyo, so Mace, my best friend got attacked in the r/pagan subreddit by some people that said that lilith worship isnt closed, and these people went and blacklisted him into the daemonolatry subreddit and belittled him. He also ended up leaving as he was very hurt and he tried to end his life, meanwhile they let people like CrazyTechWizard96, a lunatic who thinks he's being raped by baphomet talk, and he legit was allowed to stay there for MONTHS on end with newer practitioners believing him and looking up to him. He also just poated recently about Baphomet being "Forced to Obey" him and he keeps spewing the same story of Lucifer, Baphomet, Stolas, and Claucneck. I'm sick of people in our community letting someone in who doesn't belong and is spewing lies, and then let someone who tries to defend a minority group get harmed in the process.
Here's theinks and breakdown:

Still figuring things out myself, they've pretty much reached out to me.
A lot of them so far, and it makes me more or less even more want to contact them, about who and what I even am.
I've talked to Baphomet yesterday and kind of managed to hear them almost clear, going in and out though, still not on the right frequenz, but working on it.
But I can say for sure, some of the Tests they've thrown at Me are Bizzar, others I might take, like with Baphomet and Lucier as first as a test of Strength, like, if I'd Obey them without a fight, or Fight for being Equal with them.
I prefer to e Equal, and don't like using Titels, I see all of them more or less as Friends and Family.
...
Also, Winter Solstice is Tonight, so, everyone who reads this, have a nice Day & Night. :)

Wow what a read indeed!
I've had some test Me in some very strange ways myself.
But Me being a stubborn and chaotic being, if someone forces Me to do something, I just get mad and do the opposite.
Got some Story including Agelaript, Baphomet and even Lucifer.
And tbh, after those things, they tend to stare even more at Me, like... What I even am.
I can say the same thing, because, I can't believe that was even possible.
I've met Lilith the first time on the 28th October this year and even asked her, about the thing with Lucifer, She broke out laughing, seems like She liked it.
I'm a tiny bit nervous to contact Lucifer and ask him why and how that 'making Me mad as Hell' even started, since I can't recall any memories of that case in particular.
The other thing with Baphomet, they saw that trying to make me Obey and force Me into Submission, only backfires in them getting humiliated.
No worries, Me and Baphy get a long great, love them, for being quite a good and helping Deity. :)
...
Before You ask, the details about that with Agilalerpt aren't nfsw, but the other things with Baphomet and Lucifer, I would post this here, this went just way to wild, haha.
Oh and just as a footnote, never sign anything before You've read the contract.
Can say this about Marketing & the General, and of course the Astral or general Demonic or what ever You can say.
...
Read, see and than if You are sure, sign, You only have 1 Life & 1 Soul, Kiddo.
KEEP PESTS OUT OF THE OCCULT, INCLUDES NAZIS, ANTISEMETES, RACISTS, HOMOPHOBES, AND BIGOTS IN GENERAL!!!!!
this is the exact reason i stay away from reddit like my life depends on it. i’m sure not everyone over there is a fucking freak, but the people like this really shine a terrible light on the whole community.

Introductory Post
PLEASE at least skim through the tags. Navigating this autism castle I've built may get difficult if you don't.
Also see below: Guide for takedown requests
Hi there, call me Taffy! (Any pronouns)
I'm a neurodivergent fella obsessed with Lethal League. I'm also obsessed with archiving things, and I have a dedicated personal server where I collect all the LLB fanart I can.
For a while I've been wanting to give other people easy access to all this old and new content, but I don't want to invite people to the server, and booru-making is closed right now, so this—an account made to reblog every LLB post I can find—is the next best option.
For now I run this account alone, and my archiving only encompasses things on tumblr, this may change later but I can't say for sure.
I plan to keep this archive going as long as possible.
IMPORTANT STUFF FIRST!
Despite my wants to preserve everything Lethal League, there are some artists I refuse to archive due to personal convictions, or being personally asked not to archive their work.
The amount of these people is presently in the single digits, and probably won't impact the rest of the blog much.
If you want a particular post(s) taken down, or would like to be blacklisted, please DM me. Please note you may have to prove your identity to do this, in whatever way you can (so long as it does not compromise your safety or super-personal information).
If you have a Lethal League post to contribute that I haven't found yet, send me the link. Even things from deactivated accounts can still be preserved if someone else reblogged them. Or I guess if you have a screenshot.
If there's something down the list you don't wanna see, just filter the tag
Warnings: #suggestive Including but not limited to - Discussion of NSFW, off-camera lovemaking, skimpy clothing or poses... whatever you older internet denizens might call "sin." NSFW jokes are judged on a case-by-case basis Overly graphic stuff, minor x adult, or straight up p0rn if there's any left, will not be included in the archive for obvious reasons #thirstposting Any rare case of people getting a bit too excited over a given LLB character. If hypothetically seeing people talk about how much they want to bone their favorite dapper googly eyed fuck wouldn't be your jam, you might wanna filter out this tag. #nudity Tasteful nudity. Think the Statue of David. #blood For when insides become outsides, but it's not straight up gutspill. #feels Because some of us don't wanna deal with angst. #emeto Vom. #eyestrain Ouchie ow oof bright colors. ^ #aberration Chromatic aberration #gore #bugs #death #eye contact #dereality #drugs #weed #body horror #loud #flashing
-
Please note; Despite my headcanons, character interactions will be judged through the LLB story at face value. This means ships involving Switch will not be counted as minor x adult, because he is a robot, 5 is only how long he's been manufactured, and his mental age is not entirely clear (beyond him obviously not having the mind of a toddler). This also means things like Raptor x Switch will still be archived, since although some headcanon them to be found brothers, this is not canonically confirmed.

Fandom culture: #headcanon #theory #review #ship #ship neg #oc x canon #oc #au #askblog #humanized #crossover #fusion
Archived posts will not be tagged as #ship unless the OP states so, or it is very explicitly intended to be ship art—flirting and kissing and stuff. Ships will be tagged as the involved characters' names in alphabetical order, in lieu of affectionate shipnames. This is to avoid creating extra things for you poor soul to memorize. Also, negative content about any given ship will have "neg" tacked onto the end. ❌ #candylatch ✅ #candyman x latch 🔘 #candyman x latch neg
For OCs, search their name, and for specific artists, search their blog url. ie: #cue #klayfruit Furthermore, fanon interpretations of LLB characters may be tagged like this: #henry #candyman
OC x canon shipnames will not be tagged, despite how few there are in retrospect, because I think doing that would drive me nuts.
If two OCs happen to have the same name, the name will be followed up with the creator's username depending on which OC is being referred to. This also applies if an OC name overlaps with a warning tag;
#ember sampleusername - #ember gridsbignaturals #bugs sampleusername
Other: #official Involving a Team Reptile account or one of its developers. Including but not limited to: Dev logs, headcanons from individual team members, outdated lore, threads involving them on other websites, etc. #tim #dion #yinyin #andy #kittomatic #sem
#merch Official merchandise designs and such #deactivated OP's blog is hacked or deactivated. If the URL was changed, the old URL may be tagged; for the sake of preserving the era it was posted, and so people can more easily find things if they know an old username but not the new one. #[year] Year something was posted. ie: #2015 #mod taffy
Posts with captions like "not tagging this" or things that seem personal will probably not be archived unless the OP says it's okay
