i learned many things in the zoom cooking class i just took! including:
in ethiopian cuisine, you cook the onions first with no oil and only add the oil later
most meals in ethiopia are vegan
some people can make three things at the same time and i am not one of those people
if the teacher offers to mail you the spices ahead of time but you figure you’ll be able to find them somewhere and don’t need her to mail them to you: you’re wrong
injera is fermented!
