Another mini-arc of Fault is being released. Fault is an SCP SBI AU that deals with themes of dealing with the trauma and guilt of surviving, The SCP Foundation’s system of oppression, and naturally found family. The first arc is Tommy and Tubbo-centric, focusing on the sacrifices needed to survive, and then broadens to fully introduce the rest of the Sleepy Bois, alternative morality systems, and new terrible mental health strategies. While the story does get dark, it makes the moments of love shine all the brighter. Even if humanity hates them, these monsters have each other’s backs.

By the way, c!Wilbur IRL again, for all the people who said that I had messed up:

I did. I did and it was wrong. But I did not mess up in some of the ways that I did in canon. My memories are very divergent, in some regards.

If someone vents about those things, it may be a good idea to take into account what I just said- I may recall things differently. Saying "yes, you did mess up and ruin shit for me" while well-meaning, can be disheartening and seem very rude, like how I took it.

However, consider the fact that as I said earlier- I may be a c!Wilbur IRL, but that doesn't necessarily mean that I am 100% like the source material. I definitely wasn't. While yes, I did lash out during psychotic episodes, it never was a jab directed at only Tommy.

Alongside that, I apologised when I felt the time was right, and that's when me and Tommy worked out a system.

If I needed help- perhaps being reality checked out of my villain delusion, I'd go to someone in Pogtopia and they'd help me, but if I needed my own time alone, I could use sign language to communicate it- as speaking and certain sounds were triggers for my BPD and could set me off. (for context, I knew sign language because me and Technoblade would have nonverbal episodes growing up (autism/adhd/other forms of neurodivergency being the cause), and Technoblade also had difficulty hearing at times.)

If Tommy needed help, he'd do the same thing, except mostly for him it was PTSD and PTSD-induced psychotic episodes and paranoia.

After Tubbo got hurt, I apologised to Tommy and owned up to how it was my fault, and that I shouldn't have let it happen. Tommy was mad at me for a while, and I allowed that- I understood why he was upset, and I didn't hold it against him for it or expect forgiveness.

Oh, and not only that- I didn't ask him to fight for me. I didn't ask anyone to. In fact, I had a fight with Tommy explaining why he was too young to be in a war. As Tommy does, however (/pos, /lh), he disobeyed. And while I didn't want him to fight, I'll love him forever for deciding to be my right hand man. I appreciate it beyond compare to anything else.

Me and Tommy were each other's support beams, instead of him being mine and his efforts not being returned equally.

I would also like to mention that I am mostly an IRL of Early DSMP era Wilbur to Pre-Utah era Wilbur. I never left Tommy. In fact, we moved in together, somewhere far away from the SMP, with Phil, Techno, Ranboo, Tubbo and Niki as our neighbours who decided to tag along.

Me and Tommy understood that we both had trauma. We were both victims of betrayal and being stabbed in the back.

I'm sorry If I seem angry, or discombobulated, or disorganised, or if my thing falls on deaf ears- I often ramble, my apologies.

But, I'm not genuinely pissed off. Maybe frustrated? Miffed? But that's about it.

And that's the other thing he didn't get. Love.

 On some level, he knew he loved his brothers, and they loved him. Why? Because they were family, they ran from the foster system together. But sometimes he was sceptical. Because... Did he? Did he really? Or was it all just a ruse because society made him and his adoptive family think that? You're supposed to love your friends, siblings, your mother and your father. But did he really?

 A well-known emotion to him. Fear. For he feared that he didn't love them. Sometimes, he imagined them to be other people and thought, "Is that really any different?".

 He was scared of his thoughts. To what discovery about him, they might lead. . . . . . /Or Tommy therapy arc with some vampires because I can. /Or basically was inspired by "Ours Poetica" and thought I'd write something! It's just Tommy being very depressed, not understanding what's happening and why it's happening, and sbi + beeduo helping him.

Snippet of my upcoming DSMP Firefly AU

“I heard something interesting recently,” Schlatt told them, “I assume you’ve seen the warrant for that pair of fugitives – the siblings?”

Wilbur didn’t like where this was going at all, but he kept his expression neutral, even as it felt like a stone had dropped into his stomach. “We might have heard something about it,” he replied, “Why?”

Schlatt’s eyes glinted. “Then you know the Alliance is offering one hell of a reward for their capture.”

Wilbur scoffed. “So what? We’re not bounty hunters – Alliance warrants don’t concern us.”

“One of you is.” Schlatt pointedly looked at Techno. “Lots of people in the system still remember the Blood God… One of the highest success rates in the ‘verse.” His voice was filled with grudging respect.

“I’m retired,” said Techno dryly.

Schlatt raised his hands. “Fair enough. Just thought I’d check… Reward like that could set you up for the rest of your life.”

Techno shrugged. “Well played to whoever claims it, then.”

Wilbur chose that moment to speak up. “Schlatt, is there any actual point to this? We’re on a schedule.”

“Actually, yes,” said Schlatt, “The latest warrant was tagged with some interesting information. Apparently, the siblings were last seen leaving Persephone in a Firefly.”

Wilbur’s blood ran cold. He had no idea how anyone had been able to clock that. Sometimes the Alliance could be annoyingly good at its job. Especially, it seemed, when it most inconvenienced L’Manberg. Still, if Schlatt knew for a fact that it was them, he wouldn’t have bothered dancing around it this long. Plenty of Firefly-class ships were still around, after all. Since the Alliance hadn’t caught the registry number, it only narrowed their search down to one ship type in a large universe.

He raised an eyebrow, keeping his tone unimpressed. “That’s some coincidence.”

Schlatt’s grin gleamed in the dull overhead lights. “My thoughts exactly, Wilbur. And it gets even stranger... You see, they were reported to have left just around a month ago. Right when you guys were in town.”

“Strange,” said Wilbur in agreement, “It’s a shame they didn’t catch the registry number. There’s still a fair number of Fireflies in the sky, after all... I think we saw a couple in the docks when we were last here, didn’t we?” He glanced back at Tommy and Techno, who both nodded.

“We sure did!” agreed Tommy with zero hesitation, “None of them were as good as L’Manberg though.”

“I don’t know,” mused Techno, “Those Series 4’s…”

Tommy scoffed. “Please. Sure, they’re big and shit but they won’t get you to the Rim like L’Manberg can. They just go between the Core and the Border ‘cause they’re pussies. Also, they don’t have Tubbo and that makes them objectively worse.”

Techno nodded. “True, true. Having Tubbo exponentially increases our power. They’d turn around and run on sight.”

“You’re absolutely fucking right they would!”

Across from them, Schlatt’s lips thinned, some of the easy manner leaving his posture. Wilbur contained a smile at his obvious impatience with the conversation. Clearly, it wasn’t going the way Schlatt had expected it to.

“Well, unless you have any more fascinating news for us, Schlatt, I think we’ll be going,” said Wilbur cheerily. He patted his pocket. “I can already feel the money burning a hole in my coat.”

Schlatt looked like he wanted to protest, but Wilbur knew there was nothing he could do to keep them. He’d obviously suspected them of harboring the fugitives, but there was no way for him to prove it and he knew he wouldn’t be able to stroll onto L’Manberg without a fight. His authority ended at the docks and Schlatt was all too aware of that.

So he backed down, the grin returning to his face. “As always, it’s a pleasure doing business with you, Wilbur,” he said as he mimed tipping a hat, “I’ll let you know next time I have something in your area of expertise.”

Wilbur’s lips pulled up in the facsimile of a smile. “You do that, Schlatt.” With that, he turned and walked out, Tommy and Technoblade on his heels.
