Finding the source of the attack on their family, their home...their son...wasn't easy. It seemed that despite all of the Moretti family's connections, there were some that were out of reach even for him. It added to the layer of frustration she felt, and every day, she wondered if they were going to be attacked again. It got to the point where she had to say goodbye to her little Salvatore, and that made her very testy.

Enzo was the only one she didn't immediately blow up on when she was disturbed, and even then, she got a little grumpy around him, too.

But finally, a tiny lead came in the form of one of her former co-workers, who had innocently sent her a 'how are you?' message that contained the question whether she had seen their former boss's son yet.

He went on holiday over there. I thought he'd at least tell you; he seemed friendly towards you even when his dad was...well. You know.

As much as she wanted to immediately pin the blame on Chip Schreck, she didn't. Not until she drew a pattern of his movements, placing him within the same town where their old home was during the attack and his sudden departure after it.

It might have been a rare coincidence if she hadn't seen one of the photos he had been tagged in, a photo with a man she knew and had met during one of her husband's work meetings.

"You know who this is, mi amore?" she asked Enzo, sliding the photo over to him, her finger tapping on the image of the older Italian man. "Because he's with my former boss's son."

This was all new to Selina, the last thing she ever expected was to become a bride to Count Dracula himself, but here she was, she knew that one of the brides, Marishka, had been killed by a stranger of the village she had lived in her whole life, even if it had been her home, she hadn't been that close with the villagers in all honesty, and she didn't even know who her parents were, so there was really nothing to stay for so had taken Dracula up on his offer to become his new bride after the death of Marishka, she landed outside Dracula's castle, she had to admit it was an impressive castle, this was going to be her home, naturally her wings disappeared and her light blue dress became visible again, how would Verona and Aleera treat her? Would they welcome her? She pushed those thoughts away when she heard Dracula land somewhere behind her.
