Could you tell me more about solar austus, max, and jackson if possible? :3c
of course, i'd be happy to! all of those characters are currently npcs in a dnd campaign i'm running (players have met two of them) so i'm putting their info under a readmore. my dear players i am asking you to look away from this ask 🙏
Tumblr media
-- SOLAR AUSTUS --
Austus is their name, Solar is their title. They're a holy warrior of the sun, with their body capable of harnessing the sun's power due to a divine transformation they're undergoing. This gives their body a glowing, warm appearance. Their current quest is to bring light into dark places, and they commonly fight back against shadow monsters and accompany adventurers in their nighttime travels. They want to travel all of Kyor and feel the sunlight in all its high places, with their final goal being to become a vessel of the sun itself. This process of becoming the sun involved a ritual, with a magic tattoo being placed on them to slowly mutate their body into a vessel. They can speed up this process by using more of their sunlight abilities and furthering their quest. Austus is odd in their mannerisms, but as friendly as can be. They enjoy helping others, but also won't miss the chance to stop and rest. Their strange nature and dedication to their quest make them quite lonely, so they treasure the time they get to spend with other parties. Their story is currently unfolding in the dnd campaign, so we'll see how their quest goes!
-- MAX --
Max is an exiled Vaness, who now travels the country taking bounty hunter jobs with his partner. He was exiled because he killed his own brother when he was a teen, but this was due to a curse that was placed on him before he was born. The curse fills with him an insatiable lust for blood and flesh, which while makes him an excellent fighter, it keeps him from stopping before the other person is mangled to hell. The Vaness are fighters, but in a sport sense. They admire fighting as an art but condemn senseless bloodshed, so when Max killed his brother they sent him away. Lucky for Max, there is a way to cope with the curse. He found out that if he eats raw animal meat (that due to the curse he can process) that need for killing completely goes away for a while, its just a matter of eating it every week, like a medicine. Him and his partner will go on hunting trips to keep this condition managed. :) Writing out his backstory now makes him seem really edgy, but he's quite upbeat, playful and outgoing! He's the kind of person who's presence uplifts a room. He loves to wrestle and generally goof around, as guys do.
-- JACKSON --
Jackson is a hitman/bounty hunter that is currently working for the Order Church. He feels no actual affiliation with their ideology, but he works for them because the pay is good and it keeps him out of trouble with the law (since, well, they are the law). Jackson is an antisocial weirdo who got himself possessed by a demon in hopes of it making him more sociable and charismatic. The demon he got himself into a deal with, Sonia, is a mirror demon. Mirror demons make special pacts with people to act as a sort of 'coach', in exchange for the person engaging in the demon's vice. For Jackson's case, his demon makes him more assertive, charismatic, and confident, while he's supposed to kill and cause violence for the demon. Right now, the demon and Jackson are two semi-separate people, with the end goal that their personalities, traits, and consciousness merge until there is no distinction and they function as one entity, both internally and externally. Because Jack does not normally crave incredible violence, and because of his lack of ability to control the vices of his demon, this process of becoming one is not going super well. Unlike Max, Jackson does act a bit edgy. He's aloof, tries to act cool and badass, but often just comes across as strange and like a bit of a loser. With the demon helping him, he comes across as much more intimidating and fills the role of 'badass hitman' better. Though, under all that, all Jackson really wants is to fit better into society and make some real genuine friends.

Hi! So I've got a question, what are your opinions and thoughts on the YouTuber, "Vanitymoth" he's kinda a Murder Drones reviewer and has done a couple of content related to the series, I'm interested if you heard of him or see his contact and I wanted to know your thoughts, it looks like he'll also be reviewing EP 6 which is probably gonna be negative because that's just how he is unfortunately.
And that's honestly my main issue with him, now it's fine having opinions and being honest and not sugar coding anything, but it just feels like this dude is negative about almost everything he reviews (somebody even pointed that out in his comments+ community post and said that's just how he rolls) he isn't fun, funny and just not entertaining. And he's also kinda boring to listen to as well, imo and just not very fun to watch, he also made a horrible and trashfire review of Lackadaisy. It also feels like him and others are kinda turning on Murder Drones and are disliking it because of it's story direction...and it makes me wonder sometimes, is MD REALLY a bad show and not as good as we thought, and do fans just have their rose tinted glasses on and are only trying to see the positive side and ignore criticism? Do you believe the show is good, or is it going downhill like others have been saying? I'm still new to the show myself and wanted to know your thoughts on this, it kinda does feel sad people are turning on MD (people still wanna compare it to shows like HB, some have said it's going downhill and turning bad like that show) as I think it's still a unique and watchable show and it honestly deserves it's love and support, it's not perfect..but I still feel saddened it's being hated and torn apart now by some, especially by some toxic fans, fans on reddit and Vanitymoth himself. :(
Honestly that guy probally has a very biased opinion on the show at this point. It never feels like he gets satisfied with anything from the show anymore. (And i really feel like it has something to do with Nuzi )
And all the bad reviews i have been seeing can be resumed to a simple "Its not the same thing that used to be" or "this is not the direction i wanted" tbh
I guess they thought Liam was a edgy guy who only enjoys creepy and meta dark edgy stuff. They din't expect to the guy to be an actual writter lmfao
Am i saying this show is perfect? Ofc not. But all the reviews i have seen so far from the people who dont have any weird bias are saying this episode was one of the most greatest yet, im not a writter but i can totally agree with that, in the same way i agreed with them with how "home" really was one of the weakest/most confusing
I honestly don't think majority of these guys are giving genuine criticism, they just really weren't expecting to the show to go to such an emotinal direction.
If you ever see any blog or post with a person giving GENUINE criticism feel free to send it to me to talk about it! But for now i cant really take those guys seriously, they all sound so petty and childish
Even the comments of his community post are saying "if you dont think this episode was good idk what to tell you" lmfaool
Also, If they really think dead end was a weak episode they are INSANE these people are blind hello?????

in my opinion i think the opla did a very good job of trying to emulate the one piece manga and anime, but there’s a part of the anime that they can’t really convey through the live action. like… i think that the cartooniness of one piece, as well as the occasional emotional moments is what makes one piece one piece, but while the opla was able to get some of it, being a live action, it wasn’t able to convey all of it
it’s still wonderful, and i love it, but i like to compare it to the percy jackson movies. good live actions in their own right (still think opla did it WAY better) but compared to the original, it falls short (percy jackson a lot, opla a tiny bit)
i think the main issue for me is the characterisation. inaki did a very good luffy, but you can clearly see how it’s so inaki luffy instead of luffy luffy. still good, but still different
and i think mackenyu did zoro well, but in my opinion, it doesn’t fit him very well. zoro (while i still love him) isn’t as pretty as mackenyu is. mackenyu is too much of a pretty boy
i actually remember hearing in an interview that mackenyu grew up with anime, and of course one piece. i think he emulates zoro extremely well, and he tries his best to make it anime accurate, but he as a person just doesn't fit perfectly, the vibes are kinda off. still absolutely in love with him though
i think that it shouldn't have skipped so many parts of the original, but of course, it completely makes sense why they did
anyways, like i said, i think that if you don't compare them to each other, it's very good, and i do love how they did it (i'm also so happy that so many people loved the live action that they're actually starting to watch the anime!!)
I just finished episode 3 but i totally agree
My biggest fear when the adaptstion was announced was precisely that, bc one piece is so one of a kind, it can make you smile, it can make you sad, you cry tears of joy and of pain, and the anime takes the time to develope the charecters, the stories and the world, so sometimes the emotions are conveyed in such a subtle but effective way bc they took the time to make sure it did. Not to mention the tone and aesthetic. There's a lot that was gonna be difficult to translate to live action
That said, so far i think they did it great! I think they found a certain balance between the cartoonish and the 'real world' lets call it, and they took advantage very cleverly of cgi and practical effects to achive that too.
I agree the thing that perhaps lacks for me too is the charecters and also the pasing imo. But again, it was impossible to fit the storytelling way of the famously 'too long' anime in a 8 episodes per series format.
I too think Luffy feels the most different, i already talked a bit about that and i think it was just the result of it being a western production plus the complex charecter Luffy is. But Iñaki put so much love into his Luffy, you can feel it, its endearing
I dont have a problem with Mackenyu's Zoro funny enough. Sure, i miss how silly anime Zoro can be (but again, the tone thing) and they tried to make it too purposefully imo. Zoro is not edgy. He is badass and a maniac but he doesnt want to wear only black or cares about pressenting an "attitude". But there's a ray of hope for me (i havent finish the show so it might change my mind), the biggest stupid ass smile when he said he'd cut Helmepo's hair. He can be silly and less serious, so i hope i get to see more of that as he feels more comfortable in the crew.
Nami i like, im waiting for the Arlong park arc to make up my mind bc thats where her true colors shine either way. Really liking her dynamic with Luffy so far tho
Havent seen Sanji yet
And Usopp, i just met him and this might sound mean but this Usopp is too cool. Kinda like what you said for Zoro. I think this Usopp has more confidence in himself than anime/manga Usopp did back then and he is not that much of a coward. The coward part is important bc every time he stood up to fight it meant so much more. But again, is early for me to make up my mind this is just first impressions
But like you said, this is just bc of the comparison, on its own i think they are all doing amazing jobs and, so far for me, the writers managed to pull off something that to me was next to impossible and in a great way too.
Im curious to see how someone that hasnt watched the anime reacts to the mixed tone of live action meets silly cartoonish vibes, i hope its not too of context for a first time watcher

You know what maybe postcanon is more fun to read when you actually want to see the characters at their lowest and bastardized into these careless and impulsive gods. An ending where everything gets wrapped up and we move on from the lives of the kids is never gonna happen, so relish in it. Hell yeah I want to see Jade at her worst, no social cues, no sense of personal boundary, no sense of consequences and does whatever the hell makes her feel better. Fuck Rosemary, I want a dumbfounded Kanaya who has lost any sense of her loved one and watch her wife turn into a cold calculating apathetic manipulator who uses people’s feelings to run away from confrontation! I want Jane Cricker to actually have a memorable character and flaws beyond being annoyed at how cryptic her friends are, I want Dirk to relish in his flaws and double down on his incompetence and actually be a character in the story he caused. Act 6 Act 6 Intermission 5 gave up on character development halfway through its chapter so let’s do character regression!! Yeah! Happy endings are boring anyway, I need characters in an ever changing state of escalating conflict!!
You can even see the fans of Homestuck acting like this, they love this update, they love how Rose is a terrible person. Homestuck is dead, welcome to my edgy reboot.
In this day of age, I can somewhat understand the appeal of series showing people their absolute worst with no restraints. Makes them the most funny and interesting that monsters like them could exist, even if morals and rules were still there. Not just for things like antagonists or villains, but characters who believe that they are a good person in an egotistical sense. Another way to spin it in a funny light, some could make Homestuck Beyond Canon or Homestuck in general, as a cautionary tale of a series that could have become something, but became irrelevant so quickly that it's almost a taboo to bring the series up. I like a balance things that will cheer me up to ignore my problems and sadness that can feel understanding that I want to go goth emo scene express my disdain of real life. I think something with Homestuck recently, it's a bit too much of depression and people being their worst. And not like in an edgy dark humor. If certain parts are supposed to be that, either it's a poor execution or just not a fan of the punchline. It's cool that you can find some enjoyment out of HS characters being their absolute worst for Beyond Canon. I hope you can enjoy and laugh to see how far James Roach and his team would go. Sometimes it's not too bad to see and have a little chaos.

Mooore Digimon Frontier thoughts
30 - Soar! The Warrior of Darkness, Velgmon -OOOH? Is this a Darkness Beast Spirit?! -The kids are looking for Koji. Junpei laments that Koji is always going off on his own… I mean, this time it was kind of the huge explosion that blasted him away dude haha -First half of the episode is mostly a confrontation between Duskmon and Beowulfmon. It actually had a really sad and futile feel to it. -Cherubimon get up to naughtiness and turns Not-Koji into Velgmon with the Darkness Beast Spirit. I THINk I've seen Velgmon before but don't know where. Might just be whilst cruising through Wikimon one time. -So Velgmon is actually super strong and terrifying! Interesting how he attacks Cherubimon('s shadow) after evolving. I guess even being an evil manipulative angel boss man can't override the Beast Spirit Crazies. -Zone Deleter was a cool attack. Nice to see how close Koji genuinely was to absolute annihilation. The stakes really have been upped since Duskmon's introduction. -Sidenote, Patamon has just been born but still has more sense than the rest of the gang, lol. I thought it was cute though. Tunnel your way out! -Ophanimon comes to save the day! …via Koji's Digivice, of course. Velgmon remembers some of his human past… AND WE FINALLY GET THE NAME DROP. So he's Koichi!! And he IS Koji's brother! Which is not surprising but I like the build up to this so far. What's their deal?! Maybe they're twins separated at birth? Or Koji's father had an affair or something?? That'd be an interesting sibling story for Digimon to tackle. Tell me your secrets, show. haha -I really like the song that played during Koichi's flashback. Gave some chill but sombre vibes.
31 - The Trailmon Graveyard - Sleeping in Darkness -All right, everybody reunites! …and Koji charges off again haha. Takuya follows him. -Also the moment where Junpei says "the nosy guy gets killed first in the horror manga!" and the artstyle changes to a semi-realistic manga was super funny -Junpei reaffirm he wants to be useful, that there's something he's able to do even if he doesn't have the Super Cool Shiny Evolution. It's nice the other kids don't mope or anything, they get on with it. -Unfortunately there's nothing around haha, but we get to the episode's namesake and… damn, that's really sad. The thought of any living thing just going somewhere knowing it's going to die is sad. -Old Man Angler freaks out when prompted about the Venus Rose. DUN DUN DUN. I then actually took a break here to get some snacks and a drink haha. Adds to the suspense!! -Holy crap this episode was a rollercoaster. Just the concept of a Trailmon graveyard was super sad, then we meet a Trailmon who's dying. The kids help him out with clever uses of their abilities and there's some wholesomeness as they take care of the Old Man Trail… THEN THE DEATH SCENE. Holy moly. Genuinely heartbreaking and scary to behold. -AND THEN -omg it was so funny -The kids so pissed off they go full Beast evolution haha -But then we finish off with the heading onwards with new, important info!! -Great episode. I want to say it was nice having a lighter-hearted episode after the Velgmon stuff, but honestly even half this episode was pretty heavy and dark. People love saying Tamers is the dark and edgy Digimon series but Frontier is honestly giving it a hard run for its money. -19 episodes left… can I knock them out in a single day?! I mean timewise sure but I dunno if I have the emotional energy to do that lol
32 - The Revealed Past! Duskmon's Secret -OOOOH JUICY TITLE -OOOOH JUICY EPISODE haha -feels like a lot happened this episode! -Cherubimon is becoming a more active agent in the story which is nice. With so many episodes still left though I'm wondering THINGS haha. Being a Digimon anime, Cherubimon probably isn't the ULTIMATE evil this series, but does that mean there's a greater evil that corrupted it? Maybe Ophanimon isn't as good as she seems? Or something else entirely!! Anyway I'm getting ahead of myself hehehe I'm just intrigued and excited -The rest of the gang once again decide sitting around doing nothing is useless so get off their butts -Also I love how Patamon flies--he's not a confident flyer yet and sometimes does the struggling little air-waddle-swim thing, it's cute and a nice touch. I mentioned in an earlier post about how cool a slice of life Digimon anime would be (set in the Digital World, Digimon characters only) and exploring how evolution affects youre growth and abilities in life would be really cool. I HAD TO STOP MYSELF from rambling about it. lol I should just write a rant/conceptual bible for the idea later -Duskmon directly confronts Koji with the truth which is nice. Feels like it gives him more actual involement in what's going on rather than just making Koji state the obvious or Cherubimon show up and force the truth out. Koichi want to confront this reality himself, for his own sake. (even if it is for "evil" reasons right now) -speaking of evil, HOLY CRAP. Did Koji's dad seriously tell Koji his mother was straight-up DEAD?! That's genuinely such a horrible, evil thing to do to a kid… This storyline is some Shakespearean shit haha. -Patamon's helpless Air Shots against Velgmon omg my sweet baby TT____TT -Takuya's little flashback was very sweet. -Takuya saves the day!! Or he saves Koji, at least. Nice to see the Double Spirits fight side by side finally! The Darkness Spirits are obtained. Koji's little Digicode Scan thing takes on so much more meaning suddenly haha. Koichi is finally free of Cherubimon's command… (I presume haha)
33 - The New Warrior of Darkness! Lowemon and KaiserLeomon -Intro is still the same. We still got Grottomon and the others in the BG near the end of the intro. Wonder if this'll ever change?? I don't mind if it doesn't but it's interesting since Duskmon is either gone or a good guy now and all the others are Digitama'd. -Some more background for Koichi. His mother works herself too hard, but refuses to take days off work sick because its inconvenient for others. GIRL PLEASE. Do NOT destroy yourself for work… -Nobody really knows how to approach the Koichi situation… I really appreciate how it turns out, though. Takuya goes to Koji with some thoughts and support and the others show up, and Koji accepts it and is gratefl for the help. FRIENDSHIP!! No drama, no anger, just an awkward situation thet friends help make better. YAY. -Koichi appears in the ad break cards!! AND A NEW DIGIMON!! -"Ladies and gentlemon we apologise for the delay but there is a giant fallen angel on the train tracks. Thank you for your patience." -BRUH why did you have to flick Old Man Angler away like that!! -Only darkness can destroy darkness. Koichi gets his Spirits back, but the "true" darkness, eh. Lowemon is all right but KaiserLeomon looks awesome. I love the shot of him running down Cherubimon's Lightning Spear. An armoured/mechanical lion running along a lightning bolt held by a fallen angel? Digimon's metal AF lol -It was just some kind of illusory Cherubimon. Fortunate. I was worried then the build up to this confrontation was gonna have a super weak ending for a moment haha phew. -Koichi: I am going alone. Everybody else: lolnope. Haha deal with it Koichi you're part of a Digimon team now.
34 - Battle at the Venus Rose! The Plan to Rescue Ophanimon -Honestly Venus Rose just sounds like either a ship name or a night club lol I just love the image of Cherubimon drinking cocktails, bored out of his mind, whilst waiting for the kids to finally show up -Things really do feel like the endgame here, but there's still so many episodes. I'm so curious where this is going. -Love Tomoki subtley mentioning maybe Koichi knows something about the data that Cherubimon is absorbing and Junpei's just like OH YEAH HEY KOJI ASK HIM FOR US WOULD YOU lol -omg and Takuya being like "um actually we're not going" lol there were some great little moments for the characters during this one -Cherubimon speaks to Ophanimon, offering her a place in his "new Digital World". Again, WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. We got Seraphimon blasted into an egg the first time we saw him haha. -Koichi gets to show off his moves fighting the two Phantomon. -Cool spiral staircase during the start of the second half. Then everything goes all freaky and Escher-esque. -GOATMON!! I've only ever seen it in Ghost Game but I like Goatmon. But mainly 'cause I just like goats generally haha. The shading and lighting on the close-ups of its bell ringing were really pretty. -Goatmon is a pal! t's nice there are allies waiting even this far into the dark continent haha. -Basically they meet Ophanimon and get a massive infodump! No unwelcome though. Everything just spelled out clearly and the stuff we already knew reiterated. I'd actually forgotten about Lucemon… An angel Digimon with both human and beast like forms. HMM. -The episode continues to hit hard and fast until the very last moment. We end with Cherubimon confident his true plan has come to fruition!! …time for a break haha. -bruh. bruh. Bokomon is Lucemon isn't he?? AHAHAHAHHAHA…… ha…

here's a quick rundown on astarion: gay vampire spawn (not a vampire. like a demo version vampire. a "lesser" one but don't let him hear that) who has been kept for 200 years by his master as a slave. guy (who was an actual vampire) carved him up, tortured him and forced him to lure victims into his manor. astarion has been abused in so many ways i'd hit some sort of character limit if i listed half of them. he was only allowed to feet on rats and small vermin in the sewers. poor little meow meow astarion is now free due to [game story] reasons and seeks power and revenge -- he's an edgy fuck with a lot of swag and no moral compass. bro is a menace and loves causing problems on purpose. [slight spoiler] he will literally try to suck some of your blood like a day or two after you meet him and unless you succeed a skill check he'll just keep doing it until you die. if you resurrect yourself afterwards he'll go like "ooooh ooopsie sowwy! i wouldn't kill you if i knew you'll be back teehee can we forget about this? ;) <3 don't fucking kill me". he's such a good fucking whumpee you don't even know. it's insane. i don't want to ramble but he's almost everything i've ever wanted from a character like this in a large scale rpg. [slightly bigger spoiler] despite being the go-to "fuckable" character who everyone finds hot as hell (both in-universe and online) he's HORRIBLY traumatized by his sexual experiences from when he used to be a slave and when you romance him a good portion of his storyline revolves around trying to make him realize that he's more than just a slab of very attractive meat. he hides his feelings behind a facade of "evil tumblr sexyman-esque" mannierisms and getting to finally peel it back and see him for the poor wet cat that he is is so fucking satisfying. [an even bigger spoiler] i loved watching him cry when he finally gets to confront his former master. pristine content. there's so much more to his character (and this game in general) but if you ever need to justify spending full price on a new videogame release, there's nothing better than bg3. if i could choose one game to beam directly into the brain of each whumpblr user, it'd be this one.
Okay so i already loved him from the very little information i had about him, but this is so delicious
I saw some pics of bad scars which are always hhh and heard that he is a whumpee but i didn't know the extent and now i think ive collected a new blorbo
You are telling me he meets his old master at some point...... and he cries..... and hes all sad....... he rly was made for tumblr but especially me youre telling me he has white hair and is a vampire twink who was a slave and hurt and traumatised and he has incredible sad wet cat energy and he only has a flimsy layer of confidence and absolutely no idea what morals are. i knew i needed to know more you have to understand my knowledge of the game stopped at the bear sex scene like that is it and yet i somehow always find the most pathetic little men no matter what in any media i could not give a shit about any of the rest i will consume the entire thing just to know the exact extent of his sad little life
Also i wish i had the opportunity to even consider buying a full price new release no matter how good the game is there is no world in which id be able to pay for that. Also idk about the gameplay either it seems very story oriented roleplay and almost dating sim-ish? Not a huge fan of those in general its gotta have more gameplay than walking around and basically watching a movie, but, again. No idea about anything, maybe it has incredible gameplay and i just dont know. Dont tell me if it does itll just make ms sadder bc that would absolutely make me wanna play it myself. Its kinda funny honestly the longer i spend not knowing anything the crazier everyone seems to me both online and irl. Its like im living in a separate world, i know no one who hasn't played this fucking game fjfhskhfd

Summer Anime 2023: GoHands saves anime
Sugar Apple Fairy Tale S2
Tumblr media
I wasn't really all that impressed with S1 of Sugar Apple, but it was fun enough. There was a chance it would do away with its naive ruminations on chauvinism and slavery, after all. And yeah, it did that. But maybe I should have stated more clearly that that bland nonsense also needs to be replaced with something better, and that part certainly did not happen. The show fills the vacant space with two things: The kind of completely uninteresting worldbuilding and politics that were all over S1, weren't good there either, but were so insubstantial they weren't worth of note. Well, now they are. The other is that we get a ridiculously evil over the top villain that's amusing for one episode, but gets old really fast. Not to mention that everyone (outside of the designated villain, which is why you know he's bad) seems to love Anne now, especially Challe. So the spicy romance interplay is gone and Challe is now an edgy white knight that tips his fedora to m'lady. And the big finale is that Anne inspires a dozen pretty boys to invent Christmas, somehow. This one just is very poorly written and as of S2 has optimized out all things that distract from that. 4/10
Noble Farmer
Tumblr media
The appeal of Noble Farmer isn't what the show does, but what it is: Notable action shounen mangaka Hiromu Arakawa telling a few anecdotes about her growing up as a farmer on Hokkaido. Of course we've known that since Silver Spoon, but it's still enough of a novelty to just barely carry this short series. Sometimes it's funny, sometimes it's not. As usual, a short doesn't actually need to be all that good to be an easy watch, but I've seen better ones. 5/10
Instead Of Zom 100 You Get NieR:Automata Ver1.1a
Tumblr media
Why hello, we have a vacant 5/10 spot for mysterious reasons. Let's talk about a production disaster from the season before that just managed to end in this one. To be honest, I've already forgotten about Near A Tomato Service Pack 1 (Backer Beta) so I'll have to patch it up with my knowledge of the game, which is probably for the better anyway. Or is it? I am one of the few people that don't think that Nier Automata is the pinnacle of storytelling¹, so one reason to even give this a chance is to see if the story clicks better if it's told in a more straightforward way. But then it just seems that the opposite is true: Yes, it is indeed the main plot of Nier Automata, but the lack of nonlinearity and other assorted participatory/environmental storytelling just points out that there isn't all that much to that, especially towards the end when it's just about beating up the big monster, but in a sad way. The few things that it does change or add either don't amount to anything we didn't already know or have their payoff pushed onto the sequel. At least the music is still fantastic but it's just literally the game music, so that's nothing new either. This anime is probably for the fans, but even the fans will quickly realize that it's inferior to the real thing - though for them, inferior to the BEST. STORY. EVER!!!! is likely still plenty good enough. 5/10
¹ Before a million salty Yoko Taro fans jump down my throat, it's pretty good, okay? Just not as exceptional as you think. Thank you.
Yohane the Parhelion -SUNSHINE in the MIRROR-
Tumblr media
So why does this exist. I can only imagine that Numazu has a bit of surplus marketing budget now, so here we go, Aqours is back... In the form of an appealing, but pretty bog standard children's show. Sunshine already wasn't the most profound Love Live show, nor did it have the most multidimensional characters, but naturally this is a shallower version of that - with the curious exception of Mari, who somehow is a more well-rounded character here than she originally was (though what that means is left as an exercise to the reader). Yoshiko herself of course has a bit more going on, but she better have, given that this show is very definitely about her and her problems - and it's still not really enough. All of this of course is expected from a children's afternoon show where the big bad is a vague "calamity" that doesn't even get defined as much as being made out of people's negative emotions or something like that. No it's just uh, bad (and by bad I mean purple), and then gets defeated by friendship and good vibes and an Aquors single. This show should have really done more random nonsense like Chika and her sisters randomly having a Sentai team and Dia being Kamen Rider for tedious IRL reasons, but that quirkiness is so minor it feels more out of place than anything. I don't want to be too harsh on this because it's still fundamentally a good time, but there really just isn't much to it. But I guess that's just how it goes with entrenched franchises, right? 6/10
GoHands presents the GoHands Power Hour featuring The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses and The Masterful Cat Is Depressed Again Today
Before I get to the details of these shows, there's quite a bit they have in common, and that is, obviously, being made by GoHands. I have a pretty complicated history with GoHands. Yes, I did watch the whole Handhakersverse mostly because it was unbelievably ugly, but on the other hand, there is something to be said about an unique, consistent aesthetic: GoHands is dreamcore. I don't think it's pretty, but I do think it's fascinating, which is why I wasn't amused when every Anime Opinion Haver immediately wrote these two off as being unwatchable and took cheap shots on Ecks Dot Com. So I'll watch them. I thought. That'll show em.
The punchline was obvious: Neither of these shows are crassly ugly in a meaningful way. They're a bit overdone, but honestly they're more reminiscent of some SHAFT productions. Really, outside a few meme gif shots in the first episodes, there's nothing special about the looks apart from an overreliance on postproduction gimmicks like particle and lighting effects and stifling color correction, and everyone loves those when KyoAni does them. So there goes the reason to watch them... Except then, in a truly GoHandsian further twist, they're actually good. I'm as puzzled as you are.
Tumblr media
Well, "good" is maybe a bit much. Glasses Girl is definitely watchable though, mostly just because Mie is remarkably cute. Of course, this being an entry in the "my classmate is wacky and I can't deal with it" genre, the same cannot be said of Komura, whose React-Man antics are most charitably described as "occasionally not annoying". The show gets a lot of credit for actually finding new ways to make the one joke that is in its title reasonably fresh, and it even manages to elicit some d'aww feelings towards the clumsy kid romance it develops into. I can't tell a lie, it's fine. 6/10
Tumblr media
This one honestly is pretty good though, even though the absurd wish fulfilment setup of "I'm a lonely dysfunctional office lady but my cat is actually a perfect homemaker" seems thoroughly sketchy. To be honest, Yukichi actually does act like a cat, so I can only assume this is indeed written by a lonely dysfunctional office lady. As far as surreal daily life comedies go, this one's a winner though. It's cute, it's funny, and all that. A rather simple comedy about a very obvious joke setup, but there's enough going on in the periphery to make it not boring - and then there's hooks like half the female cast having a crush on Saku, which if acted upon would instantly make this one of the dankest yuri shows of all time. One can only dream. 7/10
BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!!
Tumblr media
It's always the same with these gacha franchise shows. Even when they're good, they're always bloated by too many characters, too many established plots, too much desire to make everyone equally likeable, and a strict adherence to the status quo. Over the years, many a time I have written "but what can you do". What can you do, indeed?
So here comes MyGO, where the plan apparently was "how about THIS time we just don't do any of that". Now, this part is interesting only for people like me who watched this show as part of the franchise. Nobody else would (or, honestly, should) care that this franchise show breaks the mould uncommonly hard — only whether it's good. Thankfully, MyGO is also just one of the best teen drama shows around, franchise or not. I guess it really helps if you make a show that a writer would actually want to write and not just a bunch of corporate mandates, but Ayana Yuniko takes it no the next level and does things that even "regular" shows in a similar lane don't attempt; for example, Tomori completely fixes the problems I had with Bocchi (of The Rock fame) by being treated appropriately seriously. Now, I don't want to oversell this show, you won't get the next Kids on the Slope here - it's still a small-scale anime about a bunch of drama kids that produces not one, but two marketable bands in the end. But within this framework, it really is about as good as it gets. Every character is complicated and has major personality flaws, which seems very risky but extremely worth when it pays off like here. In short, it's textbook character drama. It's a bit silly at times, but I'll accept that as yeah, teen girls in bands can be pretty goddamn silly. It also doesn't have an ending, but I'd question whether a low-key drama like this even can have a proper ending. They manage to make their disastrous teen band work for a bit, what more can you expect?
I guess I should mention the looks also, which are nothing particularly special when you know the fairly high level of CG animation Sanzigen have consistently been doing. Of course this serious show doesn't have much of the cartooniness, but makes up for it with select instances of really good direction — MyGO has a particular knack for uncomfortable wide angles.
In the end, MyGO is an uncommonly legitimate character drama with low stakes. It can dip into melodrama but not any worse than these shows always do. Ironically the most questionable aspect is that there will be a sequel based on the other band, Ave Mujica, which work extreme well as a joke about how they are everything MyGO is not. But that makes them an awful band full of awful people, and I'm not sure if I want to actually watch that. It's certainly a tall order, but then again, I didn't expect much from this show to begin with. For now it's an 8/10

Brok the Investigator (Point-and-Click Adventure/Beat-Em-Up Video Game)
This game is hard to describe. It's a very weird coagulation of a bunch of different things that somehow just comes together. It's a point-and-click adventure/beat em up game in a light cyberpunk dystopian setting with an artstyle reminiscent of retro Disney Channel cartoons like Talespin and Ducktales that explores themes of propaganda, classism, drug addiction, the exploitation of private healthcare, the criminalization of poverty, and the role of AI in the reinforcement of the status quo through the lens of an internally consistent but unexamined and deeply flawed logic. All of this wrapped up in a story that can have drastically different paths depending on choices you make as far back as the first chapter. This game has 11 endings, which is quite a lot for an indie project that isn't a visual novel. But everything comes together well. It's like ramen. You can make pretty good ramen if you just use safe, basic ingredients, but sometimes, you just want to throw everything but the kitchen sink in and it'll usually taste like shit, but somehow you'll happen upon just the right combination that synchronizes so well that you completely forget the chaotic process it took to make it and it tastes just as delicious as the most fine-tuned chicken katsu ramen with green onions and eggs you've ever had. That's kind of how this game is in many ways. It shouldn't work together, but it just does.
For a basic summary, you play as Brok, a private investigator, and Graff, his gifted stepson, who both live in the Slums, a region in their country that's overtaken by toxic pollution, unlike the Drums, a region in the country where the middle and upper classes live in a dome that protects them from the pollution, at least somewhat. Even though the pollution affects everyone, the upper classes have mostly insulated themselves inside a literal protective bubble while still forcing the poor and working class to go outside and leave themselves vulnerable to toxic chemicals that could kill them, which the government is getting stingier and stingier about at least providing proper healthcare for while the rich and powerful who are responsible for how bad things have gotten have all the protection and care they need. Could you tell this game started development in 2020?
Let's narrow down a few things I like about this game:
1. Aesthetic
The game looks great. And feels a lot like an old school point and click adventure and despite the clash of its aesthetics with its dark themes, it never feels like it's trying to be edgy. Your first side quest is to help a drug addicted homeless person find some life-saving medicine and it's genuinely sad to see how much he's resigned himself to dying and just doesn't care about trying to live any longer than he has. It surprisingly works even though the guy looks like a character from Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers.
2. Freedom
This game has plenty of times you can solve the same problem a variety of different ways. Here's something simple. In your first mission, you have to go to the apartment of your first client. You could enter in the code he texted you or you could pummel the machine you would enter that code into until it breaks open. But you can also go further with this. A funny example is that you'll be hired to solve a murder case. You could either solve the case naturally, or you can break into the room where the body is found, jump on the body, find out the victim actually survived the murder, and he'll tell you who the culprit is. There are also choices that can affect either the ending or at least much later parts of the game. There are 11 total endings and picking one over the other sometimes means taking into account things that happened as far back as Chapter 1.
3. Furry
The developer has an official Fur Affinity page and you can unlock fatfur fanart in the gallery. So it's pretty furry. It's not much, but this game is really good and deserves a lot more love

ph also while i was drafting that last post i found this in my drafts and idk i’m feeling a little goofy silly funny. so. heres some thoughts on my self indulgent princes tutu/disney classic fairytales (really though just peter pan) story idea . i’m just gonna post whatever this says mostly unedited
idk if ill actually post this or keep it in my drafts but probably i will post it bc i like when people read my things and give me feedback even if its just for my own enjoyment :) (i did post it teehee)
for anyone whos never watched princess tutu heres the Quickest possible plot summary without spoiling it bc you Should watch it: its abt a town where fairytales come to life, because of a man who died while writing his last book, trapping the hero (the prince) and villain (the raven) in their final battle without an end, so they break out into the town and the prince shatters his heart into pieces to seal the raven away, but losing all his emotions in the process
the story is abt a duck (named duck) who is turned into a girl by the man (drosselmeyer) so that she can turn into princess tutu, a heroine from his story, and find the shards of the prince's shattered heart and return them to him. there are other characters in town who take on roles from the story but most people (duck included) dont seem to realize there even Is a story or that their town is taking part in it- except for those that know the prince (fakir and rue) and very much Dont want the story to continue. thats abt as much as i can say without spoilering the twists but its very good and you should watch it. thank u
anyways . now time to put funny guy in here for no reason . one of the other important story points in pt is that drosselmeyer Loves tragedies. so that combined with this idea that some of the ppl of the town are inadvertently becoming characters In the story gave me this idea that like. the peter and co in the story (slightly more book accurate just way edgy for reasons i will get into in 2 seconds) are completely different from the ones running around gold crown town (basically the disney versions) . and peter from the story is more like some dudes 'dark' version of peter pan where hes malicious or whatever and doesnt actually care abt people . and the tragedy of his story is eventually the lost boys all either grow up or die, tink dies, hook dies (idk what im even gonna do with him LOL), but peter forgets all abt them bc hes so selfish and obsessed with not growing up he never even feels sorrow over losing them so he doesnt even know he should be lonely and sad
but i know my boy so like. hes not like that. he genuinely cares for tink, and the lost boys, thats his family even if he never like says it. which is part of the problem cause like, while the prince has no heart the story has stalled, so everyone is just stuck in the same place in the story, otherwise living out their lives. the raven cannot get out and nobody can meet ill fates bc the story has stopped. but duck/princess tutu returning the prince's heart shards is causing the story to progress . plot points from the story begin to occur and they are quickly hurtling toward the return of the raven and the end of the tale- which btw is ALSO a tragedy. its always going to be a tragedy. things dont end well in the ending drosselmeyer had planned. but bc duck is a good person even once she realizes this she knows that the prince deserves to have his heart back so she keeps looking for the shards
anwyays this is rambling as hell but the idea i had was that at some point while duck is looking for more heart shards, she runs into peter who is, despite being forever an immature obnoxious boy , like genuinely a good kid who tries to do the right thing, so of course even if he doesnt like. know whats going on hes gonna help out! he doesnt know duck is tutu bc thats a secret identity magical girl thing but like, if she ever asks for help he does and they get along very well . he also gets along with tutu who he just thinks is a different person . he has No Idea that gold crown town is trapped in a story or that the story doesnt end well for him Or duck (tutu's fate is that she'll turn into a speck of light and vanish if she confesses her feelings for the prince so. lol)
UNTIL. he meets another character named princess kraehe, a crow prima ballerina, who tells him to stop helping tutu and that theyre all better off if the prince stays heartless forever. she casually drops that tutu is fated to die if the story goes as it is, and hes fated to lose everyone he cares about and be alone forever, and if he doesnt believe her he should seek out the story of the prince and the raven and read it for himself. which he does. and yeah shes right. and when she finds him again and is like hey like even IF nothing happens, wont you have to grow up if the story ends? so arent you in a lose/lose situation here no matter what if you help tutu? hes like yeah ok maybe everything IS better if the story stalls and nothing progresses . i happen to like things exactly as they are
so from that point on hes actively stopping tutu from finding the shards of the prince's heart as much as he can. hes still friendly with duck bc shes great and as far as hes concerned shes basically a lost girl even if she goes to school instead of running away into the woods with him (which is fine but lame) but that also gives him more reason to oppose tutu . whcih is conflicting for duck bc She Is Tutu. he never directly allies himself with kraehe bc shes obviously evil but its still like a mess
and then later on character development happens n blah blah he goes back to helping tutu but like ill save that bc im lazy and also i would have to spoil the twists of the story to get into that so maybe another time. lol

Started watching anime on a whim
Watched 5 episodes of uh the one about the edgy feral witch"s apprentice and i kept waiting for it to get good and theres some good story ideas but too much of is stupid. Also would have worked better with a female protag. Wow he really is consistently feral rather liked that concept actually. But too much of it is contrived like dude's phone has a command to conveniently unlock all the cells with no restrictions or in general the lack to security checks on weapons. Or really the put the one witch baby tree where the humans can get it? And then protag levels half a city but struggles to kill this one dude. Also anime crimes against women: rape for cheap drama is so boring to watch. Op ed songs were great tho.
Finally watching jujutsu kaisen and over the last few years i have seen sooo much stuff for this show and i still didnt know that pink? hair was the protag i usually see the white and black haired dudes. Oh this is well produced, and the animation is good. I see why people like it. Lesbian. I love her already. Oh black hair ive been seeing isnt megumi its the dude with plugs and hair tied up.
Ep5: ok thats very interesting the dynamic. Megumi's trying to get himself and itadori out alive. Initially tries to pressure ... Sukuna? To regenerate even willing to sacrifice his life then switches to suppression because he has no chance in a fight even if that risks itadori bleeding out. Oh theres the dude ive been seeing he's an antagonist? Also whiplash from itadori dying (im assuming some bs happens that revives him) to school tournament.
What is up with all these dudes ripping their shirts off?? This is like the 3rd time this has happened??
Office bro is dead he's challenging the final boss in ep like 9/24.
13 oh yeah they all still think he's dead
18 uh what happened to the run away plan? Eh this arc is pretty boring for me.
I cant remember do sukuna and itadori remember when the other is in control? Also for a series about highschoolers there is remarkably little highschool stuff the cast could easily be in their early 20s joining an organization.
former punk fushiguro lol. also love how the 3 others instantly jump on the opportunity to troll him.
24. it's interesting to see how anime has changed over the years. if jjk had been released in 2003 this would have been an episodic monster of the week style show where every episode they would take out a different curse with reused animation.
i love her. kugisaki murdering a dude in front of their family and boasting about it. damn. jjk draws the line between curses and humans and immediately like next episode blurs that line. i like how this si getting to itadori
Movie: i like how for once the big monster is a girl. The contrast between jjk 0 and the main series really highlights two genres jjk could have taken. With okkotsu(?) Jjk is a darker supernatural horror thriller with its shy low self esteem protag like deadman wonderland or tokyo ghoul among others there was an era where this style/subgenre was very popular. The second genre with itadori is the hotblooded battle shounen. I actually like the latter so im not complaining just an observation. Also i see why tumblr and twitter like geto.
S2e1: gay. The op end ed might as well be ship amvs
i might like this better than the first season wow.
uhhhh wasn't it suppose to be really bad if the girl died
bro that sounds like burnout you need a vacation.
aw i liked the flashback arc. back to 2018
hmm robot kun might not make it out of this. wow yeah just add more death flags.
gojo sure has changed huh. used to be more amoral. kinda sad geto is actually dead he was a good character although given what the series has established so far the author could revive anyone plausibly.
from curses to sapient curses and transformed humans to curse users aka the bad humans i wonder when it'll just be whoever jujutsu highschool doesn't like.
I think I've come around on gojo its funny how the show goes out of its way to tell the audience how good looking he is like girls swarming him or characters commenting on his pretty eyes and flawless skin and then the part i really like how this is contrasted with his annoying personality that no one likes. Its so funny, his coworkers tolerate him at best theres like maybe 3 people tops that actively like being around him. Also he only really started covering his eyes after the flashback arc, i wonder if its because of those events whether its the unlocking 6 eyes (why is it called that) or geto leaving. Because with the blindfold he mostly just looks like a weirdo. I also cant help but wonder if gojo losing sight of his humanity during the tengen incident, like he seemed very... unmoored? meant geto didnt have a grounding point to rely on later. So by the time gojo had figured himself out and how to be a functioning person again geto was already gone.
Scrolled through tumblr and wow people are horny for the deadbeat. Also nanami. The oldest womb dude too but i expected that since he's a half dead looking goth which is just up tumblr's alley. Wow i havent seen a reader insert plague this bad since haikyuu. Go straight girls go (just stay away from me).
judge jury executioner the jujutsu world really is a lawless mobstate.
37. huh. what was that spaghetti scene
39 eyy reached the last currently available episode. lots of active plot threads. i still don't know what was up with chrono(?) or where he ran off to. deadbeat zombi toji has picked out megumi. mahito and whats his face are roaming around. not sure I'll read the manga but i might skim it. the best part of this show is the cool fight scenes afterall.
Was thinking about the framing of the flashback arc op and ed. And they appear so carefree and warm because we're seeing how gojo remembers his highschool days. He's dreaming of days past wishing he could return to them.

An intro, Guide, and explanation.
Chello! This is the first post on this blog, I’m gonna take this time to introduce myself, explain what this blog will be about, and make a guide for my posts ( when I've made some).
Author Intro and reasoning-
Hello! I go by Xepher here. I use He/They pronouns. I’m mostly using this blog to wright down some of my more “interesting” ideas, I think it will help me focus. I’m a maladaptive daydreamer and I spend way to much time on it, so I’ve resolved to wright them down. I also just want to wright these down because my interests and hyper fixations are ever-shifting and it would be nice to have something to look back on, and I’ve wanted to have a writing blog for forever. Oh, and I apologize for any corny jokes and/or puns I may make. I think they’re funny, and I usually make bird jokes about myself(heads up on that one). I’m a brand new writer so please excuse any imperfections and/or edgy(?) content or ideas. I’ll definitely do my best but, again, I’m new at this. I’m also pretty new at actually using Tumbler so if something is wrong please let me know (& please, if I’m using a tag wrong or should add a tag let me know, I’m awful w/ tags!). I’m always open to constructive criticism! Not sure if I’ll take requests right now (shoot tho if you really want to, I just might not be the best person to come to with them) but I’m okay with questions and clarifications. Oh, and don’t count on any kind of regular posting schedule. I’ll try to stay consistent with posting but don't count on it.*P.S. this will be a stand alone project, no exterior links will be posted (aside from Tumbler ones), no other accounts, of mine, will post these stories. I’m okay with sharing these writings here but I would like them to remain on this platform and I would like to stay, for the most part, anonymous and low key. Please respect that. If you think I would like something you can @ me or send in the link (if its sketchy I’m not gonna click it), but please don’t link or post my content to other sites. Thank you <3
“And here is where I’d put my guide... IF I HAD ONE”

Total Drama: Refilming Action, will be coming soon!
Tumblr media
So, Total Drama:
A show about teenagers being tortured on reality TV for the vague promise of being paid for their suffering.
Believe it or not, I didn’t grow up with this show, it was around the time I started making rewrites of media in my spare time that I watched the first three seasons, and…
Holy ****, this was far more into crazytown than I thought it would be!
Like, do you KNOW how much grotesque imagery, sex jokes, and downright porn this show contains? And this is PG rated!
Okay, that’s besides the point. This show feels very nostalgic, as a parody of various kinds of reality shows, with insane and illegal challenges that can kill people, drama such as love, betrayals, and eliminations until one contestant wins a million bucks, and of course characters that initially are meant to be stereotypes, becoming far more relatable, funny, and people to route for, than I initiated going in.
The first season, Island, and the third season, World Tour, are great seasons in their own ways, and absolutely sell on this leaving such a memorable show…
But then we get to the second season, Total Drama Action. And this season just… frustrates me. YES, even more so than All Stars! I’m not saying it frustrates me because the season is bad, kind of a strong opinion to use if that’s the case, but this season has so much great potential that it only really scratches the surface of, and it’s the season I’ve not only devoted THE most of my time to than ANY Total Drama season, but it’s also the one I have the most mixed feelings of.
For a brief review, it really seems like this season should be a slam dunk for me, right? Returning a lot of the best characters in the previous season and putting them in various filming careers while parodying Hollywood. I live for film, I live for drama, I live for roasting Hollywood! I should LOVE this season, right?
Well, I really, REALLY want to, but every time I watch it, something just feels… off.
I initiated this rewrite as a cute exercise at first, but the more I actually dove into this season, the more I saw how complicated everything is. Like haha, it’s a kids comedy with edgy jokes and murderous stunts, right? What’s so hard to write about that?
A lot, actually.
See, in this season, because there’s the fewest amount of contestants out of the three seasons, it allows Action to rely less on jokes to carry the season and more so focus on the character’s stories and their respective arcs, how they each cope with their situation of being trapped in a never ending cycle of reality show torture, and the pressures that come with their relationships, and even their sanity. That’s why there are less episodes with characters being eliminated than in Island.
On its own, that’s a smart idea, and a really neat change of pace! Cartoons aren’t all about jokes, even edgy adult ones, and don’t just have to be made for entertainment, but have substance, plotlines to follow, even in a show like this where there’s barely any lore. As someone who values characters and their storylines, yeah I live for this.
The problem though is not only with several pacing issues, but HOW these characters' storylines are executed. I will say that pretty much all of these plotlines are good ideas on paper (with the exception of the Owen Mole thing), but the executions of them all in the final product are a massive ray of mixed bags.
Some of these plotlines are actually really engaging and solid, and fleshed out a lot of things, dare I say IMPROVING elements from Island that didn’t have time to flesh out some of this stuff. But other plotlines are executed in such an abysmally poor way that they obviously drag the whole season down. These elements are actually SO bad, that they damper the whole season, causing pacing issues, a lack of momentum for a good portion of the season, and actually affect the great plotlines, by robbing them of the satisfying conclusion that they deserve.
The sad thing is that this season is the least talked about of all the Total Drama seasons. Even All Stars is talked about more than this season! So yeah, and I feel bad for this season, and I believe that it does have potential to be as well written and as well remembered as Island and World Tour. And that’s what I’m doing.
And after going on and on about how this season in particular annoys me, I think it’s time I rewrite the season entirely, show you guys how I think this season should have been done, because if I put this much energy into something, it goes to show that I truly do care for it…
How this will work
I will say right now, that because this is a 9 hour long season, I’m not going to address the entire season in one go. Instead, I’ll be splitting this rewrite up to four separate parts. This is because I’m NOT just going to address what I would change and what I would not change, but rather retrospect this rewrite from as much detail as I can, that’s how I usually do things. Plus I think it’ll flow better.
I won’t go into as much detail with stuff that I didn’t change, but still address them for the story’s sake.
And if you’re wondering about the context with Island, I’m keeping the canon story of Island the same, and applying it to this rewrite. What logic from Island was carried over to Action, will apply, the same elimination order mentioned in Island, the same logic as to why some characters are in certain relationships with each other, everything. Not saying I wouldn’t tweak some things with Island, but overall that season was pretty great. There’s only one thing about Island that I’m changing to carry over to Action, and I’ll get to it later.
For Action, I am going to keep the core aspect and rules of the challenges in each episode, unless it really REALLY doesn’t make sense, and I’ll address that. But the core themes of each will be the same, is what I’m trying to say.
Like, episode 1 is a monster theme, episode 7 is a prison theme, episode 17 is a superhero theme, etc, just like in the canon, so that everyone KNOWS what episodes I’m talking about, even if they’re not familiar with the titles of each episode.
The only major thing I’m going to change with this, and might as well say it now: Episode 25 will NOT be the finalist challenge, but rather the semi-final challenge with the final three, and the finalists will be put to the test in episode 26 in Aftermath before the voting for the winner takes place.
That’s another thing I’m going to address. The elimination order in this rewrite is NOT the same. In this first half, there’s not a lot of change to that, but as the season progresses it’ll become more blatant that this elimination order is not the same as in the canon. So really, this is anyone’s game, and who the finalists are will be a mystery!
This is going to be a VERY rough overview, and I’m going to be going in as much detail as I can to the changes I made to the original canon.
However, there will be some brief lines or background details from canon that I won’t touch on, because it would be pointless, and unless I say it’s cut out, or if I don’t mention the scene it’s in at all, it’s probably still in this version.
(For example: “Nope. Call 911” won’t be mentioned)
A lot of those kinds of details could be fleshed out in the episode script. But if I go into THAT much detail, this rewrite will be WAY too long, and take like, 5 years to produce!! So please cut me some slack if I don’t mention some of your favorite details of the season!
If you don’t think something quite adds up, or if there’s any important stuff you think I missed, please, PLEASE, reply down below, I’d love to hear it! (Friendly notes, constructive criticism, and speculations for the rewrite are all welcomed!)
So, with all of this out of the way, there’s one last important detail I want to mention:
While the original contestants in the season: Owen, Gwen, Heather, Duncan, Leshawna, Geoff, Izzy, DJ, Lindsey, Bridgette, Trent, Harold, Beth, Justin, and later Courtney, are all in this rewrite as well, I’m going to ADD two characters to this cast.
Tyler.
And Noah.
Why do this? Why these guys?
Well with some certain plotlines of the season, I genuinely think these two will be the best of aid to spice them up. Plus with how many non-elimination episodes there are this season, I think adding eliminations for them won’t be so hard.
So, in a 16 way tie, campers are taken to the film sets for a whole new season of Total Drama, in a fight for $1,000,000. Who will come out as the finalists?
Well, pretty soon, you'll see!
There's no particular schedule for these parts to come out, so be on the look out for when they come!

Genshin Impact Husbando Tier List Because I Have No Life
Tumblr media
My Genshin Impact Husbando Tierlist. I may as well out explanations under the cut because why the hell not. Also this is just my opinion, I’m not trying to shame anyone who like these guys. I would also like to say that I pretty much adore all of these characters to some extent (besides Scaramouche and Razor since I their just...I don’t like them and Albedo since I don’t know a thing about him).
Albedo: I don’t know a thing about him other than he’s some genius alchemist. So I went off of looks here, and he’s just a meh for me. Not a big fan of the hair mostly. He does have an elevator though, so that’s a nice bonus.
Aether: Like Albedo I judged him off of his looks since he doesn’t really have much of a personality, and said personality changes whether you picked him as your traveler or not. He’s a meh, but I think Albedo looks better.
Baizhu/Baishu: Well ok, I don’t know much about this guy other than he’s the boss of Bubu pharmacy and that he potentially overprices his medicine. I’m only AR 31 so I am a long ways away from any story quests that might include him. Anyway, he seems like a decent guy... but also a little weird. Doesn’t help that he’s got a talking snake around his neck.
Bennett: Oh poor Bennett. This boy needs a hug. Unfortunately he only ends up in meh tier. Remember, this is a tier list for a romantic relationship, not people I’d like to be friends with. Although Bennett would rank highly on that tierlist. While I do like his spirit, I find that people that are super optimistic can be a little annoying at times. Don’t get me wrong, its impressive and I admire people who can be optimistic about everything (especially Bennett), but it can be tiring to deal with all the time. That and also his bad luck. But like I said, this boy needs a hug and should stop being bullied by Lady Luck. He deserves better.
Childe/Tartaglia: Do I really need to explain? But I will. First off, Childe is a Fatui Harbinger. That already prevents him from being in the decent tier. Sure, he might not be the worst Fatui Harbinger, but it doesn‘t change the fact that he works with the Fatui, who likely commit unspeakable atrocities on a daily basis. And Childe is a Harbinger in said organization, meaning he orders at least some of it to be done in the name of the Tsaritsa, unpaid debt, etc. And from what I’ve learned, he’s extremely bloodthirsty. That really turns me off, knowing that he‘s always itching for a fight. I haven’t even touched on his personality. He’s charming sure, but he gives me the sense that he’s never really genuine. A faker essentially. Oh did I mention he also wants to take over the world? No. Thanks. The only reason I didn’t immediately put him in ‘What the hell’ is because I have yet to play his story quest and that he is at least a family guy, so it does show he has at least SOME morals to an extent. My opinion probably won’t change, unless his story quest proves to be really good.
Chongyun: He’s cool. But I really don’t know much about his personality, but he just seems aloof. And he has a popsicle animation and...ok I don’t have much to say about him. He’s a really good exorcist that tries to suppress his yang power. Ok. He doesn’t seem like that bad a dude so I wouldn’t put him in No Thanks. He’s the meh-est in the tierliet for me.
Diluc: Oh boy oh boy, this man needs a hug. But like I’ve been doing, I have to say I’m not the hugest fan. Ofc he’s one of the better ones on the tier lis, but he doesn’t do much for me. Admittedly, part of it has to do with the fact that he’s the owner of the Dawn Winery. I don’t really like the idea of being in a relationship with anyone in some sort of position of power in general. Still, I’ll admit that if I were judging in terms of how good a partner they’d be for this list, I’d put him in the pretty good tierlist. But I dunno, there’s just this...thing to Diluc that makes me scared to even get involved with him, yet I wouldn’t mind being in some sort of relationship with him. I guess it boils down to how I see Diluc. He’s a really sad guy, and he really needs a hug and emotional support. I guess it’s the fact that I’m not really willing to do a lot for a relationship (but I dunno. Haven’t been in a romantic relationship yet, and I don’t see that changing any time soon). Anyway, let’s stop being sappy here for now.
Kaeya: I’d say it’s self explanatory, but I have multiple friends who are Kaeya simps, so let’s go on a rant. So, Kaeya. Charming guy on the surface, but a manipulative man with a silver tongue. Like Childe, he always puts on some sort of act, or at least is the kind of guy who you’d describe as ‘they always smile, but it never reaches their eyes...’ and I actually would never want to get involved with a person like that period. At the end of the day, he’s the type of cunning man I would try my best to avoid at all costs. At the very least, he does have morals. Also I don’t like that him getting drunk is somewhat of commonplace. Sorry, but I don’t like drunkards.
Razor: I think it’s pretty self explanatory on why he’s in ‘What the hell’. The reason is plain and simple: he’s a furry. A wolf boy to be exact. Like...no thank you. I wasn’t really a big fan of him when playing through his story quest. I can kind of see why Razor can be a candidate for best boy (that goes to Bennett or Xingqiu imo), but not as a husbando. Sorry to say this, but why the hell am I going to date a wolf boy?
Scaramouche: Also self explanatory. He’s a pompous asshole, and a cruel and powerful one at that. The kind of guy I would never want to even lay eyes upon.
Venti: Ok ok I know people are probably going to be a little triggered but let me explain. So, Venti. Fun guy to be around. Around. I personally like the idea of being a friend with Venti but nothing more. He just doesn’t really click with me. I know he’s in the No Thanks tier, but like I said, he doesn’t click with me in that way. If anything, I don’t want to enter a romantic relationship with Venti. Mostly because he’s a drunkard with no money, and why must be have a tendency to get into trouble all the time?! Venti get into crime BY YOURSELF, DON’T DRAG ME INTO YOU LITTLE PIECE OF-
Anemo Archon with wisdom he may be, but it ain’t change the fact that he can get his n my nerves too easily sometimes :)
Xiao: I just don’t like that he’s an edgy boy really. Also like, Xiao is an adepti at the end of the day. While him being in a relationship makes for some excellent angst, I really wouldn’t want to do that to him if I somehow end up liking him. I don’t like edgy boys much in general in terms of husbandos, but then him being an adepti? That’s the deciding factor. He’s not What The Hell because he’s not really that bad. At the end of the day like many of these characters, he needs a hug and some emotional support.
Xingqiu: Fine. I have some bias with Xingqiu. He was my first 4-star and I use him all the time unless he truly is useless in a boss fight or domain. I actually do like his personality. He has a really refined way of speaking, but he just says some of the most goofy things. More or less, I just like his speech really. He’s all chivalrous too. I would’ve put him in pretty good, but like with many things, I mostly just find him to be really goofy and fun to be around. Although I will admit he’s probably my favorite on the list.
Zhongli: He’s pretty cool and funny. At first, I thought I was going to hate Zhongli even as a character, but he turned out to be really awesome. So why isn’t he in the Pretty Good tier? Well for one, he’s an Archon. Like I said, the thought of being in a relationship with an Archon or Adeptus or anyone in a position of some power doesn’t really appeal to me all too much. Although unlike with Xiao who is an adeptus, Zhongli can turn people into adepti. So at the very least, if he did take up a human lover, he could prevent heartbreak since humans die in a blink of an eye for him. So hey! I can save him some heartbreak :) But, he’s still an Archon...so yeah. I think what really sets him back is his oh so traditional mindset. While I don’t mind doing things traditionally, some traditions are just...they don’t sit well with me. There’s also his lack of MORA. Zhongli, for the love of all that is holy, bring your own wallet and not poor Childe. Over all, I find Zhongli to be pretty decent for me, but there are things that keep him from really clicking with me.
Anyway, thank you for reading this husbando tier list I made and wrote at 12 am with 1 braincell intact and postponed posting this until 4 pm.
....
...
Holy shit.
I’ll need to add a read more to this.

part of the badlands series!
colors: “you’re ripped at every edge but you’re a masterpiece.”
based off halsey’s badlands album.
warnings and other: museum curator!taehyun, old money!y/n, mentions of depression and grass smoking, little bit of angst i guess??
Tumblr media
taehyun sighed as he took down the 11th painting this week. the museum hadn't been very busy in the past couple of weeks, maybe because the weather was getting colder. one part of him figured that many people just wanted to be bundled up at home watching holiday themed movies and drinking warm drinks rather than appreciating enchanting artworks.
he couldn't fool himself though, he knew the truth. today's generation didn't care about the fine arts anymore. a shame, seeing as everything around them seemed to be inspired by it.
kang taehyun worked at his local museum. he had been offered the position by the owner one night while roaming the place. this should've been a red flag looking back. the owner seemed desperate for someone to fill in the position since the previous employee had left without notice. nonetheless, taehyun took the job and didn't regret it one bit.
open 24/7, the red haired boy was always working on the clock. not that there was much to do seeing as most of the people his age or even a bit older didn't hang around museums purely for the joy of it. actually, his only job was to exhibit the newly arrived collections, clean and dust them off, and conduct regular tours and workshops for the public. due to this and the fact that not many people even came by he would take regular breaks.
once in a while you'd see the occasional old person or art expertee roaming around the small museum. if you were lucky, you'd see the local edgy teens posing next to a piece they didn't understand just to get an aesthetic picture. taehyun would also have the unfortunate job of shooing them away or scolding them for getting just a bit too close.
recently his boss, who was the museum manager and maybe the only other person besides taehyun that worked there, had informed him that due to funds and unfortunate unforeseen events, the museum would be closing down in about a month from now. this caused taehyun to fall deep into a depression since this was his only job and he loved it here. the museum was like his second home. he found comfort in the silent images displayed throughout the building. they always told him a story and when new pieces came in he would sit and stare attentively at the new anecdote being told to him.
taehyun smiled sadly at the piece he had just taken down. it was a painting of 2 people kissing however both of their faces were covered by white cloths. this was his favorite and he didn't even have a clue as to why. probably because of the uncertainty of what the other was feeling or because of the fact that the other couldn't see each other's faces through the cloth, that would've made the kiss more exciting in his opinion.
he stepped out of the museum and into the frosty air of the outside world. it was only autumn so why was it so cold? he thought to himself. he discreetly pulled out a prerolled blunt and his white lighter from his pocket. he lit it and stuck in between his slightly chapped lips.
maybe smoking dope wasn't the healthiest thing in the world, especially for a boy so young, barely 19, but it helped taehyun get his mind off the inevitably of losing his job and being homeless for the winter. he shuttered at the thought. he would have to room with one of his friends, he sighed shaking his head. no, he didn't want to be a burden, yeonjun had helped him enough as it is.
he looked at his surroundings taking in the cold autumn afternoon. the trees had long lost their leaves and were bare. the sky was a murky gray color as if it were threatening to rain any time soon. he noticed a girl bundled up in winter clothes near the entrance of the building glance at him. he smiled at her and she jumped at the eye contact, thinking that he wouldn't catch her. taehyun chuckled as he watched her rush into the museum. "back to work," he said out loud to himself.
once the blunt had been almost gone, he smoked what was left of it and headed back into the empty museum. he was feeling light-headed, the effects of the blunt finally taking action, but taehyun was used to it so it barely affected him as much.
he made his way to the girl who was now starting to take off her jacket and scarf. taehyun tapped on the girl's shoulder to get her attention. "hi," he smiled at the girl, showing off his dazzling smile. "if you'd like, i could give you a tour of the museum." well what's left of it anyways, he thought to himself.
"oh...no thank you," said the girl. she smiled warmly at the worker. "well not to be invasive of your decision but it's sort of in my job description," taehyun replied as he rubbed the back of his neck. the girl sighed in defeat, "i guess i have no choice then."
taehyun laughed as he took her coat and scarf to hang up in the public closet, "yep, trust me. they say im not that bad of a tour guide, im quite fun to be around if i do say so myself. i promise not to bore you too much." the girl nodded, not entirely convinced. "if i do end up bored i will hold you accountable..." she took a moment to take a peek at taehyun's name tag, "kang taehyun," she joked.
as they walked through the museum the girl couldn't help but notice that it was fairly empty. "why are there almost no paintings in here?" she laughed hesitantly. "i thought this was a museum?" taehyun stopped walking, turning to her with a sad expression on his face.
"the museum is expected to close in about a month or so," he stated simply. "oh...that's terrible. may i ask why?" the girl responded. "my boss says we've run out of funds or something like that," taehyun chuckled bitterly. "people don't really give a shit about good art these days anyways."
"that's a shame..."
they continued to look through the various paintings that were still up and occasionally the girl would ask to see the ones that were taken down and left on the floor. it seemed the two were lost in each other's company as night started to approach.
"thank you for the tour of this lovely museum taehyun. it was fun but it's a shame such a nice museum like this is closing down," the girl said softly. taehyun nodded solemnly, he just wanted to get this day over with and crash at his apartment. he didn't blame the girl before him but talking to her reminded him of his harsh reality. a notification coming from the girl's bag made both of them jump as they were both lost in their thoughts.
"ah, that must be my father. he's kind of annoying when it comes to my curfew," she chuckled, digging her phone from her bag. taehyun watched her with a bored expression until his eyes reached her bag. he hadn't noticed this earlier but she had been carrying a louis vuitton bag. his eyes bulged at the expensive item that was so close to him, they got even larger when she fished out the latest iphone from it.
taehyun wasn't poor per se, he had just enough to get by since he was living paycheck to paycheck. however, he had never been in such close proximity to any luxury items. he suddenly felt weird being this close to this girl.
"what do you mean by curfew?" taehyun asks hesitantly. the girl sighs, "my father is one of south korea's richest chaebol's, maybe one of the big three at his point." she rolled her eyes as if this information was nothing. "he's super strict with me because i guess i'm just his show pony daughter whom he can show off to say he's a good father."
taehyun gulped, had he just been casually hanging out with the daughter of one of the richest men in korea? he felt sick at this. she looked up at taehyun's uneasy expression, "oh my god im sorry i just dumped that all on you! i just needed to catch a break so i came here, i didn't mean to drag you into my life story."
taehyun fixes his face, laughing nervously, "no- no its fine really. we all need a break sometimes right? im glad you got to have that time here." the girl smiled up at him, completely misreading his nervous laughter, "im glad i got to spend it here with you taehyun."
"oh before i go!" taehyun watched her pull out a checkbook from her bag and his stomach dropped. he silently watched her scribble some stuff onto the slip and tear it out, handing it to him.
"there's not too much i can take out of my account without my father flipping out but i hope this helps even just a little. whether it be in your personal life or with the museum."
taehyun eyes the check and chokes when he sees 50,000 dollars written neatly on the black line. he swears he can feel sweat going down his face like in the cartoons. "i- i cant possibly take this from you." he moves to hand the check back but the girl refuses to take it back. "taehyun, you love this museum with your entire being. i see the way to look at the paintings and the passion with which you explained them to me. i'd hate to see that taken away."
"plus, if you're gone who's gonna give me the tour when i come back?" she laughs as if this is something casual. taehyun's hands shake as he pockets the check, "i seriously cannot thank you enough...you don't know how much you just helped the museum and m-"
the girls phone dings again and she grumbles, "ugh why can't he just leave me alone. sorry but i think i really gotta go for real before he tracks my location or something crazy like that."
taehyun nods wistfully at the mention of her having to leave. he was really starting to enjoy her company.
"oh by the way," the girl giggles as she pulls her coat on hurriedly.  "was that you smoking weed at the corner of the museum earlier?" the girl chuckled to herself again just remembering it. taehyun furrowed his eyebrows, "why would you say that kind of thing at out loud and at my job?!" he scolded in a playful hushed voice.
"i just thought it was funny and you also smelled of weed the entire tour, i didn't mind though so don't worry," the girl concluded. she was starting to walk away towards out the door now. "i'll walk you out," taehyun offers. "such a helpful employee. is this in the job description too?" the girl jokes, turning to him while a smile on her lips. "well, not exactly," taehyun says smoothly.
she shakes her head, "i'll see you soon taehyun." he watches her walk off into the darkness of the night when he suddenly remembers something.
"hey what's your name by the way?" he shouts after the girl. for some reason taehyun really was hopeful of seeing her again.
"y/n!" came the disembodied voice of the girl he had just met.

Marvel Movie Nights: Fant4stic
Tumblr media
It’s always worrisome when a movie’s trying to be artsy with its title.
I knew what I was getting myself into when I saw that the Rotten Tomatoes score for this film is 9%.  And, I mean, is it really as bad as that Punisher film or any of those other early Marvel entries? No, not really.  But now that we’re into the mid-2010s, when the MCU is going at full speed, and superhero films are doing great things with storytelling, so the fact that this film is so pathetically bland as a film is just not acceptable.
It’s just a sad excuse for a film in general.
Technically - it has a lot going for it.  The film looks good.  The cinematography is clean.  The CGI holds up really well.  The score is doing its damnedest to prove this is an epic film.  Even the acting isn’t that bad.  But it just goes to show you that you can be as technically proficient as you can - but if you story doesn’t work, you don’t have film.
And the writing is really the downfall here.
The story... doesn’t feel like an actual story.  It feels like a collection of scenes that happen because certain things in the story are supposed to happen.  There’s no flow.  There’s no conflict/resolution.  There’s no arc for the story or for any of the characters.  Things just happen without any kind of tension or, let’s be real, logic.  The characters don’t even talk or behave like actual humans.
And I know, which is often the case with these truly terrible films, that there were a ton of problems behind the scenes.  The director, I guess, was pushed off the film and the studio took over, which is never a good thing.  But still, I think the most egregious thing about this film is that it just fails at capturing the essence of who the Fantastic Four even are.  The original films are still worse films, but they at least understand their characters.
This film plays like a badly written edgy, high school AU fanfic.  *sigh* No one asked for this.  This film swings so far the opposite way of the original film’s campiness that it becomes laughable how dark and gritty they’re trying to be.
Miles Teller plays Mr. Fantastic - who is now an edgy and awkward teenager, who manages to figure out teleportation at age ten, but can barely have a coherent conversation with another person.  Teller does an adequate job, but de-aging these characters to literal kids does the story a disservice.  I want mad scientist Reed Richards! He’s supposed to be a character who is larger than life -- an equal and sometimes superior to Professor X, Tony Stark, and Doctor Strange.  His ethics are often questionable! This film does really nothing -- he’s a catalyst for the story to function and really nothing more.
Kate Mara plays the Invisible Woman.  And true to her character, she’s mostly invisible to the story.  The Fantastic Four, in general, has always had the problem that Sue’s main character trait is that she’s a woman.  But that isn’t even played up here.  She’s merely obligatory wall paper.
As a side note - there are slight hints at the Reed/Sue romance, and the actors had way more chemistry than Jessica Alba and the dude who played the original Reed, but the writing of their scenes was so ridiculously bad that it squandered that natural chemistry.
Jamie Bell plays The Thing.  There are sparks of an interesting story going on with Reed and Ben’s friendship, but it never gets very far.  And while Bell does a perfectly fine job, and The Thing CGI worked pretty well for me, I kept getting distracted thinking that Bell looks like an older Tom Holland.  Which is kind of funny knowing that the actor is most famous for his role in the film Billy Elliott - the same role Tom Holland was noted for on stage.
Michael B. Jordan plays The Human Torch, and is by far the best one of the bunch.  He’s given a spark (pun intended) of personality - as cliché as it is.  But it’s somewhat painful to watch such a good actor struggle with such subpar material.
And then there’s Toby Kobbell as Dr. Doom.  I about laughed out loud when he was introduced as the ultimately emo, punk teenage Dr. Doom.  Why? Why, why why? I have nothing against the actor - but this interpretation of Dr. Doom fails as much as the original one.  And, not helping, is the awkward CGI, which looks fine, but is so not what Dr. Doom looks like that it’s distracting.  I want my larger than life, ridiculous diva Dr. Doom.  C’mon people.
And there we are.  The only other thing I really want to mention is, despite the polished look of the film, the action sequences fall incredibly flat.  There aren’t even that many of them, but they’re kind of sad, non-set pieces of the film.  I suppose I’m so used to the last half hour of these films being slug fests that having about five minutes of action, where the films suffers from not being able to use these varying powers in a creative way, seems somewhat deflating.
Final Verdict: This film is utterly forgettable garbage.  I really hope the MCU is able to breathe some life into these characters - or at least gets a writer who has read the damn comics.
Next-Up: Well, things are going to get livelier again with Deadpool.

Elsword Player Stereotypes (RE:TYPED)
*Add your own experiences of certain characters used by players* Elsword - often they like to challenge peeps *mostly the newbies*, while veteran Elboi’s are guidance or boast their “amazing” skills which is humorous when there’s the same class as them nearby who might be just as better than they are. But most Elboi players seem to Run ahead leaving the mobs behind mostly for the Janitors to clean up what they’ve could’ve picked along the way. While other Elboi’s take away your kills so fast that you’ll see that lovely warning message of ‘ Hey, you like being kicked?’ They still are the amazing Elboi’s of random wonders. Now if their Main protagonist title ego’s and aggressiveness can be slightly taken down a notch, that’d be great.
Aisha - Noisy chattergirls  including they seem to have a problem of not being op or talk about a previous dungeon run about some person who I don’t know about,*no offense I do appreciate talking in the game, but not all the time in the dungeon.*, though are somehow the innocent type of players but they’ll notice that, if you’re not buffed, they will chase your booty down, to give you that DAMN BUFF! Just like those veggies your motherly figure tells you to eat, just take your veggies, and you wont be hunted down, trust me on this. They are the fun kinds of people who throw magic in any direction, just don’t let them get walloped.
Rena - Speaking of Motherly figures, These players love to help if you ask nicely probably *past experiences mostly I not sure as of now lol*, They tend to be the guidance of players mostly in the right direction. P.S. They are cool.
Raven - Raven players are now somehow cooler in this department, what changed? Y’all were so edgy when I first started in 2012. But y’all make good mentors just like the Rena’s its, actually amazing I should start hiding behind Raven’s if there’s an Add nearby, because there’s a good chance I`ll be followed by Add’s. Don’t take their points to harshly if they tell you a problem you may have made especially in a PvE scenario, its what learning is for.
Eve - *I know I’m an Eve player* but We are mostly the guidance type of players, we seem quiet, and No, we are not Chobits/Persocoms, although we might appreciate that more than Nasod lol. But anyways, We seem to be very..... on point on some situations, its funny when I was with this Code: Empress with my Base Class Eve doing story mode to 99, She knew I was preparing for Code: Antithese. We will give you some bits of info, sometimes a little critical but hey, learning from mistakes makes you good. Also, we might hunt you down to give buff, so you better sit still or Veggies is nightmare mode for you. Also we might be a little too much of a fanbase of Eve’s and fashions for Eve, this is why Eve can be Postergirl most of the time.
Elesis - they mostly take notes from the likes of Rena, Raven and Eve’s they indeed are the Older sister role *I mean from personal experiences when they help you or something I feel like this would fit the whole Veteran’s thing.*
Chung - Some reason, Cool to hang out, but I feel like they lose their temper or attitude towards someone in their vicinity, I’m not saying all Chung players are bad, I’m pointing out the ones that seem to just, be rude. Add - Accelerators incoming, I mean Add’s are somehow.... don’t know how to describe them aside from my encounter with 3 of em in each path in a party together only to ask about Home Rental insurance. Huh, Add’s selling Home Insurances sounds more funny than Add’s bugging Eve players about their codes or roleplaying with Eve’s *Yes has happened a few times in my case, rare ofc.* or being Edgy, some other things, I swear though, I know y’all can flex that amazing uhm Awakening turning on and off by yourself but calm down there. Ara - Somehow almost most disliked and most will want in a party, I don’t understand Ara’s, yes I understand that she interrupted Chung from killing Ran using Aren’s body, but do realize thats a character pov and not a player pov? Also I’m noticing more Ara names being named by Fruits and it’s making me laugh more and more. its a New player phase too, Ara’s are fruits. Lu/Ciel - Roleplayers, I don’t know why I will call a few Lu/Ciel players as roleplayers, but they are fun players but, I don’t really... understand the concept for Lu/Ciel players, its been years from when they first released soo. Ain - Don’t go lookin away AinCiel shippers, I see you hiding in the corner, also more importantly, Ciel is dead *YES JUST BECAUSE HE MAY BE BROUGHT ALIVE BY LU’S CONTRACT DO NOTE CIEL IS STILL DEAD HE GOT TURNED HALF DEMON HE MAY BE ALIVE, BUT HE’S STILL DEAD IN MY BOOK XD* But Ain players seem to distance away from most players, few seem to be playful with most players, while others get closer to Laby’s, Elswords, and Ciels. Hmm I’m seeing a lot of mixed signals and they don’t feel comforting. Except for one Ain, who keeps screaming in the Megaphones for pvp I think like 2v2′s or 3v3′s. Rose - Y’all too quiet *Yes quiet as in silent, not ‘quite’ that’s not a reason to screw up on a word you mean for silent.* but, Rose players seem to just be quiet, I don’t know why. Did Timmy fall down in the well? Did someone tell you a bad joke? I don’t understand. Laby - For some reason, the innocent types again, though most players treat Laby’s like silence because I don’t know, what did Laby do. She’s like best tier character in my book lol, third person speaking is my favorite thing. Noah - Another case of some players attempting to be Edgy as Liberator and others trying to be FABULOUS~ with Celestia. It’s kinda sad and funny at the same time that I just can’t help but watch in humor.
